Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 05/01/2026
Found 619583 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 4 | Kaibah | Kay C. Bennett | It is usually the custom for Navajos to carry a "white man" name so they can be known in the new culture which surrounds them. Kay Bennett's Navajo name is Kaibah, a name she was permitted to retain when she attended boarding school where it was the custom to give Indian children more easily pronounced American names. |

| Search | Add | 4 | Isis Graham | Isis Graham | As the modern era of dance music dawned in the mid 90s, a teenaged Isis Graham (Esette) glued herself to MuchMusic's Electric Circus and absorbed every beat of the house music boom. Every instant moved her to the core of her being: the rainbow of lights, the writhing bodies, the headphoned maestros on the decks. And most of all, that beat. That relentless roll and cycle of kick and snare, hat and keys, bass and vocal, elevating her soul and moving her body in her bedroom all alone. That same teenaged Isis still lives on in the body and mind of one of Calgary's stalwart hubs of community and music. If she ever reflects on that first tentative moment gracing the decks in a warehouse in 1999, does she feel the circle closing? Does she know that the local scene ringleaders she looked up to then, pulling together musicians and artists to create communal spaces of communication and expression, are now her? Music is one thing, and community another, but for Ms. Graham the two are mutually and irrevocably linked. As an ardent believer that progress for one means progress for all, Isis spends as much time tweaking EQs as she spends meeting, collaborating and planning with her musical peers. Ten years of promoting women in dance music as one engine behind Girls On Decks are already behind her (with another lifetimes worth of years ahead), residencies and relationships from gay bars to raves notch her belt, and a current residency at Habitat Living Sound includes not only a monthly night of soulful, techy, deep house, Nu*Movement, but a groundbreaking collaborative music production and networking effort called Studio Social. At the root of it all is the music. The hypnotic, spiritual, relentless music. After collaborating with Western Canadian mainstay Neighbour in 2008, the releases have been coming fast and furious, and only barreling faster as she takes up a leading A/R spot at recently revived Calgary label Substation Recordings. Her sounds are widely strewn across the spectrum of house and independent music – techno and bass are as likely as intimate songwriting fare, and her samples and vibes range from the funky to the deep and back again. The music that drives Isis feeds her soul, and vice versa, and that interplay of perpetual motion will keep this dynamic woman a key piece of Western Canada's musical puzzle for as many years as she can muster. |

LMG stands for Love Murdering Gangsters and it also reffered to the now torn-down LeMoyne Gardens (LMG) housing projects, where the members grew up. According to the authorities, LMG Mafia was the rap branch of a street gang with the same name, who was led by George "Train" Hughlett Jr. An episode of the TV Series Gangland talks about LMG criminal activities. LMG Mafia released 2 albums on Train Records which are both very good, entitled "Southside Souljahs" (1998) & "It's Still Murdah" (2002). It's some classic hard gangsta rap with that dark Memphis style... Their sophomore release is dedicated to Train, who was shot dead in 1999

| Search | Add | 4 | Amarg Fusion | Amarg Fusion | History The group was created in 2002 by Ali Faiqet and Jamal Oussfi. In 2014, it had eight artists. To compose its music, the group draws on Amazigh sounds to which it adds contemporary rhythms. The strong presence of the art of the Rwayes earned it the title of "Rwayes of modern times". Template:Which, the essential goal is to revive the heritage of the Rwayes and to revalue their art which is gradually falling into oblivion. Members Abderahim Moustaine: guitar Mounir Kaddouri: piano and electronic keyboard Ali Faiq: vocals Ahmad Ouarsass: outar / guitar Foulane Bouhcine: Ribab Jamal Oussfi: drums Rahal Bouaddi: bass guitar Musical style The musical style of the group is essentially inspired by the art of Rwayes, with an intensive use of Ribab to reproduce original Amazigh sounds. To these ancestral rhythms, the artists of Amarg fusion fuse notes of funk, jazz and particularly reggae thanks to the use of musical instruments such as drums, guitar and electronic keyboard. The group aims through this fusion to revive the art of the Rwayes and to make it appreciated by young people, or even by an international audience. | Search | Add | 4 | Geoffrey Wood | Geoffrey Wood is an American singer-songwriter and musician based in Atlanta. The son of two musicians, Geoffrey grew up in a musical household and received a trumpet on his 5th birthday. He began teaching himself guitar in middle school and writing songs of his own shortly thereafter. After studying trumpet in college he began working as a freelance musician and educator. In demand as a performer, composer and arranger he plays and writes for numerous groups in styles ranging from classical to jazz, funk and rock. While he was successfully creating music for other projects he found himself with a collection of material heavily influenced by some of the artists he grew up loving; Bob Dylan, The Band and Wilco. With no existing projects ready to cover that music, Geoffrey assembled a new band featuring Kelly McCarty on Bass, Rhett Huffman on Keys, Matt ‘Pistol’ Stoessel on Pedal Steel and Colin Agnew on Drums. Over three days in January of 2023 his first solo album, Thank You was recorded at La Gazza Studio in Madison, GA. Agnew also produced, engineered and mixed the record. Named in tribute to the people and places that inspired his music, Thank You is a musical expression of gratitude for the journey that he’s had so far. In January of 2024 Geoff began working on an EP set for release later this year. Again recording with Colin Agnew and kelly Mccarty, this new ep will feature some familiar sounding material as well as a departure from the style established on Thank You. Geoffrey’s music is available on all streaming platforms and live videos can be found on youtube. for booking inquiries contact gpwbooking@gmail.com. | |

