Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 10/01/2024
Found 593861 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

Moriah Baptist Church in Wichita for the past 30 years and he has always been musically inclined. At age 21 Keither rekindled his love for writing music. Search | Add | 4 | Modules Plus | Nick DeJohn, Israel Haiglar | Modules Plus began in 2013 as any other bedroom producer, with founder Nick DeJohn inspired by a live set by an artist named Baths, and continues to be inspired by sleepless nights, boring aspects of life, and nostalgia. His room is slowly shrinking and he doesn't know how to stop it. Since then, the project has been worked on on and off, but it has recently resurfaced with a focus on live performance, incorporating Israel Haiglar as a vocalist, guitarist, and additional synth player, while Nick plays synths, live drums, and different noise makers over punchy Akai MPC drums. They use both gloomy and hopeful warm drum textures and nauseatingly detuned synthesizers. This project has always been an integral piece in Nick's life, and will remain so when he finishes his training to recover the lost medallion and avenge his family. The next M+ EP will be their first as a duo. |

Search | Add | 4 | Mástein Bennett | Mario Sandoval Leon | Mario Sandoval Leon, an exceptional talent born on February 28, 1999, has captivated the world under the stage name Mástein Bennett. Hailing from the vibrant city of Los Mochis in the enchanting region of Sinaloa, Mexico, he has carved a prominent place for himself as a revered hip-hop recording artist, a gifted songwriter, a visionary record producer, and a versatile actor. Bennett's artistic journey commenced with a period of dedicated creativity, releasing his music freely on the internet for an extended duration. However, it was in the transformative year of 2018 that he stepped into the limelight, leaving an indelible mark on the music scene. As a co-founder of the esteemed RYRNA Records, Bennett ventured forth into uncharted territory, setting the stage for his remarkable achievements yet to come. In this pivotal year of 2018, Bennett introduced his debut project, a masterpiece named "ME," which captivated audiences upon its release in May. With a raw authenticity and an unmatched artistic vision, his work resonated profoundly, establishing him as an undeniable force within the realm of Mexican hip-hop. As the year drew to a close, Bennett, driven by an insatiable thirst for creative exploration, unveiled "Per Sé," a mesmerizing collection of songs that delved into the depths of human emotion. Pushing the boundaries of genre conventions, he artfully blended captivating melodies, evocative lyricism, and innovative production techniques. Each track defied expectations, immersing listeners in an evocative journey through sound. In the midsummer of 2019, Bennett found himself embraced by the esteemed Latin American Hip-Hop collective known as Black Future. Collaborating with diverse artists from this dynamic group, Bennett embarked on a creative voyage, honing his craft and developing his unique sound. Drawing inspiration from synths and samples, complemented by panned percussions and distorted vocals, he unwittingly forged a new sonic landscape along the enchanting northern coast of Sinaloa. This became his unmistakable production signature, leaving an indelible mark on the local music scene. During this transformative year, Bennett released his critically acclaimed single "Asaltar un OXXO," a provocative composition that sparked controversy and challenged societal norms, pushing the boundaries of artistic expression. Following a prolonged four-year hiatus, during which he diligently worked on various projects that did not come to fruition, Bennett triumphantly returned to the music scene. In the year 2023, he unveiled "overdose, love," an immersive offering featuring an array of esteemed guest artists such as Mariant, Yung Ríos, Sebastian Mouth, Nirket, BRUKLIN600, and J'dem. This collaboration served as a testament to Bennett's creative brilliance, as he effortlessly blended their talents to craft a mesmerizing auditory experience. Subsequently, he released his highly anticipated second studio album, "grayscale," a work of art that delves into the intricacies of the human experience through a kaleidoscope of sonic hues. |

He applied his customary sense of dedication to his commercial art career, working tirelessly on a steady stream of high-profile commissions from the 1960s onward: The Crescent City Classic poster, the Albuquerque Balloon Festival poster, the Boston Marathon poster. He won so many design and art awards over the years that he eventually stopped entering such competitions. Ricks grew up in the Iberville housing project and lied about his age to enter the U.S. Marine Corps early. When his deception was discovered near the end of boot camp, he was forced to wait a few months before he endured the arduous training regime a second time. After his discharge from the service, he studied design at Delgado Community College while working as a security guard at NASA. |

This bear dances free in the wild swirling twigs and pine cones, leading you on an exciting journey full of joy, sadness and love.

Search | Add | 4 | A Room Swept White | A Room Swept White were originally born at the tail-end of 2011 in the South East of England. The fiery five-piece wanted to create a sound that inspires and attacks the senses, and they have certainly more than fulfilled their objective. With a keen ear for hearty riffs and pummelling hooks, A Room Swept White have etched out a sound that is hard-hitting, yet still inventive; and that’s no easy task given the present over-saturation within the metalcore genre. ARSW have sparked glowing comparisons to The Ghost Inside, Architects and Of Mice & Men; and although they’ve pulled from their influences, they’ve still managed to create a sound uniquely their own.

Search | Add | 4 | Lost Boots | Come Cold, Come Wind is the debut release by Lost Boots, who consists of the trio of musicians previously performing as Sweatmaster, plus extra guitarist Tomi Helomaa. Sweatmaster were well on their way to fame earlier this millennium, with a deal with the cult garage label Bad Afro and European tours with The Darkness and the like. Somewhere along the way action rocking garage fare no longer appealead to the sweaty threesome, and they ended up calling it a day, only to resurrect as Lost Boots a couple of years later. "After Sweatmaster we tried playing a bit of everything, even Finnish language prog rock, but nothing seemed to click. It was only after Tomi (Helomaa, guitar) came along that we really had a band together", says guitarist-vocalist Sasu Mykkänen. The band defines Lost Boots as being a more manly, slower playing and a tad more melodic unit than their sweat-covered predecessor. There is an electric 'live' feel to the music, with edges not too heavily polished. It owes as much to classic hard guitar rock as it does to garage rock.

Search | Add | 4 | A Dozen Dying Roses | In these increasingly violent times, heavy music has become just as brutal. A Dozen Dying Roses are the emotion of today’s youth. Formed in 2004 from the ashes of numerous fallen bands, ADDR has risen. Through passion, conviction, and pure hostility towards the society that has been built around them, like many great sounds, sorrow and hope are the catalyst. Like most bands the age of its members plays a part in the how the songwriting is influenced. ADDR ranges in age from 19 to 29. This makes for an interesting mix of old school hardcore and metal traditions, and modern day melodies and ideals. Basically it’s metal as haunting as the Swedish innovators, with breakdowns that rival the heaviest hitters of today. With 2 successful demos under there arm ADDR are ready for bigger and better things. Through dedication this band has become a force in there scene and are growing in popularity with every venture made from there home in Staten Island, NY.
