Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 05/01/2026
Found 619583 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 5 | Musica Sequenza | Berlin Baroque Ensemble Musica Sequenza was founded by Burak Özdemir at The Juilliard School in New York in 2008. The ensemble is dedicated to innovation in baroque music and developing an intercultural artistic movement with musicians, singers, dancers, choreographers, visual artists, architects, designers and filmmakers from all around the globe. To date they have created over 30 productions worldwide. The ensemble performs on 18th century period instruments and works in an international network with global partners such as opera houses, festivals, concert halls, municipal theaters, art foundations and museums. The company presents performances with a repertoire from Renaissance to the contemporary composers. They participate in today’s global art scene with inter-disciplinary productions of baroque, new music, electro-acoustic, modern dance, conceptual performance and experimental music theater. In 2018 Musica Sequenza celebrated its 10th anniversary by performing milestones of their repertoire such as “Silent Cantata” (2012) and “Sampling Baroque” (2015). For the anniversary they premiered a new Bach production “Atlas Passion” in co-production with Stadttheater Schaffhausen Switzerland. They also performed their signature programs at venues, such as Radialsystem V, International Bach Festival Schaffhausen, Borusan Culture & Art Foundation and Berghain. Musica Sequenza collaborates with Sasha Waltz, Rolando Villazon, Larisa Navojec and Van Rivers. Since it’s founding the ensemble has performed at Konzerthaus Berlin, Istanbul Music Festival, Händel Festspiele Halle, Oranjewoud Festival Netherlands, Thüringer Bach Wochen, Bach Akademie Stuttgart, Alice Tully Hall, Club Sisyphos, Wagenhallen, Kammgarn, Umspannwerk and the Berlin Biennale. Commissioned by the Grand Palais Museum Paris in 2014, Musica Sequenza recorded music by Burak Özdemir and Spanish baroque composers for the “Diego Velazquez” world tour exhibition. The work was curated and filmed by Karim Ainouz, which later became an international DVD release on Arte Edition. Burak Özdemir & Musica Sequenza collaborated with Sasha Waltz & Guests on diverse projects including “Dialoge” at Festival d’Avignon and the open exchange platform “Zuhören” at Radial System V in Berlin. Since 2012 the recordings of Musica Sequenza have been released by Deutsche Harmonia Mundi / Sony labels. | Search | Add | 5 | Xantos Jorge | Latin rock foursome from Panama Xantos Jorge was formed in the early '90s by Carlos Ivan Zúñiga, Jesús Caballero, and Iñaki Iriberri, later joined by bassist Jorge Camacho. The band started playing under the name of Círculo Vicioso. After the group's name was changed to Xantos Jorge, based on the Panamanian anthem composer, the four musicians began recording their debut album, called "¡Salva la Tierra!". Unfortunately, while the band was getting ready to release that album, Jorge Camacho passed away. Nevertheless, the remaining members decided to go ahead, honoring Camacho's contribution. On December 27, 1994, the album was released, followed by a tour around the country after bass player Juan Ferrufino joined the act. In 1995, their song "Lágrimas de Sangre" hit local charts and its video started to be rotated by MTV Latino. When Ferrufino decided to leave, Carlos Ucar took his place. In 1996, Xantos Jorge signed up to Sony Music, issuing a special limited edition of "¡Salva la Tierra!", which included "Una Canción Mas" and "Viajando en el Tiempo." In 1998, the band returned to the recording sessions, releasing "En Otro Sol", produced by [a=Evan Rodaniche], in the year 2000. | |

Since then they have traveled many placed such as squaw dances throughout the Navajo Reservation. They first started by singing at social gatherings and on local radio stations. Later, people started requesting their presence at different events. Many of their performances were done at large gatherings such as the Navajo Tribal Fair, the New Mexico State Fair, various powwows, colleges, and schools. Other performances have been at Christmas parties and at Father's and Mother's Day gatherings. Many times the Swingers have received trophies or various awards for their singing. Many people from young children to senior citizens like the songs of the Klagetoh Swingers, and make their own interpretations of the songs. The songs are really about everyday happenings they see, or relationships among people. Whenever the Swingers are scheduled to perform at some gathering, you usually see a large crowd who will enjoy their performance. Their interest is to promote and keep the traditional songs among our Navajo people. Many of the younger generation are learning the songs and are keeping them well understood. | |

| Search | Add | 5 | Jenny Wells Vincent | Vincent was born in Minnesota and raised in Chicago. In 1936, following her graduation from Vassar College, she and her husband, Dan Wells, visited the San Cristóbal, New Mexico, ranch of Freida Lawrence, the widow of D. H. Lawrence. In 1937, they bought a ranch in San Cristóbal and moved to New Mexico. Soon after, they founded a school on the property for grades 5–12 for boarders and daytime students. A classically trained musician, Vincent visited Taos-area schools where she played Mexican folk songs, although school administrators, pushing for assimilation, forbade speaking Spanish in classrooms. She also traveled from town to town, recording local musicians singing and playing old folk songs, frequently in Spanish. In 1943, Vincent became the Taos County representative for the Rocky Mountain Farmers Union, which, according to a biography, was "a milestone for her personal and political maturation. In this work she found meaningful expression and practical application for her growing political convictions.” That same year, Vincent joined the Communist Party. Vincent and Wells were divorced in the early 1940s. In 1949, she married Craig Vincent. They remained at the San Cristóbal property, converting the school to a guest ranch. Its mission was "not to raise livestock" but to "foster a community among progressives looking for a refuge from the battles of the Cold War".[5] Among other political and social causes, the Vincents supported the Chicano Movement and the 1951 Salt of the Earth Strike. Believing that music was a vehicle for social advocacy, Vincent played with like-minded musicians including Pete Seeger, Paul Robeson, Woody Guthrie, Malvina Reynolds and Earl Robinson. She died in 2016 at the age of 103. Her archives of original recordings were donated to the University of New Mexico’s Zimmerman Library | |

| Search | Add | 5 | Atombuzz | Atombuzz is a four piece hardcore punk band from the sunny Sussex riviera. They have outlasted trends, scenes and governments by refusing to give in and just doing what they do. They play fast rock 'n' roll taking influences from Poison Idea, Discharge, The Varukers, The Exploited, Peter and The Test Tube Babies and more. Society gives them plenty of material and anger to craft their music and they do this anyway they like. They have been causing chaos since 1993 and in between drinking and splitting up, managed to record and release: 2 EPS, 3 albums and a double A side Christmas single. They are no longer playing as a band and instead prefer listening to Meat Loaf whilst drinking port and eating cheese. Although never say die! | |