| Search | Add | 4 | SeezNation | Sizwe Jabulani Miya | SeezNation | Sizwe Jabulani Miya | born 1996, April 02 started out as a student who did public speaking, poetry, sketching, dance, and debate at school (around Alexandra Township), he lived with his Grandmother. His passion for poetry and debating, with the assistance of his uncles who listened to Rap music ignited his love for the art-form. That’s when SeezNation came to be! He used to watch other battle rappers doing ciphers at school, and that assisted him in perfecting his freestyle. A “battle call out” with a school mate who was considered the “illest MC” (Prodigy) at the time made SeezNation take writing seriously. The would later form a group known as “FBI” performing in school shows and hosting their own ciphers. They shared the same passion and started writing songs using ”Beats” from Rappers like Jay-Z, Busta Rhymes, Bishop Lamont amongst others. SeezNation started creating his own beats and got better as time went on. He would also book studio time to record his music. He relocated to Soweto in 2014 (White City Jabavu) to stay with his great grandmother, which affected the group (FBI) due to distance, during this time SeezNation would meet and collaborate with other artists/producers and later decided to release his music under his own record label Indygo Entertainment. His debut EP: My Moment features producer “39Thirty” and rapper “O2“. The EP was released on 1st September 2019, with more to follow. |

| Search | Add | 4 | Lennie Miles | Vocalist Lenny Miles, born in Forth Worth, Texas on December 22, 1934, is one of those One-Hit Wonders who, once you hear his Sam Cooke-quality vocals, you just know would have gone on to greater things had cancer not claimed him in 1962 at age 27. The hit was Don’t Believe Him, Donna, written by Luther Dixon who also arranged and conducted the orchestra backing, and in March 1961 it peaked at # 28 R&B and just missed the Billboard Pop Hot 100 Top 40 when it stalled at # 41 as Scepter 1212 b/w Invisible, also penned by Dixon. In fact, Luther wrote/co-wrote all 4 sides of Lenny’s two releases at Scepter, the other being In Between Tears b/w I Know Love as Scepter 1218, released in April. Strangely, the uptempo In Between Tears stalled at # 84 Hot 100 in May 1961 and made no impact at all on the R &B listings. Even so, the giant RCA Victor saw (and heard) enough to realize his potential with the right material and promotion and brought him on board in 1962, cutting at least 6 sides at his first studio session. starting with the powerful Living Dream, produced by Ray Ellis and backed by his orchestra and chorus. That was paired with Donna’s Gone as RCA Victor 47-8011 and released in March. Sadly, he lost his battle with cancer even as the song began to get some attention and in the end it did not chart nationally. RCA Victor then released the other 4 sides he had cut on their Groove subsidiary, changing the spelling of his first name to “Lennie” - starting with the pairing of Hercules b/w Stay With Me (Groove 58-0001) in July, and I Wouldn’t Be Here b/w Mind Your Own Biz (Groove 58-0010) in August (extracted from Amazon Reviewer - George O'Leary - comments section) | |

Their electroacoustic experiments bring experimental genres like ambient, noise, glitch, lowercase, and IDM to the more poppy world of bedroom mixtape production. Her early works are largely instrumental, with later works like "the revivifier" using his own voice to deliver lyrics as concerned with the abstract and ethereal as they are down-to-earth soul-searching. Previously, these lyrics and themes were voiced by his band's sangfroids' vocalists and through samples under her alias joculatrix. Future endeavors aim to incorporate elements of sangfroids and joculatrix into this main moniker.

After breaking up his band [a=The Chess-mates] in 2007 Mickey decides to go solo due to communication problems with other people. In order not to get too lonely Mickey creates a fictional character “Dr. Albert Flipout” (the tin-can Latin shaker attached to his left foot that works as a snare drum in his one man band project) and names the band after him, “Dr. Albert Flipout’s one CAN* band” . The third "member" of the band is the mysterious Jess on the cymbals. You can see a picture of them all on the back of the album's cover. * CAN: a) A Can, is a metal container in which something such as food, drink, or paint is put. b) You use CAN to indicate that someone has the ability or opportunity to do something.

She is also known by the previous names Gerd Pettersson, Gerd Pettersson-Ebegård and Gerd Ebegård. She grew up in a Christian home. Her musical talent was discovered early on. At the age of seventeen, she became a singer-evangelist in Malmberget. In 2008, she graduated as a cantor from Hjo Folk High School and then worked as a cantor within the Church of Sweden in Jönköping, where she was responsible for the church's music school and led several choirs. In 2014, she became a church musician in Norrahammar's parish outside Jönköping, where she led some of the parish's choirs such as Norrahammar Gospel Choir, the children's choir Soul Children and the youth choir Soul Teens, after which she became cantor in Mullsjö - Sandhem's parish. She has released a number of praise song records and instrumental records and participated in the TV series Do you remember the song. Gerd Lindgren was first married in 1970–1996 to Pastor Kenneth Pettersson (born 1949) and the second time from 1997 to the sound engineer and producer [a874881] (born 1949).
