Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 28/01/2025
Found 600568 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

Search | Add | 6 | Diamond Haze | Diamond Haze is an electronic music project started in Budapest under a different name after the members Gábor and Milán got introduced through Milán's brother. Gábor, a seasoned bassist with a musical journey tracing back to high school bands, unites with Milán, a vinyl aficionado whose eclectic collection and DJ sets span from early trance to modern disco. They had their first joint session in 2015 in an old building in the Csepel Industrial Park which was used for band rehearsals also by the one Gábor was a part of. Diamond Haze's unique sound was born — a harmonious fusion of their distinct musical backgrounds and innovative perspectives. Evolving over time, their studio setup grew and the tracks also got much groovier.

The former electronic dance music singer has worked with London-based DJs and producers such as [a=Lee-Cabrera] (2005 single/EP, [r=1825139]) and [a=Kurtis Mantronik] (2003 single/EP [r=170928]). In May 2010, Mim released her first solo album, [r=10094037]. Brought up on all types of music from [a=Neil Young] and [a=Joni Mitchell] to [a=James Taylor] and [a=Earth, Wind & Fire], Mim Grey claims that those artists ‘never fail to inspire’ her when it comes to writing her own material. There's a flurry of easy on the ear female singer songwriters emerging at the moment. Mim Grey has the looks and the vocals to match the pick of the crop. [r=8506648], released in October 2012, is another supremely easy on the ear album, with Mim's vocals being as seductive as you're likely to hear. Those in the know can bask in the self satisfaction of having discovered the charms of one of Britain's best new vocal talents. |

Scott II, the first 100 of which come with a reprint of the "Lullaby for the Aborted" promo flyers reproduced from the original 2010 files. Nazarene Plague had many other Donohue-Penned songs that never got recorded, including "Inflicting the Mortal Wound", "Devliver us to Evil", "Near Death Experience", The New Life" and "Humani Holocaustum". Unreleased: "Lullaby For The Aborted" EP, 2010. Recorded by Kenny Jockel for Infernal Trinity Records. 1. Murderer 2. Sacrificial Suicide 3. Rancid Feast 4. Lullaby for the Aborted 5. Immortality Through Homicide 6. Spectral Slaughter (Instrumental) 7. The Nazarene Plague Rehearsal Demo 2010 - Like the 2009 "Nazarene Plague" demo CD they've recorded this entire demo live in rehearsal multiple times. Also like the previous demo, ones that they found unsatisfactory were deleted. Two complete copies were kept but the band broke up before they could ever put them out as a demo CD, which they planned to do after Infernal Trinity Records released "Lullaby for the Aborted". The two versions can be told apart by the absence of a guitar solo on the first version of "Reduced to Ash". "37 86" is a 9 minute instrumental heavily influenced by the neoclassical guitar shred subgenre. 1. The American Pipe Dream 2. Reduced to Ash 3. 37 86

Search | Add | 6 | D. Jacob Davies | D. Jacob Davies (15 September 1916 – 11 February 1974) was a Welsh Unitarian minister who became a prominent figure within Welsh public life and within his denomination in Wales and beyond. Jacob Davies was born on 15 September 1916 at Penlon, Tregroes, near Llandysul, one of the five children of o David and Mary Davies. He was educated at Tregroes Primary School before earning a scholarship to Llandysul Grammar School in 1929, where he remained until 1936. He then became a student at Carmarthen Presbyterian College to prepare for the Unitarian ministry. After some years in Carmarthen he became minister of the Capel Bach, the Unitarian chapel in Aberystwyth, where he enrolled as a student at the University and graduated in 1945. Although Davies had intended to study for an MA degree, he received a call to minister the Unitarian churches at Highland Place, Aberdare and Hen-Dy-Cwrdd, Trecynon. The latter was the oldest nonconformist place of worship in the Aberdare Valley. As well as his duties as a minister, Davies played a wider role in the life of Aberdare, including supporting the movement to establish a Welsh-medium primary school, Ysgol Gymraeg Aberdar. In 1957, Jacob Davies returned to his native area to minister the three Unitarian churches at Alltyblacca; Capel y Bryn, Cwrtnewydd and Cwmsychbant. He remained there until his death in 1974. Davies was an active broadcaster, writer and journalist, and edited the Unitarian journal, Yr Ymofynnydd. He was an active campaigner for pensioners' rights and the Pensioner of Wales from 1955 until 1973. He was in demand to preside at the National Eisteddfod of Wales and the Llangollen International Eisteddfod. Politically, Davies supported Plaid Cymru, and unsuccessfully stood as a candidate in the inaugural Dyfed County Council election in 1973. He finished fourth with 21% of the vote. Davies died suddenly on 11 February 1974. He was buried four days later at Bwlchydadfa Cemetery, Talgarreg.

