Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 29/07/2025
Found 602638 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

Search | Add | 4 | Face-Beta | Fabián Badano | Fabrecord exist since 1999 as a vague idea but was in 2003 that started to grow a little more serious, in 2006 there was a jump in the progress with the introduction of a PC with some software the project isn't serious yet. Searching in google for name validation i was aware that the name "fabrecord" already taken somewhere by somebody, so, i change the name to Fab-Rec or FaB-Rec in 2007, in 2008 i added "FaB" as a pseudonym for the same reason described abode and the same time, got a hardware upgrade to another level (from Pentium II to a Modern AMD processor more than enough for the music software used back then). In 2009 introduced "Fabianrec" and subsequently created a soundcloud account that is still today online. Face beta, that was in 2010, from some self thoughts about the how much last for "make some musically descent work", so the word "Beta" stands that the works has bugs in it, so the music made also contains "errors" those "errors" are a subjective perspective, so the β letter went included in consecutive names variations on the following years; Faβ in 2012, Faβian 2013, FacBeta on 2015 to 2017. In 2017 was the absolute depression. In that year, started a new project based on a mobile app called nanoloop under the alias Bafdan that was the mobile name back then, focused on minimalism and the whole production with no other additional post processing more than some basic mastering (very basic). On 2020 there were some "comebacks" under the old "Fabrecord" as artist alias, more mature and with wisdom in productions. On the current times, Fabrecord label host all those pseudonims and its albums and/or EP's along with the newest productions in the works. Also uses various pseudonims such as Fabrecord, Fab-Rec, Fabianrec, FaB, Faβian, Faβ, FacBeta, Bafdan |

Search | Add | 4 | José Lázaro Tello | José Lázaro Tello Cordero | His beginnings were on Radio Miraflores in 1945 and replacing Alberto Olivares Sánchez Moreno, the beloved "Sapito". He did so badly that he asked Clemente Palma for another chance and thus three months passed to achieve his goal. It featured the duo "Bolaños-Monteverde". D'acosta, the black Jack y Velásquez "El Trío Lucumí" and Linda Izquierdo, who performed singing boleros with great success. On Radio Atalaya, "Los Embajadores Criollos" triumphed with David Odría, a great revelation of the microphone and that, due to the popularity achieved in a short time, were the "jale" of Radio Victoria, "The Station of the Best Programs". A brilliant management by José Eduardo Cavero Andrade and who won "Los Ídolos del Pueblo" forever. Another station was emerging at that time. Radio "La Crónica". On large projects, directed by Juán Silva Villacorta and who set his expectations on David Odría. A special offer led to its acceptance and left the "Creole Ambassadors" without a midday entertainer. Then the opportunity would come for José Lázaro Tello, who, with everything he learned on Radio Miraflores and later on Radio Callao, is hired by Radio Victoria, positions himself and becomes the owner of such a privileged place. It would begin there, the long career of this great Creole speaker from Chiclayo. |

Search | Add | 4 | Jedi Jet | After listening to avant-garde music from an early age, the path led Ivica Lazarević to become involved in music. Turntables, synthesizers and drum machines became his natural environment which had formed him as an artist. After a successful collaboration with Luka Cipek on various projects including "Luka&Lazo" they have made their alter ego "Jedi Jet". A few years ago, inspired by the love for the vinyl and playing live, he started a DJ career as DJ Lazo. Luka Cipek has been interested into various styles of music since the late 80s and started producing his own music in 1999. Having a productive DJ career as a student, he also worked at Radio Student in Zagreb and played many gigs around Croatia. In 2002 he started his first collaboration with Ivica Lazarevieć, which soon delivered the acclaimed "Fat Mama Roks EP" on Mo's Ferry. His musical interests span from rock to techno and from OST to modern compositors. His deep love of the 80s sound and early house production stay present in all his works. | |

