Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 16/12/2025
Found 617983 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 3 | Justinsayne N8V | Justin Leavitt | Justinsayne N8V exploded onto the independent underground scene in late 2012 with the release of his debut album “RED LIST.” He soon proved to be a serious force to be reckoned with, with his own original rock/rap/native style he calls “RAP & ROLL” or “Pop & Mosh.” His songwriting is smart, complex, and offers a strong positive message while at the same time reminding us of the real world we live in and how we can help change it for the better. He belts out songs of love and respect, real life struggles, and evolving as a race, as we stand up against oppression and hate in all forms. His songs are personal, deep, and straight from the heart, “angry feel good music.” Justinsayne N8V raps in many styles and also sings. He can bust out harmonies, as well as attack metal screams and swoon with a deep soulful smooth growl. He also gained a fast reputation for being a beast on stage and and tearing up live shows. His follow up album, “WAGON BURNER,” proved his talent was not limited to just one good album. It was a beautiful continuation of the brutal in-your-face headbangers mixed with melodic, dark overtones. His songwriting skills, again, are exceptional and thought provoking, backed by amazing music production, plenty of catchy heavy guitar riffs, 808 bass, and turntable scratch action, headbangers and and dance grooves. This Native American underground artist resides in the Northwest, was born and raised in Denver and all over the west. An ojibwe 7th fire warrior of the bear clan, from white earth reservation in Minnesota, he stays true to his roots and traditional ways, always sending positive and informative messages through his music. Justinsayne N8V has six national tours under his belt, touring with some of the biggest names in independent music, as well as performing at huge national festivals and building his home base of justinsayniacs in his home state of Oregon. He has been featured in over 40 collaboration songs with other artists and a familiar face in the underground hustler series of mixtapes. He has been nominated for numerous awards and Wagon Burner was named one of the 10 best albums of 2014 in Oregon. Since the release of his second album, he has toured and rocked stages across the nation non stop, building steam and gaining fans, releasing videos and new singles regularly to keep his justinsayniacs appeased. He has just finished his third album entitled “BORDERLINE PERSONALITY,” which promises to be another amazing journey through the heart, mind, and voice of the man that brings that native thunda. If you are wanting something fresh and completely original to bang your head to, look no further. This is rap for the person that hates rap! From ages 1 to 100, there’s something in there for you to groove too. Look him up online and on most all social media links,or catch him on stage in a city near you. You will not regret it. |

They both have unique styles when it comes to their own productions but bring them together and the outcome is quite special. BFM create spacious, stripped back, grime. There is almost a deep dubstep influence to their productions, merge that with their skippy drum loops & reggae vocal samples and you’ve got a kind of dubstep infused grime sound that is incredibly rare but easily recognisable." - | |

| Search | Add | 3 | The InTime Quintet | The InTime Quintet specializes in performing music in the style of tango nuevo created by Astor Piazzolla. The quintet consists of Henrik Perelló violin, Markku Lindeman accordion, Tuomas Turriago piano, Jorma Salmela guitar and Petri Mäkiharju bass. The musicians continue to carry on the live performance of Piazzolla's quintet music in a self-righteous manner, bringing it to its own temperament, which may not be quite normal in the Nordic countries. In 1994, InTime Quintet came to the attention of the music world by winning the first international Astor Piazzolla competition in Italy. and has since recorded 5 CDs of this music (ALBA). In addition to concerts in Finland, the band has performed in Sweden, Estonia, Denmark, Russia, France, Argentina, Japan, Emirates and Germany and has received an enthusiastic reception in concerts and jazz clubs as well as in chamber music, folk and avant-garde festivals. Finnish contemporary composers such as Kalevi Aho, Hannu Pohjannoro, Ilari Laakso, and Leonid Bashmakov have commissioned works for the quintet, with a viewpoint extending from the traditional style to the avant-garde. InTime Quintet also collaborates with dance artists such as La Camorra (Mobita-Dansco), Kaari Martin and Tommi Kitti. The InTime Quintet repertoire now also includes finnish well known songs adapted to the tango nuevo spirit. In 2015 the quintet released the record "Kotimaiset Tangoklassikot" featuring the singer Jari Pekkinen. | |

