Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 10/01/2024
Found 593861 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

Bassist Os Andres was added to the lineup in September 2010, a like minded musician adding the necessary dynamics.

Search | Add | 2 | The Axe That Chopped The Cherry Tree | The Axe That Chopped The Cherry Tree was a band that was formed in 2005 by students attending the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, Colorado. They released two albums before officially breaking up in 2008. The band consisted of: -Lead vocalist Daniel Garza, an English major with an insatiable want to simply listen to music. His ability to sing in addition to his capacity to scream were essential to the group's style. -Keyboardist and second vocalist Jay J Matott, an abstract art enthusiast whose manic stage antics were recorded by many a fan's camera. -Playing guitar and also lending his voice, Marshall Usinger replaced The Axe skills of Jonathan Stark. -Bassist Luke Osborn (drummer from The Simple Discussion), who laid buttery, crunchy toast-style bass-line for your ears to enjoy. -Finally, the drummer, Adam Halferty, brought his backing vocals and solid percussion skills to catalyze the grooves and breakdowns. The Axe That Chopped The Cherry Tree drew their sound from bands such as Fear Before The March Of Flames, Portugal. The Man, These Arms Are Snakes and mewithoutyou, with a pinch of Horse The Band mixed in. Their debut EP, 'Don't Step In The Lightning', was recorded with the band's own self-raised money at Chameleon Audio & Video, and was produced by Jason M Anderson. In 2007, The Axe That Chopped The Cherry Tree's second release, 'Moon Window Water', was a testament that the songwriting and skills shown on 'Don't Step In The Lightning' had indeed progressed. Two tracks from their first album appeared on the release with new mixes and added production. The end of The Axe That Chopped The Cherry Tree was officially declared on 9 June, 2008.

Search | Add | 2 | Then It Ends | Then It Ends was formed in 2019 and came to fruition in 2020. Coming from the state of Iowa where the metal scene thrives, Then It Ends consists of the bands A Past Unknown and Dividing The Masses. Both of these bands were influential and had a passion for the Iowa Metalcore/Deathcore scene. They played numerous local shows together, toured together and became great friends through it all. Their common vision led them to create a new band called Then It Ends. Years of touring and being in the music industry, everyone took years off to pursue different careers. However, music has always been a passion and that passion has been reignited. Then It Ends spreads a message of hope in a world that needs it. Then It Ends will be releasing their debut album in the Fall of 2020 with a goal to change lives all across the world. Tyler and Kyle are from the band Dividing the Masses and Grant and Dirk are from A Past Unknown

Before music he was homeless living in the streets or in and out of shelters or even sleeping on the city train some nights.Since pursuing music ; it has been good but stressful for Lil G Tha Goon , Yet he's still in the studio making hit after hit. His music comes from my anger built inside and all he's been through. His 2 brothers from another mother Big.Hus & J.Leonidaz has been there having his back helpin me stay focused on what the goal is. They also inspired me to really do music and understand the concept of writing my own songs. The style of his music & his label " Angryman Music Group " comes from anger built within. Originally Lil G Tha Goon linked up with Devin D. Streeter a.k.a Skeet Da Yung Poet for assistance with management & more direction for his music career , But Both were hit with Life & unusual circumstances ; Still they stayed in contact . Exactly a year later Lil G hit up Skeet for some advice with his music and round that same time Skeet was putting things back in motion for the Label & management division of his company " S.D.Y.P The Movement LLC . Search | Add | 2 | Endorfiends | The Endorfiends were formed by guitarist Steve Firestone + vocalist Damian 'Spider' Cullen when the pair met one night while out drinking down at the infamous St Moritz club in London’s Soho. They immediately forged a strong song writing partnership which is reflected in the debut album O I YEAH! ex Lords of the New Church bassist Dave Tregunna + Dave “can’t behave” Broderick on drums completing the line-up, the band took to the streets treading the boards at some of London's premiere rock haunts. The at first skeptical audiences’s were soon gob smacked by the band’s endless energy, mesmerizing stage presence and memorable tunes. After recording some demos the band soon received some airplay on regional and national radio. Next they got attention from a visiting management company from Los Angeles who immediately signed them up. A string of gigs in the U.S. soon followed culminating in L.A. where the gigs were attended by major record labels and celebrities sniffing around. However, after talking with a few major record companies and with time dragging on and on, together with management problems and the band running out of money, it became clear that no one was willing to put their money where their mouth is without the band having to stay for a prolonged period of time - right or wrong they returned home. On return to the U.K. gigging resumed and the band finished recording tracks for their debut album on their own.The band folded soon after their return to the UK. Members; Damian 'Spider' Cullen; Lead Vocals. Steve Von Saint (alias Firestone); Lead Guitar Dave Tregunna: Bass Dave Broderick; Drums Damian Cullen would later found the bands SubZeros and Damian Cullen Band
