Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 05/01/2026
Found 619583 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

This time, the first full length solo album from the team of all stars! Big Geno's debut Consumer Control is sure to satisfy the heads and masses of hungry listeners waiting on something good. From song one to number sixteen he captures the characteristics of hip hop that make you fall in love with the music. Be looking for Big Geno to become a fixture in the rap house for years to come-explosive baby! Big Geno is an artist who is concerned with making hip hop as dope as possible and killin' other artist who challenge his might! There are no skits on this album, no intros or anything like that, just 59 minutes of raw rap music. The beats are banging and the lyrics are pure power. | Search | Add | 2 | Introspektivet | INTROSPEKTIVET northern Swedish melancholy meet the backstreets of Berlin. After 2 singles and a video during the winter and spring 2020 the time has come for INTROSPEKTIVET to release the full lenght solodebut after years fronting the band [a5945207] (Stars Of The Silverscreen) that toured Germany and Europe. The 12 songs on the album is a journey past broken souls, victims of the capitalistic society. Seduction like poison, a longing for some light in all the darkness. Musically voices has described INTROSPEKTIVET to have roots in Swedish music history where you can sense bands like Thåström, Imperiet and sometimes Freddie Wadling mixed down with flavours of Joe Strummer and Nick Cave, creating a unique taste. A taste where the focus is on the curiosity to explore different soundscapes in music and with lyrics that feels like poetry in a way, more than your classic rocklyric. Where thoughts may be thought clearly and get more room than what fit in on Twitter. Yet, the core is always the nerve of PUNK, a state of melancholy and catching the beauty in the little things. So welcome to an introvert's reflections of our present | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Mad Roach | In 1987-1988, Matthieu Lambert (bass/vocals) and François Nankivell (drums) played in the punk/hardcore band PRIMITIVE PSYCHE. After its dissolution, they developed the MadRoach, searching for the ideal guitarist. On September 1989, they met Luc Mercure and MadRoach was born. After 10 months of work, they released "The Quest For Power" (July 1990), introducing a post-apocalyptic world where “The Human” battles hordes of mutant insects. In 1991, they released "Afterwards…", set 100 years later, where the last human, kept artificially alive, suffers experiments by mad insectoid scientists. With positive reviews, they performed across Québec, reaching fans worldwide through tape-trading. They planned "Revelations" to conclude the trilogy, depicting “The Human’s” final moments and mystical delusions. However, musical differences emerged amid the rise of death metal and grunge. On the eve of recording, the band split in September 1993. Revelations was never completed, though some rehearsal recordings remain. The members stayed on good terms and later pursued other musical projects. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Bruno Bischofberger | Swiss art dealer, collector and curator (b. 1 January 1940, Zurich). Bruno Bischofberger has been running an eponymous independent gallery in Zurich for over sixty years, best known for his close association with [a=Andy Warhol] and [a=Jean-Michel Basquiat] and for championing numerous other notable American and European conceptualists, minimalists, neo-expressionists and pop artists. He resides in a house on Lake Zurich designed by renowned Italian architect [a=Ettore Sottsass] (1917—2007). Bischofberger studied art history, archaeology and ethnography at the University of Zurich, continuing his education at the Universities of Bonn and Munich. In 1963, Bruno launched his gallery on Pelikanstrasse, called initially "city-galerie." In 1965, Bischofberger hosted the gallery's debut Pop Art exhibition, featuring [a=Roy Lichtenstein], [a=Robert Rauschenberg], [a=Tom Wesselmann], [a=Claes Oldenburg] and [a=Jasper Johns], among others. Bruno met [a=Andy Warhol] in New York City in 1966, soon befriending him. Two years later, Warhol allowed Bischofberger to pick several early unpublished works; subsequently, he granted Bruno exclusive "first refusal" rights on all future artworks, lasting until Andy's death in 1987. Bruno Bischofberger continued showcasing exported contemporary art throughout the 1970s, expanding to minimalism, conceptualism and Land Art and featuring [a=Sol Lewitt], [a=Donald Judd], [a=Dan Flavin], [a=Bruce Nauman], [a=Joseph Kosuth] and [a=On Kawara]. He also became a representative of several Nouveau Réalisme artists, including [a=Yves Klein], [a=Daniel Spoerri] and [a=Jean Tinguely]. In 1981, Bruno Bischofberger visited a New York/New Wave exhibition curated by [a=Diego Cortez] at P.S. 1 Contemporary Art Center in Long Island City, Queens. The large-scale group show featured over 100 artists, including [a=David Byrne], [a=William S. Burroughs], [a=Robert Mapplethorpe], [a=Keith Haring], [a=Fab 5 Freddy], [a=Futura 2000], and [a=Ann Magnuson], to name just a few. Most importantly, Bischofberger first saw [a=Jean-Michel Basquiat]'s works there. By 1982, Bruno became his primary international dealer, representing Basquiat for the rest of his life. Bruno continued to explore and promote other Neo-Expressionist artists in the 1980s, including [a=Miquel Barceló], [a=George Condo], [a=Francesco Clemente (2)], [a=Enzo Cucchi], [a=Tom Dokoupil], [a=David Salle] and [a=Julian Schnabel]. In 2013, Galerie Bruno Bischofberger relocated to a new building on the renovated factory in Männedorf, Zurich. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Hieronym Inferiorum | Greek black metal one-man band; pre-[a265738]. The band name influenced by Hieronymus Bosch, the painter of hell and hell itself. Hieronymos in Greek means holy-named and inferiorum in latin hell, so holy-named hell. Band's thematology related with satanism and the apocalypse, occultism(rituals of demonic invocations) and influenced by old horror movies(about witchcraft, especially by the movie "Cry of the Banshee"). The leader of the band since 2000 is no longer a satanist, darkist, occultist and black metal listener and musician. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Saturdaynighters | Alternative rock band from Bahía Blanca, Argentina. After their first album "A Day To Rememeber" (2010), the band embark on a series of dreamy, outer-space crepuscular songs coupled with a set of crashing waves of pink noise to unpredictable conclusions, which gives birth to their second album "Cicatriz", in 2012. Saturdaynighters have ultimately transcended their myriad influences to ensconce themselves in their own flow of musical sensitivity and almost naked introspection. | |
