Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 05/01/2026
Found 619583 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

Armed with their guitars and distortion pedals they’ve produced waves of melancholic noises along the lines of great American post-rock tradition and pinned two albums before they finally grew apart and dissipated. Fake Madona’s Underwear were: Anina Bundalo-vox, guitars Ivan Damnjanović-bass Ivan Topisirović-guitars Lav Bratuša-drums Milja Jovanović-spiritus movens | |

Van Nispen studied law in Leiden and did his military service at the cavalry. He exchanged that last position in 1981 for the clerkship of the Supreme Court of the Netherlands in The Hague, with which he became the head of the civil service organization. From 2004 Van Nispen provided the introductions of various educational audio books. |

| Search | Add | 2 | The Shitkicker Rebellion | Rochester musicians shot-lived reunion, consisting primarily of four former members of [a336883]. 2022 turned out to be an especially fruitful year for Greg Prevost's "artistic pursuits". His excellent biography On The Street I Met a Dog (Misty Lane Books) was published just two weeks before the release of his album Vintage Violence (Mean Disposition Records), a compilation of rarities from the mid-to-late '70s. To properly celebrate this coincidence, a presentation was organized at the legendary House of Guitars in Rochester, where Greg worked for half of his life. For such a special event, a book signing was scheduled, spiced up with free pizza, a "party" atmosphere, and a small, unannounced live performance. Greg was joined by his "brothers", companions of countless battles and former [a336883] members Rick Cona (bass), Paul Morabito (guitar) and Zachary Koch (drums). Ryan Moore (lead guitar, piano/organ), current member of The Low Spirits with Zachary, was part of the ensemble, but due to Covid, couldn't make the scene. They played five songs right on the floor of the store, surrounded by dozens of record bins, boxes, and a full-capacity crowd that merged with the group's "stage." The band performed under the name [b]The Shitkicker Rebellion[/b]. Marketing genius. As expected, it was a blast, leaving both the artists and audience wanting more. Within a couple of weeks, at the end of January 2023, still feeling the vibes, they headed to Dave Anderson's Saxon Recording studio to record two songs from the brief live set -this time with Ryan- with the idea of releasing a single. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | per.du | per.du is a producer and DJ, record collector and music lover from Vienna, Austria. After first experiencing the joy of collecting music in 2009, he bought his set of turntables. Buying records mainly from the 70s and 80s, he then started sampling and interpreting these original records, transforming them into new music. Since he first released a track on the web in 2010, his audience has been growing steadily. Learning most craft autodidactically or by watching other producers, per.du emancipated from mainly remixing classic Hip Hop tracks to creating original modern funky music with an emphasis on bass and drums. Inspired by a wide range of genres from Afro-Beat to Jazz, Blues, Funk and Rock, he loves to spice up his productions by adding non-electronic instruments. Many tracks are composed and recorded in cooperation with local musicians. Being a student at the „Johann Sebastian Bach Music School“, he has recurring opportunities to jam with other music students, professionals and teachers at public jam-sessions. In 2013, he joined the Vienna-based collective NuBlends. Since 2014 they organize numerous parties in Vienna and a monthly clubbing, at the moment residing at Roxy Vienna. Contributing to most of the Nu Blends Releases and Compilations, he gained a lot of international attention remixing tracks and creating original music. In spring 2015 per.du released his first Extended Player, the „Bounce!-EP“, a more electronic, Glitch-inspired and funky interpretation of Hip Hop and Breakbeat. The DEBUT ALBUM “per.du”, an electronic as well as organic sounding mix of Nufunk, Hiphop, Breakbeat and some mellow beats, will be released September 1st 2015 on [l838622] per.du has been deejaying in some of Vienna’s finest clubs like the „Grelle Forelle“ or the Pratersauna. He enjoys spreading good vibes on and beside the dancefloor, playing out Funk along with headnodding Hip Hop and bouncing Glitch Hop. Seeing every party as a unique experience, he enjoys playing very different sets at each and every show. Contact&booking: therealperdu@gmail.com | |

| Search | Add | 2 | The Trey J's | The Trey J’s were a vocal duo which featured James Binford and Joseph Smith. James Binford originally from Indianapolis, Indiana began singing in various local Doo-Wop and church ensembles from the age of 9. Something he continued to do after enlisting in the Marine Corps as a 17 year old, often performing in Officers clubs where he was stationed. He also ventured out of camp to perform in local clubs, building a solid reputation as a performer. While stationed in Albany, Georgia James was introduced by his then wife to one of her relatives Mr Eddie Harris, the band leader of one of Alanta’s most popular acts, the Eddie Harris Review. Following his release from the Marine Corps James took a job with International Harvester in his native Indianapolis before being transferred to the Macdonald Douglas Aeronautical Engineering Company in Atlanta. Here he once again hooked up with Eddie Harris working as a backing singer as part of his Review. James later had aspirations of forming his own ensemble so under the guidance of his manager Johnny Glover, James, began to form his own review. In 1968 James and Johnny held an audition for a baritone vocalist through a local radio station. From a 150 hopeful applicant’s a 28year old Detroiter by the name of Joseph Smith was chosen. Joseph who had previously moved to Atlanta some 10 years earlier where he had married his first wife Jacklyn and raised a family of 3 children. Thus with the addition of Joseph the Trey J’s were born, their name being taken from the Americanization “Trey” a derivative of the French word for the number three “Tres” and the first initial of James and Joseph and their late manager Johnny Glover’s christian names, hence Three J’s equals the “Trey J’s”. By the early 1970’s The Trey J’s had become regular performers at Atlanta’s most infamous Black night club ‘The Pink Pussy Cat’. It was while performing at the Pink Pussy Cat that the Trey J’s came into contact with a local record producer by the name of Thomas Fletcher Davis more commonly known as Tee Fletcher. Tee a successful recording artist in his own right with a string of recording for several labels such as Josie, Shurfine, and Tragar had begun his own production company Tee Gem Records. | |
