Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 24/10/2024
Found 596840 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

Search | Add | 3 | Helsinki Horizon | Helsinki Horizon, an alt-rock ensemble from Scandinavia, traces its roots back to 2008 when Snorre began recording demos and composing music. In 2012, viNd and Geir joined the project, marking the band's first live performances. Their debut EP, "Signal Flares," was released in 2021, receiving critical acclaim and massive support from the post-rock community. The band's earlier experiences in the underground metal scene brought a complementary and honest addition to their organic and melodic compositions, infusing both savagery and fierce simplicity into their music. Influenced by artists like Radiohead, Mogwai, M83, and Max Richter, Helsinki Horizon's music transcends genre barriers, incorporating experimental elements such as Tesla coil emulated Cello distortion and 8-bit crushed bass-harmonicas. In 2024, the band unveiled their debut album "Sirens," which explores darker, moodier concepts while departing from conformity. Collaborating with Stockholm-based avant-garde pop act Öllegård on vocals, the band achieved a new level of sonic innovation, pushing beyond conventional boundaries. Their music draws inspiration from human struggles, philosophy, nature, and societal issues, intertwined with cinematic and literary influences. Helsinki Horizon comprises Snorre, who handles guitars, bass and keys, along with Öllegård on vocals, viNd on guitars, and Geir on drums. Their collective artistry and dedication have propelled Helsinki Horizon into the nordic alt-rock scene, captivating audiences with their distinctive Scandinavian sound and unwavering commitment to musical innovation.

Originally from Lansing, MI but currently based in Charlotte, NC he is one of the only people in the world touring his trade. His primarily instrumental style is characterized by open harmonies, polyphonic textures, incredible tapping technique, and is as entertaining to watch as it is to listen to. Live performances burst with energy and magnetism not typical of solo guitar music. Drawing influence from folk, Celtic, indie, and even punk rock artists as well as other great guitarists such as Michael Hedges, Tommy Emmanuel and Leo Kottke, Mark Kroos has developed his own edge to the acoustic guitar.

Nill Özalp ikinci klibini yönetmenliğini Mustafa Uslu’nun yaptığı, söz müziği Serdar Ortaç’a ait düet parçası Kalp Boş ‘a klip çekerek çıkışını sürdürdü.

The beat of the drum and his love for music has driven him from a young age, although It wasn’t until 2004 when he brought a set of turntables and his first few records, did he realise it was what he wanted to do with his life. Since then he has been refining his sound, and pushing forward in the hope of inspiring others, preaching that ‘you don’t need to change who you are to fit in to this world…’ In June of 2008 he started: “No sleep till bedtime…” A series of parties catering for the harder styles of dance music, which has since played host to some of Melbourne’s best local talent, and special guest DJ’s. 2014 see’s 6head_slug more focused than ever, as he looks forward to the coming year ahead and all that it brings! |

Search | Add | 3 | Matt Xavier | Matt Xavier | Matt Xavier's relationship with electronic music began in 1993 at Manhattan's most infamous downtown raveclub, NASA. Soon after he began promoting for New York's Caffeine nightclub where he met friend and confidante Michael "Blackwatch" Thomas. Together the two formed "Island Vibe Network" and began organizing art and music events at illegal warehouse locations throughout New York's Tri-state area. In early 1995 Matt Xavier (formerly known as Matthew Magic) began organizing the first European styled goa-trance parties on the east coast of North America and later founded New York City's most elite event company "Tsunami Productions". During his four-year reign as Tsunami resident DJ and music director, Matthew organized over seventy-five large-scale events where he hosted and shared the stage with such global talents as Josh Wink, Juno Reactor, BT, Hallucinogen, X-Dream, Raja Ram, GMS, KoxBox, Son Kite, Tsuyoshi Suzuki, Total Eclipse, Slinky Wizard and Green Nuns of the Revolution, to name a few. Following the turn of the millennium Matthew retired the psy-trance format and adopted the production moniker known as "Gruvhaus". During such time he released a string of edgy tech-house productions on such labels as Polyester Music, Release Records, Annex and Fugu Recordings. YASMINE VAN BURG She grew up in the Netherlands and Belgium with her two sisters. Music is simply in her blood and genes. Yasmine has never had any career ambitions other than becoming a singer. In the mid-1990s she came to Germany through her sister Angie and Jürgen Westphal and was immediately chosen as the best young singer by the discotheque organization. |