Search | Add | 4 | Ricardo Parronchi | Destra (Brazilian Prog Rock Band) | Destra had its embryo in 1997 with the name of Aquila, as Ricardo Parronchi was a bassist in a hard rock band with the same name formed by Túlio Regis, ex-G3 (vocal) workshop, Dico, ex-Katsbarnea (guitar) ), playing today with Catalau (ex-coup d'état) and Victor Alexandre, (drums). With the end of the band, Ricardo Parronchi decided to start a progressive rock band, still using the name Aquila, since the idea of the name had been his. The proposal was to make a heavy sound but with a lot of melody, mixing metal and progressive rock among other styles like jazz, mpb and blues. The lyrics will be sung in English and although they are not religious, directly or indirectly, they would all have a Christian message. It took 1 year until the members of what would be training for the first record in the studio were found, a demo entitled “Out of the game“, which had 4 songs and had in its formation Douglas Vanuchi (vocals), Eduardo Parronchi, brother of the bassist (guitar), Victor Alexandre (drums), Ricardo Parronchi (bass) and Marcos Ian (guest musician, keyboard), shortly after recording the demo Victor leaves the band and then Fabio Fernandes (ex-Portrait) enters ) With the demo in hand the band gets a contract with Megahard Records for a full album, although due to some differences the band changes its label in the middle of the recordings and signs with Destroyer Records, ending as well as recordings of the CD at the end of 1999, with co-producer guitarist Heros Trench, (Korzus) and also counting on Marcos Ian as a guest on keyboards. Changing the name to Destra, the band then released in January 2000 their 1st CD Sea of Doubt, containing 10 songs, the work obtained a great repercussion from the public and critics, being highly praised by all magazines and specialized sites , even without exterior. After the release of the CD, a band performs several tests with keyboardists and finally gets a fixed keyboard, Marcelo Saorim, then performing programs in several cities and states in Brazil, being invited to cable and radio programs like BACKSTAGE (from legendary Vitão Bonesso) in BRASIL 2000. In 2001, a band had a very low loss with the departure of vocalist Douglas Vanuchi, a band was almost sold out and with several shows scheduled when it happened. After fulfilling some commitments the vocalist leaves the band definitively for personal reasons and after a few months of testing the replacement would be Ricardo Cassau, but due to scheduling problems he would not stay long in the band. With no way to postpone the band, he then calls José Ricardo (ex-singer of Dream Theater cover), as a guest singer to sing in 2 bonus songs for the re-release of the CD Sea of Doubt. With him the band played some shows and would still participate in the "Tribute to Viper and Angra", an event that featured some of the main metal bands in the country. It is worth remembering that Destra was highly praised by André Matos himself (ex-vocalist from Angra and currently on Shaman), being mentioned even on its official website, it was during this period that the band started to have the idea of making a conceptual CD with several vocalists participating. The band would still do several tests with vocalists arriving again to count on Ricardo Cassau and Alexandre Silva for some shows, then in 2002 they started the pre-production of the rock opera “Joe´s Rhapsody” and it was at that time that the band met vocalist Neno Fernando (currently on Abstract Shadows), the vocalist participated in the pre-production of some songs, then he was invited to sing in the music video for “You Should Believe“ (this version was included on the CD of the 2nd Metal Mission compilation). At that time, keyboardist Marcelo Saorim left the group, being replaced in a short time by Maxsuel Rodrigo (Divine Works), who quickly adapted to the band, actively participating in the band's new compositions. Vocalist Neno also participated in the song “Dry Way” (for the project “The Book of Exodus”, sharing vocals with Ricardo Parronchi) and made a small participation in the song “Mother, Father” for the tribute of the band Journey, already that most of the music was sung by the bassist. He also did several shows with the group, including a highly praised performance in the tribute to the band Stryper, which had in its cast the biggest white metal bands of the national scene, but despite having a beautiful voice, his melodic style did not fit with the band, which was taking a notoriously more seventies course, which made the band start looking for a new singer again. At that time bassist Ricardo Parronchi was recording the song “Waiting in God” with some friends, which would be the entry song for the project “The Book of Exodus” (since the band invited to work, Stauros, cannot participate in the last minute, because a 3-member low had happened), when he met a vocalist who caught his attention precisely because he had a timbre and way of singing that was very different from what he was seeing on the scene at the time, because his voice reminded him a lot the 70's hard rock vocalists, vocalist Rodrigo Grecco. Ricardo then invited him to sing the project's song with him, the result was so satisfactory that Rodrigo was invited to be part of the band Destra. In 2003, the band left its former record label and closed a contract with two record labels in partnership (Avantage and Frontline Records), and after recording the instrumental and some guest vocalists' participation, the label together with the band decided to launch a first version of “Joe´s Rhapsody” (scheduled for early February) with Rodrigo sharing the vocals with the bassist Ricardo, thus showing the new phase of the band, not abandoning however the initial idea of launching this CD with several vocalists scheduled for the second semester of 2004. |
