Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 30/03/2026
Found 621899 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 20 | Tony Goodacre | Tony Goodacre was born in Leeds, England, in 1938, he died in 2022.. He took up the guitar in his teens, originally studying classical and Spanish guitar technique, but he was drawn toward folk and country music instead, initially through the music of Burl Ives. The skiffle boom hit while he was serving in the Royal Air Force, and Goodacre formed his own skiffle band, the Tigers. They were getting enough bookings to make the future look promising, and Goodacre started getting approached as a solo artist. He was suddenly sidetracked into a new field when he was booked into the Cavendish Hotel in Felixstowe during September of 1956, to play a night of country & western music -- he was forced to adjust his repertory on the spot, and the audience response was enthusiastic. The group continued to do skiffle music, but Goodacre slowly found himself drawn to country music, and was able to borrow American records from U.S. servicemen that he met who were stationed in England. By the time he left the service, he had plunged into the music, all while holding down a day job -- beginning as a solo guitarist/singer in 1960, by 1964 he'd formed a duo with Arthur Layfield, and three years later had a full band, Goodacre Country. They were at the core of a country music boom in England, and in 1973 Goodacre won the Record Mirror Award as the Top Solo Country Act in England. He also made his first appearance in Nashville that year, appearing with George Hamilton IV on the Arthur Smith television show. His first album, Roaming Around Nashville, was recorded and released on the Outlet Records label in 1974, and he cut follow-up albums for the same label over the next five years. He made his first appearance at the Grand Ole Opry in 1977, which was followed by an appearance on the Ernest Tubb Midnight Jamboree. He was getting regular bookings in America during the late '70s and his career was focused far beyond England, encompassing the United States, Canada, Australia and the Pacific Rim, and the European continent. In the early '80s, he formed his own label as an outlet for other artists. He occupied a unique niche in country music, winning popularity awards in Holland and other European countries. He later narrated memorial shows devoted to Jim Reeves, and at the start of the 21st century -- opening his fifth decade in music -- was more active than ever. Country music may have had its origins in America (with some lesser but significant contributions from Canada), but it has successfully taken root around the world -- that's how England comes to have a performer who can claim the designation of "Britain's Mr. Country Music." | |

| Search | Add | 20 | Prasad Records | The Prasad Records band is an extension of the Prasad Records label, founded by Kevin Hsu in 2021. Utilizing an extensive library of samples (typically derived from children´s TV shows), the band has released records in an eclectic variety of genres ranging from Blackened Grindcore to lofi Hip-Hop to easy-listening ballads. Prolific is the best way to describe the relentless arsenal of albums released month after month by the band. Recurring elements include: spoken word vocals haphazardly played over a dissonant slap bass line, reinterpretations of songs from the 60s and 70s, and cacophonous songs layered with dozens of tracks. The influence of Wesley Willis can be heard in songs like “Bizarre Jordan Triangle” and “Zach Manack” which feature humorous, confusing, and absurd lyrics. Song themes generally revolve around fictional stories of Kevin's friends or musings on obscure or asinine facets of life. | |

Providing a bleak, atmospheric, yet fist pumping style of metal influenced by a combination of the European folk, black and melodic death metal scene, and from the more sombre forms of metal from their native land. Accursed Years was formed in 2013 by Agnieszka "Annie" Bryniarska and Joseph Peers. They were later joined in 2014 by Jon Evans, and in 2015 by Rob Innell, Dan Reynolds, and Søren Willatzen. They take their name from the two thousand years of the first period of Sauron's rule over J.R.R. Tolkien's Middle-earth in the latter part of the Second Age. The name has come to symbolise many things, including the Norman occupation of England from the eyes of an Anglo-Saxon, to the bleak times of depression in life.

Possessing a deep love for the hip-hop culture that began since he was very young, his mindstate as a musician is to always stay true to the game, be yourself, and never sacrifice your art for materialistic things. With a lyrical and production style reminiscent of the old school, the Mad Doctor’s goal is to provide his listeners with raw, dope beats and down-to-earth, truthful, sometimes humorous lyrics, and make sure each new release always brings something stylistically different to the table. When he’s on the mic, his topics include politics, social issues, relationships, friendships, and of course, his stances on hip-hop and the ever shady music industry. He is currently working on his debut album “MALPRACTICE MUSIK,” set to drop later this year. |

Despite treatments and two operations, his eyesight did not return, so that he was sent to Belgrade as a seven-year-old child to an educational institution for blind children. After he came to Sarajevo in 1957, he sang at Radio Sarajevo and became a permanent soloist at the age of 19. At these festivals, he performed both as a performer and as an author. He recorded his first records in 1960 and was also the exclusive artist of the then-largest record company “Jugoton” from Zagreb. | Search | Add | 20 | Carlo Bo | Carlo Bo (25 January 1911 – 21 July 2001) was a poet, literary critic, a professor and Life senator of Italy (from 1984). Before the Second World War, in the year 1936, he published an essay on the literary magazine Frontespizio which was gathering together the most relevant poets like Mario Luzi, and contemporary artists from Ottone Rosai to Giorgio Morandi and Quinto Martini. His essay was titled "Letteratura come vita (Literature as a way of life)", containing the theoretical-methodological fundamentals of hermetic poetry. This was to become a strong poetical movement comprising important poets, such as Salvatore Quasimodo and Eugenio Montale, both of whom would go on to receive the Nobel Prize in Literature (1959, 1975). Bo himself, however, never did and, at the age of 86, was rendered incapable of understanding Dario Fo's 1997 receipt of the Nobel Prize in Literature, saying "I must be too old to understand. What does this mean? That everything changes, even literature has changed. Bo was president of University of Urbino from 1947, for more than 50 years.

As a thirteen-year-old, he started playing the giatra more seriously, and at the age of fifteen he had his own band "Plavi Dijamant". After the breakup of this group, in November 1967, Ibro complets the orchestra, in which he was joined by Ljubo Kešelj (accordionist), Čurkan Durić (drummer) and Paša Bikić (singer). At one time, they performed in restaurants all over Yugoslavia at the time, and mostly in Sarajevo. After completing his military service in 1973, he entered the world of music, entertainment and composing in a more serious and engaged way. That's when the lyrics for his first song "Ti kraljice moga srca" were written, sung by Nedžad Imamović, accompanied by the RTV Sarajevo orchestra. His professional music career had a continuous upward trend. Since 1973, he has composed over 700 songs (LP-records, music cassettes, compact discs and DVD albums) for various record companies. Many of his compositions are considered pearls of folk music and an immeasurable wealth of folk melodrama, such as: "Ti si ta", "Sa, sa Sarajevo", "Kani suzo izdajice", "Poslejnji put veceras", "Dijana ljubavi", "Kad raskopčam jeleče", "Otiso si Dragane", "Tvoje oci plave", "Izadji mala, "Garavuso moja mala", "Prosjak ili car", "Kad bi zivot moj sto godina bio" and lots more. As a composer, he collaborated with the best orchestras from ex-Yugoslavia, such as: the orchestra of Branimir Đokić, Dragan Aleksandrić, Ljuba Kešelj, Dragan Stojković Bosanc, Miroljub Aranđelović Kemiš, Omer Pobrić, Dulet Jovanović, Bora Višnjički, Mića Radovanović. In the course of his long career, he also left a noticeable mark as a member of many organizations and associations, whose goal was the improvement of musical culture and creativity, including the protection of intellectual property and copyright. He is the owner of dozens of gold, platinum and diamond records, as well as Disko-olympus, which he received in 1983 as Diskoton's highest recognition for the highest circulation achieved in that year, over 500,000 copies. |
