Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 16/12/2025
Found 617983 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 2 | Stefan Grainger | Stefan Grainger | At a very early age Stefan developed a passion for dance music but, it wasn't until he was 17 years old, and had discovered an event called Tangled in Manchester, that his passion led him down the road to the DJ booth. After watching DJ's week in, week out, in awe of what they did and how they did it, he took the plunge and invested in a pair of inexpensive belt drive decks on which he learned the fundamentals of beat matching and mixing. As the love for trance, house and the harder side of house grew, so did the need to upgrade his setup. After purchasing a shiny new pair of Technics 1210 mk2's Stefan secured a spot at the School of Sound Recording in Manchester where he learned new skills, and gained valuable insight into promotional management. After this, he then completed a Radio Production course with Mancat College to further his knowledge of the music business and was a semi-finalist in the National Superstar DJ Competition in 2004. Soon to follow were gigs at some of the big events of that time, notably, TOAST, SIN:ERGY, PUREFILTH, AFFINITY and FUSED. Also, under the management of Logical DJ Agency, he played regular 5 hour funky house sets at Bar Ca in Manchester. After an 8 year absence from the scene due to personal reasons, the love for dance music was still there... 2020 saw Stefan return to DJ'ing, but this time using the digital format. Posting regular trance and hard house sets to his SoundCloud, his audience began to grow at a quick rate and he has since featured on Wanted Underground Sounds birthday livestream as well as on JamJam Radio alongside the likes of Lab4 and HTE, where he reached an audience of thousands. In 2021 he played his first gig for the new hard dance brand Meltdarn in Barnsley, with whom he then went on to secure a residency with. Stefan entered the System Damage DJ competition and came a very commendable 2nd place which secured him a gig at their event in Leicester. Most recently in 2022, Stefan has been playing at gigs up and down the country alongside the likes of Tom Berry, General Bounce, Amber D, and many more playing everything from Trance through to Bounce. In 2023 Stefan has been working with brands such as Sundissential where he played a pre party livestream alongside Jon Bishob and Andy Farley. Stefan has also recently been made a member of the Pulse Promotions (Birmingaham) team as an advisor and graphic designer. Stefan also had his first collab track with Bass Jumper 'Alright' signed to Hi-Five Digital and reached number 1 in the Digital Tool Box charts. Stefan Grainger, a DJ to keep your eyes on, is a multi genre artist of obvious talent whose sets of house, trance and hard house are bursting with the best of classic, upfront, and often unreleased tracks. |

| Search | Add | 2 | Língua Solta | Black Bra - Loose Tongue With 40 years of activity, Língua Solta is possibly the oldest rock band in Goiânia. Founded in the 1973, in the mid-1970s the group moved to a farm on the outskirts of the city, owned by the family of singer Léo Jaime – then drummer of the group, importing the ideal of Californian hippie communes to the Brazilian cerrado. In 1982 the band moved to Rio de Janeiro and two years later released the compact Sutiã Negro, the first rock album from Goiás. In addition to the title track, the album featured “Ondas” (with the participation of the original guitarist of the band Black Rio, Cláudio Stevenson), which would soon gain a captive place in Rádio Fluminense’s programming, accrediting the group to share the stage with stars of the time, such as Urban Legion and Rude Plebe. But Sutiã Negro denies the 80s spirit and abstains from the technological wonder that haunted much of the national production at the time, dispensing with BRock and new wave to redesign classic rock with funky groove, melodious guitars and nonsense lyrics. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Fresh Baked DJs | David Falloon, Joseph Martin | The Fresh Baked DJs are a multi-media party, delivering a mix of dj’ing, live p.a., turntablism & video scratching. Cooking up a combo of loops, tracks, samples and scratches, of both audio and video, they’re always hard at work, live and in the studio. Whether it’s digging up classic & obscure video footage, busting loose on the faders or dropping that next big bassline, the Fresh Baked DJs are always firing up something funky! The Fresh Baked DJs are David Falloon and Joseph Martin. David “Sleepy Cuts” Falloon – Electrofunk Collective – Vancouver Dave has been addicted to scratch since he picked up his first set of turntables in ’04, and addicted to funk since his ears first heard it. Stuck in Saskatchewan with a pair of decks and a handful of beat up battle records, he chopped it up for fun; it wasn’t until he moved to Kelowna and hooked up with the Electrofunk Collective in ’06 that he made the move to performing live, cutting it up in the clubs and at parties. Dave has since taken his game to the next level by combining visual scratching with his turntablist skills, lighting up the screens and the speakers. Joseph Martin – Shambhala / Fractal Forest, Intimate – Vancouver Droppin’ tunes since ’98 and a Shambhala resident since ’04, Joseph has played many a memorable set in the legendary Fractal Forest. For 3 years he hosted The Shakedown radio show and with the Liquidbeat collective, helped to produce some of the B.C. interior’s most inspiring parties. His latest endeavour is managing the independent recording label, East Van Digital. While he loves to play it loose with the dance floor, he’s known for his obsessive music collecting and programming, creating and executing meticulous sets based on bpm and key structures; he can often be found in his studio organizing and editing thousands of samples and loops. In a live PA set, you can expect to hear him remixing on the fly, triggering samples, tracks, loops and adding live synth to the mix, blending elements of bassline, electro and fidget. |

