He has collaborated on many occasions with Russell Mills on installations involving sound, light and sculpture. Through the sheer physicality of the surfaces, combined with the infinite combinations of substances and processes, traces can be found of the visual evidence of human presence in the land. Aesthetic choices are often governed by intuitive and instinctive responses to past histories, with autobiographical references which reflect the emotion and feeling of being amidst and part of nature, memories of time passing and the evocation of place.

Producing with some "cheapass" trackers he soon discovered how to build a track. Having had classical piano lessons when he was 8 years old, he developed some sense for melodies and melody lines. After hearing the anthem "Energy 52 - Café del Mar" he knew he would produce trance from then on. Nowadays he produces various styles including progressive, ambient and techno. In 2003 Leon and his brother Bart caught up with Maykel Piron who was working for Warner Music Benelux back then. He decided that they could have a go at remixing Libra's Calling your Name, and their Subsphere remix got released.

Link | 0 | 1 | Mark J. Cairns | Mark J. Cairns | Mark J. Cairns | Mark J. Cairns Long-time “Airwolf” fan, Northern Ireland-based producer and designer, Mark J. Cairns in collaboration with original composer Sylvester Levay is famous for producing the Airwolf Themes 2CD soundtrack album for the high-flying, mid-1980s American action television series series Airwolf (1984-1986). The program concerned a supersonic military helicopter, codenamed Airwolf, and her crew as they undertook various missions, many involving espionage, with a Cold War theme. The soundtrack was created over a five year period and is interesting in that it was all done by-ear by the self-taught musician. By the turn of the Millennium the ‘Airwolf Themes: 2CD Special Limited Edition’ had become very collectible gaining regular eBay bids (being sold by people who’d reserved and bought more than one copy) in the region of $350-$510 per set. On the 18th March, 2000 the bids culminated in a new World Record for a television soundtrack when a set sold for $715.03 on eBay. This was subsequently broken on 25th March, 2004 when a Washington-based seller sold his spare 2CD set for $765.03, and then for a third time $981.74 on the 10th March, 2006 remaining the ‘Most Expensive Television Soundtrack of all Time’. He produced a new soundtrack for the Airwolf TV show in March 2014 called 'Airwolf Extended Themes' 2CD Special Limited Edition, in conjunction with Orchestrator & Associate Producer, Jan Michal Szulew. There were 42 brand new tracks on this release, split between Airwolf Main Themes, and Episodic score.

Link | 0 | 1 | The Big Bubbling Band | The Big Bubbling Band | The Big Bubbling Band | The Big Bubbling Band was created by the soundtrack composer Franco Micalizzi to perform many of the musical theme songs written by him for the so called “Italian polizieschi" films in the 70's and 80's: "La Banda del Gobbo", "Italia a mano armata", "Roma a mano armata", "Il Cinico, l'Infame, il Violento", "Napoli violenta", "Delitto sull'autostrada", "Genova a mano armata", "They call me Trinity", "The Visitor", "Beyond the door". To remember the concerts of the Band on October 2005 at "Casa del Jazz" in Rome and the innovative one at the "Rolling Stone" in Milan, on May 30th 2006, where famous rappers, dj's and hip-hop breakdancers participated very successfully. Micalizzi's musical style meets effectively with the popular "Italian polizieschi" movies, that also the famous director Quentin Tarantino has recently confirmed to have been inspired to. Micalizzi's musical writing fits perfectly with the fast and dramatic action sequences, typical of the urban crime stories. From his orchestral funk-jazz compositions, various hip-hop artists and rappers have drawn in the last years, through the use of the sampling and the breakbeat. Also, he feels at home in the traditonal Big Band Style and is writing and performing with the Big Bubbling Band the classic Swing Sound.