Search | Add | 6 | הולי | Holy was known in the local scene as a top guitar player for a short time during the 80's. He recorded "Hayanshuf" trying to break through but since his music was rooted deep in the 60's & 70's psych-blues-rock he didn't managed to sign with any major record company. He decided to produce the album entirely by himself including a completely DYI cover which he folded and taped by himself. As for the music, the album has the grace of a low budget production and the feel of a real enthusiastic guy, devoted to his music and free spirit. two tracks of the sound sample include his cover version to Jimi Hendrix "Hey Joe" (which combine phrases from Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd and Hendrix's own US anthem fuzz cover!) and a instrumental "hendrix style" track full of fuzz-feedbacks and swirl guitar, Rest of the songs on the album are sung in Hebrew! Privately pressed somewhere in the early 80's in no more than 100 copies (50 copies is agreed to be the most accurate number). This album was never reissued on LP or CD. The album failed to sell and got lost in history, Holy's only "big" success was a great blues gem session with Peter Green (Fleetwood Mac) while Green's visit in Israel in the 80's (recorded on a private CD). Although he's still living in Israel he has vanished from the music scene since then but was spotted many times playing his guitar around the streets of Haifa and other bars blues & rock evenings, additionally, he used to be a guitar teacher.

Search | Add | 6 | Ralph Bakshi | Ralph Bakshi (born October 29, 1938) is an American director of animated and live-action films. In the 1970s, he established an alternative to mainstream animation through independent and adult-oriented productions. Between 1972 and 1992, he directed nine theatrically released feature films, five of which he wrote. He has been involved in numerous television projects as director, writer, producer and animator. Beginning his career at the Terrytoons television cartoon studio as a cel polisher, Bakshi was eventually promoted to animator, and then director. He moved to the animation division of Paramount Pictures in 1967 and started his own studio, Bakshi Productions, in 1968. Through producer Steve Krantz, Bakshi made his debut feature film, Fritz the Cat, released in 1972. It was the first animated film to receive an X rating from the Motion Picture Association of America, and the most successful independent animated feature of all time. Over the next eleven years, Bakshi directed seven additional animated features. He is well known for such films as Wizards (1977), The Lord of the Rings (1978), American Pop (1981) and Fire and Ice (1983). In 1987, Bakshi returned to television work, producing the series Mighty Mouse: The New Adventures, which ran for two years. After a nine-year hiatus from feature films, he directed Cool World (1992), which was largely rewritten during production and received poor reviews. Bakshi returned to television with the live-action film Cool and the Crazy (1994) and the anthology series Spicy City (1997).

Search | Add | 6 | Judy Domeny | Judy grew up on a farm near Rogersville, Missouri. The fourth of five children, Judy learned early how to weed gardens, pick up rocks from the fields, stack wood, and haul hay. To entertain herself while she worked, she sang folk songs. She sang of broken hearted Barbara Allen, English kings and queens, cowboys and Indians. She sang of Civil War battles, sailing ships, train wrecks, and murders. She sang to her pony on long trail rides and to the cows as she helped pen them. Fascinated by the stories within the songs, she developed a repertoire of hundreds of Ozark folk songs. The majority of Judy’s traditional folksong repertoire comes from the Ozark song collections of Max Hunter and Vance Randolph. Some of the songs date back to fourteenth century England, but most of her selections date from the early 1800s to the early 1900s.

Songs were recorded with one member on tape loops, the other on vocals. Instrumental elements of songs from the 80s and 90s were looped, and vocals were overdubbed. Lyrics were typically not written, but ad-libbed. Joan Marie Polo recorded four tapes between 1994 and 1995. In 2000 a CD was made, The Love & Affection I Used to Have, which compiled a selection of songs from all four tapes (mostly from 1994’s Zig Death). The compilation CD wound up in the hands of Irwin Chusid who played JMP on WFMU. Additional songs were made available through MySpace. In 2005 The Love & Affection I Used to Have was made available as a CD-r and MP3.