| Search | Add | 3 | This Year's Comeback | Brian Matthew - Vocals. Nick Stier - Guitar. Justin Quintana - Guitar. Ken Rapsas - Bass. Ryan Connor - Drums. | With Screaming guitar riffs, powerful vocals and even stronger choruses, This Year's Comeback is the perfect blend of the nostalgic 2000's pop-punk and emo sound we've all grown up with. Fans have come to say that "This Year's Comeback isn't a band, they're a party." Formed in the summer of 2014, by friends Brian Matthew, Nick Stier, and Ryan Connor, This Year's Comeback took quite a while before finding an identity for itself. However, through many line-up changes and a few genre adjustments, in September of 2016, the band finally released its first demo tracks. Despite this step in the right direction, it wasn't until February of 2017 that an official line-up had finally been set in stone. With the accompaniment of Justin Quintana and bassist, Ken Rapsas, the band was finally ready to move towards much more grandeur projects. In June, 2017, TYC released their single, "Despite The Flood", less of a demo and more of an aural assault demonstrating the band's DIY capabilities, and raw musical prowess. The year following "Despite The Flood", 2018, This Year's Comeback released their first full length studio album "Far From Fine, A Garden State Tragedy" in 2018, the followup "Missing Pages" in 2019, and their "Douglas Wake" EP in 2019. | Search | Add | 3 | Q-Sign | Athens, GA Q-Sign was formed by American Chris McKay and Irishman Tom O'Gorman on the banks of the Oconee River in Athens, Georgia in March of 1995. Soon after, the duo had added Andy Ainsworth on lead guitar to the permanent lineup and had begun work on the songs that would be included on Earth Loop And Goodness. In fact, "Stay Away", "Pepper" and "Twist" were put together within the first 24 hours that O'Gorman and McKay were writing together and the majority of the album's songs were written within the first 2 weeks. Brian Pridemore and Ken Slotkowski were the original rhythm section. Eventually, Michael Rietveld took over on drums from Brian and first Dave Chalfant, then Christine Reynolds played bass. Q-Sign played regionally for a couple of years and earned the distinction of being named one of Musician Magazine's Best Unsigned Bands In America before founder Tom O'Gorman moved overseas. The band's last live performance was on July 4, 1998 in front of 55,000 people in Atlanta, Georgia during the Peachtree Road Race and Q-Sign was seen on nearly all TV news coverage. | |

In the early 90´s he bought his first pair of turntables and started messing around with vinyl records. Starting turntablism and beatjuggling as a HipHop-DJ. Being fascinated by the medium, he built up his own record store “Ill-Biznizz Records” in 2001. Everything went well along the time, but things were about to change. After visiting several electronic festivals, Phil fell in love with electronic dance music. He started collecting his first techno and house vinyls and began organizing underground rave parties. Today his parties, called “Treibjagd”, are still the main events in the area. Big names, as well as creative youngsters, are always exited to show up and spin the tables. After so many years Phil decided to advance to the next level and started to produce his own sounds in 2010. After releasing some tunes and remixes on different labels, he decided to built himself and other talented artists a platform: “Treibjagd Records” was born and hit the scene very successfully. Artists like Patrick Kunkel, Pele, Lützenkirchen, Joseph Disco, Dema & Paride Saraceni produce for “Treibjagd Records” and new and talented artists get a chance to become recognized on the newly founded sublabel “U6 Schallplatten”. Phil truly loves music and the art of party. He hosts a radioshow on FEVAH FM 88.3, still plays on every good party he can catch on and searches for young talents to boost their career. His records get support from big names like Sven Väth, Aka Aka, Paco Osuna, Butch, Oliver Schories, M.A.N.D.Y, Slam and many many more… |

| Search | Add | 3 | Arizenme | Early in the year 2000 5 friends of mutual musical influences assembled to form a band by the name of Kayne who would soon be known better as ARIZENME. The original lineup for the band was Rian Smith-vocals, Justin Wood-percussion, Dale Dickerson-guitar, Seth Johnson-bass guitar, and Joseph Rodriguez-guitar. At first they were playing primarily cover songs with only limited original material. The band spent almost an entire year practicing and writing material before they played their fist live show. The band's sound soon met its audience in Houston's metal and hardcore scenes and continues to do nothing but grow in size. In February of 2002 guitar player Dale Dickerson decided to leave the band due to creative differences. After Dale parted ways with the band they had to rework a lot of their material so it could be played as a four-piece. After a few months of work the band had rediscovered their musical tightness and decided to go into the studio and record their first CD. In the later months of 2002 Arizenme once again pondered the idea of acquiring a second guitar player. In October of 2002 the band soon found the missing piece of their equation in long-time friend Daniel Caldwell. Since then Daniel has been a dynamic addition to Arizenme's audio onslaught. Arizenme welcomes 2003 with the release of their first CD. This self-titled debut promises to leave audiences hungry and anxious for more. Arizenme's sound can't be summarized in just one or two songs. Each song has something different and innovative to offer and no 2 songs are alike. The energy of an Arizenme show is constantly on the rise each show a little crazier than the last. When Arizenme plays, crowds move because their music is real and it's raw. "We put our hearts and souls into our music and we hope the crowd can appreciate that, and all we want from anyone is their respect." ~Joseph and Rian. Arizenme has shared stages with national acts such as The Dillenger Escape Plan, Prong, Mastadon, and Dust for Life as well as local bands such as Fault, Four, The End of Irony, Sore, and many others. Arizenme has come a long way in a fairly short amount of time and they plan to continue to do so far into the future. | |