| Search | Add | 2 | Lois Wann | Lois Wann (30 January 1912, Monticello, Minnesota — 23 February 1999, Bronxville, New York) was an American oboist and distinguished pedagogue, one of the first female musicians to hold principal positions at major US orchestras. Wann taught at the [l=Juilliard School] in New York between 1936 and her retirement in 1992. She began playing piano at six and later self-taught on oboe; after graduating from high school, Lois Wann studied both instruments in Los Angeles. In 1933, she relocated to New York and attended the [l=Juilliard School], graduating in 1936. In pre-war America, major orchestras still barred female instrumentalists from entering; thus, Wann began her career in a few all-women ensembles, such as the Orchestrette Classique and [a=Antonia Brico]'s New York Women's Symphony Orchestra. In the mid-1930s, Lois got her first position with the [a=San Diego Symphony]. In subsequent years, she served as the principal oboist with [a=Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra], [a=Saint Louis Symphony Orchestra], [a=New York City Ballet Orchestra], [a=Marlboro Festival Orchestra], and Chautauqua Symphony. Lois Wann regularly participated in the [l=Aspen Music Festival] between 1951 and 1957 and collaborated with many prominent chamber ensembles, including [a3466526], [a=Budapest String Quartet], [a=Juilliard String Quartet], and [a=The Cantata Singers] conducted by [a=Alfred Mann]. While primarily associated with early music repertoire, Lois Wann championed many contemporary works. In 1947, she premiered [a=Alberto Ginastera]'s Duo for flute and oboe with [a=Carleton Sprague Smith]. A few composers commissioned exclusive compositions for Wann, including [a=Darius Milhaud] with his Sonatina for Oboe and Piano (1954) and [a=Sam Morgenstern]'s five-movement Combinations for oboe & strings. She accompanied composer [a=Mieczyslaw Kolinski] in the recordings of [m=2963539] in 1959. Besides teaching at her alma mater, Juilliard, for over 55 years, Lois Wann held faculty positions at [l=The Mannes College Of Music] (1946–76), [l=Vassar College], Henry Street Settlement, and other institutions. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Brunnsbo Musikklasser | Swedish children choir from [l3469396] in Gothenburg. The choir was started in 1985 under the leadership of [a4417204] and [a6582872] as the first music classes in Gothenburg. Until 2012 and 2015 respectively, they were responsible for the choir. Current choir directors for Brunnsbo music classes are [a7739189] and Kicki Rosén Bejstam (Eva Kristina Rosén Bejstam, born on May 6, 1965). The music classes at Brunnsbo have music lessons and choral singing on the schedule approximately five times a week. The students apply for a place in the music class in the autumn semester in year 3 and take a singing test in front of the music teachers. In year 4, students then start in music class and go there up to and including year 9. Brunnsbo music classes give concerts and other performances every year and have, among other things, participated in Jultrad-i-ton at the Gothenburg Opera, the Leve klotet gala (2008) and Marching for life at Scandinavium, Bingolotto and visited Riksdagshuset. Every year, all the music classes at Brunnsbo participate together in at least two concerts, the Christmas and Lucia concert in Johanneberg church and the spring concert in Gothenburg's concert hall. Every year there are always two different autumn concerts in the school hall and in the spring it has usually been a drama concert at Artisten where they collaborated with [a3669682] and [a3505730]. Every year around Lucia, most of the classes are also around on the Lucia train all over Gothenburg. Brunnsbo music classes make a total of over 100 performances per year and make concert trips to England and Italy, among others. Exchanges with other choirs and music classes also take place at regular intervals. | |

As an events organizer, DJ Junko is active with Diamond@Club Harlem, where she books an exclusively-female cast. Although she is based in Tokyo, she can frequently be seen playing in Osaka as well. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | GEPH | Eclectic Prog band founded in Boston, USA in 2014 GEPH is a Boston-based instrumental progressive jazz metal trio riding the cutting edge of contemporary music. With Josh Goldberg and John Tyler Kent on Chapman Stick, and Josh Merhar on drums, the trio sounds as big as a five-piece. Together they work to expand the modern conceptions of arranging and composing in a heavy, intense and still succinctly musical format. Forming in September of 2014 and immediately getting to work, GEPH released Splinter as their debut single in January of 2015, and that summer played all over the American Northeast, from the border of Canada all the way down to farm country in New Jersey. They released their debut album in March of 2016 and again hit the road in the summer, expanding to the Northeast festival circuit. In the fall GEPH began writing music for their next album, and in early 2017 they released a new single, Whole Body Headbang, and launched an IndieGoGo campaign where they managed to raise close to $10,000 in order to record their second album, Apophenia, in a reputable and high level studio in Boston. In 2018 they played the ProgDay festival to an appreciative crowd. | |

The planning of the song begin in late 2010 when he was signed to Head Hunter Records.
