Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 30/03/2026
Found 621899 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 13 | Serenje Kalindula | The Serenje Kalindula Band was a Zambian kalindula band active from the 1970s to the 1990s. Founded in the Zambian town of Serenje around 1976, their first album, [r23726924], was released in 1979 under the [l228025] label. The band established themselves as a popular kalindula band that mixed lively kalindula tunes with the dance rhythms of the Lala people who lived in the Serenje area. They would continue to be a solid kalindula act throughout the 80's releasing a number of singles and four more albums into the mid 1990's. According to music historian Leonard Koloko, following the failure of [l447513] in the early 90s, the band did not survive into the new millennium. The band's original line-up included [a15884042], who went on to have a successful solo career, but much of the original line-up continued in the band until its demise in the 1990s. Sadly, many of the band members were victims of the AIDS epidemic. | |

| Search | Add | 13 | Graveyard Space Rats | Emerging from Memphis, Tennessee circa 2010, the Graveyard Space Rats are an American group that evolved from holiday parody and humor albums to the musical exploration of outer space, americana, childrens’ nursery rhymes, pirate tales, and ultimately to political, environmental and historical themes. After signing with Get Stung Records in 2011, the band solidified its apoplectic lineup, featuring Tom Foster (vocals, rhythm guitar, harmonica, keyboards) and Brian Collins (guitar, vocals, bass, and percussion), followed briefly with guest artists including Johnny “Springtime” Summer (timpani, 2014) and “Second Best” Pete “the Beast” Bestivingoochi (didgeridoo, 2012-2014). Initially recognized for their unabashed, egoless, unfiltered, and apparently unrequested style, the Space Rats soon ventured into musical territories best left uncharted, exploring local themes, psychedelia, excessive drinking, innovative production techniques, and the incorporation of found noises, animal sounds, creaking doors, gun shots and screams of Memphis, fog horns and other effects used both in song and sound collages. Over their pro-active years, they created a legacy of 9 studio albums, many of which are perhaps best observed rather than listened to intently. Their lack of impact on the Memphis music scene was profound, culminating in 2018 when they were asked to stop playing in front of Holiday Hams on Union Avenue. Their music now can be found collecting dust in the CD bins at local Goodwill stores. As of 2024, each member has retained valuable anonymity in exchange for their contributions as both group and solo artists. Current whereabouts are unknown… | |

His sets stand out as being highly original and technical with a touch of old school that also reflects in his music, which often carries subtle influences from both the 80s and the 90s. His love for the old school and true DJing culture has also led him to open alongside some of his friends sharing the same passion, the first bar in the middle east dedicated to playing strictly vinyl records--Flipside is the place to be for all record collectors, vinyl DJs and everyone that is passionate about the best music format of all times. Ceasar is also behind another unique concept venue in Beirut ‘The Silver Fatcory’ which is a real operating silverware factory in which he hosts underground events on a regular basis—back to the basics—a purely industrial venue with just an earth shattering sound system and a bar. |

| Search | Add | 12 | Billy Shaddox | Lyons, Colorado I live and make music in Lyons, Colorado. A few years back I set up a studio at my home and started recording my songs and making them into albums. My vision is to create hand crafted albums, personalized, rich with intention and care, limited in quantity and whenever possible imperfect. Along the way I built a skateboarding halfpipe and started hosting concerts from it, I call it the Rampitheater. I love guitars, skateboarding, painting and drawing, fly fishing, quiet time on the land, being with my wife and kids, a good fire in the wood stove, and taking in the stars at night. Hope you enjoy my musical offerings. Drop me a line or come see me in person. Sincerely, Billy Bio Billy Shaddox is blessed with the ability to blend the western dualities of coastal dreamer and high mountain drifter into his deep, easy flowing songs. This is modern American folk music with pop sensibilities. Rooted in stories of love and fortune lost, perspective and enlightenment gained, Shaddox captures the mystique of the West with indelible lyrical imagery and sharply original musicality: the displaced modern man weary of coping with vanishing ideals, the present-minded realist, the uncontrollable jealousy of the downtrodden miner, and the bright-eyed morning traveler setting out to make his mark on the world. The characters who inhabit Shaddox’ tales have a depth of personality and situational believability that leaves the listener feeling affected by their being long after their songs have woven their course. Shaddox is fresh out of the studio where he recorded a new album with producer Sam Kassirer at Great North Sound Society in Maine. Sam has producered Josh Ritter, Lake Street Dive, David Wax Museum, and Langhorn Slim to name a few, and his collaboration with Billy has resulted in a dynamic album that highlights Shaddox’ song writing and musicianship. Shaddox is a routine traveler, he is a musician, a camper, a skateboarder, and is always taking in what his surroundings are delivering. Keep an eye out for #folkwise, #billyshaddox, and #skateparksacrossamerica, when Billy Shaddox comes to your town you will want to be there! | |