| Search | Add | 3 | Miss High Heel | Miss High Heel was founded in Chicago, Illinois in late 1995 by James Marlon Magas, Tom Smith, and [a216186]. Joining the no-everything troika were Azita Youseffi, Jim O'Rourke, Jodie Baltazar (Jodie McCann, [a869858]), Chuck Falzone, and Bill Pisarri, Mike Green (Wyfe, Her Hair Jelly, etc.), and Nándor Névai. They recorded one radio session (at [url=https://www.discogs.com/label/596895-WZRD-FM-883-Chicago]WZRD-FM[/url]), performed one live performance (at the Magnatroid, New Year's Eve '95), and spent three months recording, mixing, and remixing "The Family's Hot Daughter", an album that was to have been issued by [l33275]. When that label lost an important domestic distribution deal, funding for the MHH collection vanished, and the project was shelved. Tiny noise indie [url=https://www.discogs.com/label/1707237-Billy-Sides]B.Sides[/url] (now known as No Sides) released a lone radio session, but the recordings ultimately displeased the group's principals. After 11 years, the original "The Family's Hot Daughter" mixes, long vouchsafed within Tom Smith's personal archive, were finally unearthed in 2006. [a319782] of Blossoming Noise heard five minutes of unedited roughs during a dinner party and quickly struck a deal. Upon release of the album, Miss High Heel clarified in a letter to the editor that the group was "designed to exist as a theoretical unit, and sunder at an appropriate moment. The only impediment to the completion of that goal was the collapse of the album release on Skin Graft." Performers: James Marlon Magas: voice [a216186]: drums, bass clarinet Azita Youseffi: synthesizer Jim O'Rourke: bass guitar, trumpet, synthesizer Jodie Baltazar (Jodie McCann, [a869858]): voice Chuck Falzone: bass guitar (live only) Bill Pisarri: clarinet, bass guitar (studio only) Nándor Névai: voice Mike Green: compere, hermeneutics Tom Smith: voice, black metal tape edits, mix, production | |

| Search | Add | 3 | Robert Burton Hubele | Hubele is the oldest of eight children, raised in the prairies of southern Alberta, Canada. At 14 he worked at a steel mill and then became a heavy equipment operator. At 21 he wrote his first song. Hubele’s music is original jazz and blues. He plays slide dobro and acoustic and electric guitar. Hubele’s warm, deep dynamic voice and polished delivery of originals and standards enthrall his audiences. He performs solo, as a duo or trio, or in front of a big band. Hubele’s world view is that love and harmony are all. Writing songs and giving concerts are Hubele’s form of procreation - leaving a mark on the world - causing people to see their lives in a new, more harmonious light. And it is not always the big things in life that are the most important. Hubele writes about the little things that make a difference. Hubele is entirely self-taught. His love for the blues started with listening to popular music on the radio as a teen. What caught his ear was Eric Burden’s ‘House of the Rising Sun’. He had no idea that it was the blues, but he just had to learn to play that song. His friend Butch, a redcap and co-worker at the Canadian Pacific Railroad, offered to loan him his electric guitar and amplifier and teach him how to play. Hubele became fascinated with the earthy beat and emotional impact of the blues. He began listening to, and playing along with, B.B. King, Howlin’ Wolf, Willie Dixon, Muddy Waters, and Freddie and Albert King. Hubele’s introduction to jazz was through Chuck Tracy, a hard-core lounge musician and a really funny guy who was Hubele’s roomate for a while. In listening to him rehearse and perform, he got turned onto the music of Tom Waits, Mose Allison and Fats Waller. He also listened to Bing Crosby, Dean Martin, Benny Goodman and - especially- Cab Calloway and Louis Jordan. There is also a touch of country in Hubele’s music from growing up on the prairies on the fringe of Calgary, where music by Hank Williams, Hank Snow, and Marty Robbins was the background of his life. Hubele’s interest in slide dobro came when he first heard Bonnie Raitt in the early 70s, and he had to learn how to make that ‘slidey’ sound. She had learned to play slide from Mississippi Fred McDowell. Hubele figured out how to tune his guitar to slide tuning, and eventually he got the hang of it. Hubele writes when the song comes to him, about one each month. It takes one-half to two hours to write a song. The best ones often come the fastest. Polishing and learning a song takes about a couple of weeks. | |