Link | 0 | 1 | Oz Chiri | Oz Chiri | Buenos Aires | Oz Chiri | Hailing from Argentina, Osvaldo Humberto Antonio "Oz" Chiri is quickly making a global name for himself. He already has a load of accomplishments under his belt, including endorsements from Voodoo Lab, Coffin Case, D'Andrea USA, Steve Clayton, Sit Strings, Big Bends, In Tune GP, and Pigtronix. And in 2009, Oz became the first musician from Argentina who would headline at the famous Whisky a Go Go with an American band. As success continues to follow this genuinely versatile and talented guitarist, Oz is sharing his love of music with the masses in the United States and beyond. Born on September 16, 1973, Oz Chiri recalls having a passion for music from as far back as his early childhood. When he was 12 years old, his grandmother, Amalia Guillermina Aurora Iraola de Diaz, who was a piano and guitar teacher, taught him everything he wanted to know about music, allowing his talent to flourish. Oz spent years perfecting his craft, learning everything he could about guitar theory before playing live in hard rock bands in the Argentinian underground music scene. During this time, he also spent 6 years studying music at an Argentinian music conservatory, but when it came for his final exam, he realized, “I never really cared about degrees,” and instead focused on producing more music. Oz’s band, Angeles & Demonios (Angels & Demons), released Born in Caseros in 1995. His band garnered a high level of success in Argentina with their recordings and by playing live in many venues throughout Buenos Aires during the ‘90s. In 1997, Oz released a solo album titled Classical Guitar Melodies. But Oz decided that he needed to take his musical career a giant leap forward, and so he moved to Hollywood, California, where he worked as a hired musician on several projects and was also able to start up another project, Solve and Coagula, described as a mix of medieval rhythms with hard rock instrumentation. Between 2002-2006, Solve and Coagula also recorded several demos and EP’s and their music was played on radio stations in Europe. In 2009, Oz formed the band Blue Embrace, which is still going strong. Mixing modern metal with the experimental hard rock of the 1970s, Blue Embrace has found success in the United States, playing with bands including Korn, the Black Eyed Peas, Shiny Toy Guns, Story of the Year, Uriah Heap, and Mötley Crüe. Releases include Bleeding Blue (2009) and Fenix (2010) Devil in Disguise (2012) (Feel the Blues live) 2013 Oz Chiri is currently keeping very busy, recording new music with Blue Embrace while also working on a new solo release available on late 2015

His works are very much influenced by his own research in parapsychology (notably spiritism) and his macabre interest for biologic abnormalities. He made quite a name for himself in the occultist milieu when he bought what would become the infamous “WEIRD CABARET DE FRANCE”: an old French country house which he turned into a rest home for circus freaks, and where he regularly holds grotesque theatrical performances, blending sex, magic, philosophy and biological horrors into a ferocious exposure of human absurdity. DE FRONTANEL’s controversial work has been made available to a larger, more “exoteric” audience, as his label GRAHN GEEN-YOL’ REC, dedicated to collectible pieces of deviant art and insane electro, recently started again in collaboration with INVASION PLANETE.

Link | 0 | 1 | Steven Martire | Steven Martire | Steven Martire | Martire From the moment of this 27 year old's first releases, they were being showcased early on by the likes of the trance king himself Armin van Buuren. Other artists such as Above & Beyond, Myon & Shane54, Max Graham, and Dash Berlin had soon caught wind of this talented young man. His releases being selected on several occasions by Armin himself as Tune of the Week on his A State of Trance weekly radio show. Later on even beating out the likes of Mat Zo & Arty on Above & Beyond's “Trance Around the World” weekly show for their Webvote series. After gaining some notice, it wasn't long until Martire had signed a track to the none other then the #1 DJ in the World's (Armin van Buuren) personal label “A State of Trance Recordings” in 2013 with his song “Paradise”. After the release of this track, it had shot up quickly on the Beatport Top 10 Trance charts just in it's first couple days! As well as being played in Armin van Buuren's appearance on BBC Radio 1 for his intense album preview. Over the last year he has gone on to reinvent and evolve himself as an artist, a producer, and also as a DJ. Striving to be among the best at what he does. His urge to create high energy tasteful club worthy tracks is beginning to emerge into the masses. This music is what truly expresses his personality, deriving from his own personal experiences as a long time fan of it all. Behind all this success is a prevailing devotion for dance music.