| Search | Add | 12 | Dresito | Andres Mateo Jimenez | Dresito — born Andres Mateo Jimenez — is an emerging 16-year-old artist of Dominican and Colombian descent bringing a refreshing and culturally rich voice to the next wave of Latin music. With velvety vocals, bilingual lyricism, and a signature fusion of English and Spanish, he bridges classic romance with contemporary edge, embodying a global sound with universal appeal. Raised in New York City, Dresito grew up surrounded by the rhythms of old-school R&B, reggae, bachata, and salsa. Today, he blends those influences with modern production and acoustic textures, reimagining timeless Latin and soul traditions for a new generation. His commitment to clean, uplifting, and positive storytelling sets him apart in a landscape often shaped by explicit themes — offering music that inspires while still carrying the charisma, rhythm, and confidence of contemporary youth culture. Dresito’s artistry is rooted in performance. At only seven years old, he began captivating crowds across NYC, combining gymnastics, dance, and early vocal talent inspired by icons such as Michael Jackson and Bruno Mars. His natural stage presence later expanded into fashion and creative direction, evolving into a multidisciplinary approach that merges sound, movement, and style. A standout in youth streetwear culture, Dresito has been invited to perform original music and model at New York, Los Angeles, and Miami Fashion Week. His bold style — equal parts NYC flair and Latin smooth — continues to spark attention in both music and fashion circles, positioning him as a cultural voice for his generation. Outside the spotlight, he is dedicated to growth — actively studying vocals, dance, piano and guitar to sharpen his musicianship and deepen his craft. With fearless ambition, cultural pride, and a clear creative vision, Dresito represents the future of bilingual talent and is poised to make a meaningful, lasting imprint on the global music scene. |

With a mindset deeply based in fast, short and agressive D.I.Y. music culture, NN decided to unleash their view on modern day society through their native language, german that is. All songs clock in between 10 and 40 seconds time. With a total playtime roughly over 5 minutes on their debut 7“ entitled „Wir können gar nicht so viel fressen, wie wir kotzen wollen“, you know this shit is not indie-pop. | |

Dúo Esperanza was born from the heart of God to first embrace the smallest ones: the children of El Salvador and of many other parts of the world, whom they loved deeply, cared for, and ministered to with tenderness, bringing them words of life, songs of hope, and the message of Christ’s love. That same love moved them to serve the poor, the sick, and the forgotten, living out the Gospel through their actions, just as Jesus did, drawing near to human suffering with compassion and mercy. In the difficult years of the 1980s, when violence and the presence of guerrilla forces shook El Salvador and forced many families to flee, the duo never stopped proclaiming hope; from their formation in Soyapango, their music became a spiritual refuge for a wounded people. It was in this context that the album America was born, a work inspired by the suffering and faith of a continent, created to teach people what it feels like to believe in God in the midst of trial. Their message deeply touched the Hispanic Christian community, especially the people of El Salvador, leaving an indelible mark of comfort, faith, and love that remains alive to this day. |

First with a free music maker-a-like program which I didn't like, so after 1,5 month I switched to Fasttracker II (who didn't). After I met Deester, he adviced me to switch to ModPlug Tracker which I still use after all these years. My mainproject is [a=Carnage], and I have a couple of side-projects. All of them are serious except for Garbage and The Evil Sons. In 2002 I saw that a lot of friends didn't have a smallest chance on a release, eventhough their tracks were very good, and definately release-quality. I decided to start my own label. It took me 2 years to get everything sorted out (I'm lazy sometimes :P). In January 2004 [l=Underground Society] was a fact and the first release was out. In the meanwhile I got a contract at [l=Zero Tolerance]. For me it's not a challenge to release on my own label, so I try to release as much as possible on other labels. But because I'm always very busy (and most of time I don't have much inspiration) the tracks are finished in a very low tempo. Still some nice things coming up :). |
