Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 05/01/2026
Found 619583 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 3 | Bódish András | Bódish András Zenei pályafutását a ’90-es évek elején kezdte. Részt vett több tehetségkutató és zenei fesztiválon a Soho zenekar énekeseként. A Hungaropop kiadó gondozásában megjelent a zenekar önálló albuma Refraction címen, melyhez videoklip is készült. A nagyobb szakmai elismeréseket a Filmslágerek magyarul 3 Magneoton kiadványán, a Házibuli folytatódik című film betétdalával szerezte. Ez a sláger a (Your eyes) magyar fordításban „Talán” címen került a lemezre. Ezután ismét szólóénekesként a Bohemian Alibi Club társulatának fellépő tagja lett. | |

| Search | Add | 3 | Sumo Sun | Sumo Sun is a band that has been a studio only project and was started back in 2008 by Stefan Krey. The idea was to make some more progressive rock music than his former band, Gas Giant. He brought together Thomas the bass player form Gas Giant, Magnus (of the space rock band Mantric Muse), Icelandic drummer Helge and vocalist extraordinaire Mickael, who came from the Copenhagen singer-songwriter scene. The mixture proved to be a powerful mix of heavy rock with a progressive rock element mixed with formidable vocals. The album was recorded at the Black Tornado, Area22 and The Famous Putting shop studios in Copenhagen in 2009. It was mixed at the Elberlab Studio by David Elberling and Stefan Krey. All the music was written and arranged by Stefan Krey and the lyrics by Mickael Petersen. For fans of heavy emotional Rock music Musicians Stefan Krey - acoustic and electric guitars Magnus Hannibal - guitar and synthesizer Thomas Carstensen – bass Helge Haarh – drums Mickael Petersen - vocals | |

| Search | Add | 3 | Jerry McCann | Jerry McCann has been playing music professionally since he started his first band in junior high. The Tridents specialized in rhythm-and-blues, soul, and later on, surf music. There was no regular singer, but sometimes singers would sit in if the pay was right. Jerry played with The Tridents up through his early high school years, when the success of The Beatles and The Rolling Stones made it, Jerry formed a new band, The Orfuns, and became a lead singer in addition to carrying the lead on guitar. The Orfuns played their way into an option agreement with White Whale Records in Los Angeles, and several demos the band submitted to the label in 1965 nearly got them a record contract. They had a handful of original songs written by Jerry. When White Whale declined to pick-up their option and offer them a contract, the band broke up. After the breakup of The Orfuns, Jerry joined with four other popular musicians to form Framework including members of The Centaurs, a mid-60s San Diego band, contemporaries of The Orfuns. Framework recorded several successful singles and one complete album, and they were a stable live performance group in San Diego, opening concerts at the old Sand Diego stadium for such names as The Birds, Frank Zappa, The Moody Blues, Poco, Chicago, Steve Miller, Santana, and The Grateful Dead. In 1971, Jerry moved to San Francisco, where he released an album on Elektra with a group of musicians with whom he had done a couple of gigs in the mid 60s. The album caused some legal wrangles with the record company, who was not quite ready for an album called "Formerly Anthrax." The band's sound was quite different from that of Framework, a jazz-rock sound with classical overtones that wasn't easily danceable. Jerry remembers that the most frequent comment he heard from listeners about the new sound was, "Interesting." In 1972, Jerry left San Francisco and the crew of Formerly Anthrax and took a job in Los Angeles with Elektra. Shortly after that, Jerry returned to the San Diego area with the intention of getting out the biz. After only a few weeks off, however, he was talked into sitting-in with some friends who had a regular gig at the The Albatross. Jerry was added as a regular member of than band, which was called Nova. Shortly after that, Jerry decided that he would rather play under his own name. He has been playing as The Jerry McCann Band ever since and continues to regularly perform live throughout San Diego County. | |

| Search | Add | 3 | One Lifeless Eye | James McCrea | One Lifeless Eye is the audio counterpart to the visual art of James McCrea. Each piece of music is a distinct narrative, the basic audio lexicon for which was developed through two year's worth of experimentation beginning with an unnamed demo recording in 2003 and culminating in the release of Shattered, under the name Narcotic Dreams, in 2005. The name Narcotic Dreams was dropped in lieu of One Lifeless Eye in 2007 when the project became more focused on nightmare visions and personal occurrences, with more emphasis on composition than experimentation. Live performances are automatic, using very little pre-conceived musical parts though still utilizing the basic lexicon used in the audio recordings. With each piece of music, whether created spontaneously during a live performance or meticulously arranged over time, there is always distinct imagery driving the formation of each sound. Enough space is left for the listener to interpret the events as they may, though the emotions at the core are often absolute. |

| Search | Add | 3 | the trve Bapphoman | A collective of artists from Italy, writing music under aliases, active since 2002. The collective claim to be the musical branch of an esoteric order. Thematically, their lyrics are various degrees of satire targeting the Italian's and World's politics, popular culture and musical subcultures (especially Black Metal and Metal as a whole). The collective remained quite elusive, spreading some handmade demo compilations with dozens of songs of very different styles, until 2022, when it signed with Nycticorax Production. From there, The Trve Bapphoman started to publish official remastered compilations of new and old songs. | |
