Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 16/12/2025
Found 617983 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 2 | Isaac Cates | Isaac Solomon Cates | Gospel vocalist, arranger, pianist, performs with his choir [a=Ordained (3)] Born in Kansas City, Kansas and affectionately known as a child prodigy, Isaac has always shown a great interest in music. With a strong spiritual foundation laid by his parents, Isaac’s participation in the music ministry at his local home church began at a very young age of four, as did his formal training. Trained in piano performance, writing and composition, having studied piano performance and Choral conducting at the University of Missouri-Kansas City in his short life. In 2004, Isaac partnered with a colleague; Anthony M. Harvey to form a small music ensemble of skilled vocalists whose musical diversity and remarkable vocal ability would set them apart as premier trendsetters in the national gospel music industry. In a short time this group of singers, known as “Ordained”, have appeared in concerts and been featured alongside many gospel artists including Kevin Bond, Vashawn Mitchell, Melonie Daniels, Richard Smallwood, James Fortune, Kim Burrell, James Hall, Byron Cage, Marvin Sapp, Dorinda Clark-Cole, Mark Hubbard, Shirley Caesar, and others. |

| Search | Add | 2 | Elissa Barclay | Growing up as a child under the shadow of the grunge generation, Elissa Barclay is a small-town girl with a big city heart who made her way from the acoustic coffeehouses of Guelph to the punk scene of Toronto all the while forging her unique brand edgy fold-rock. A solo artist in her own right Elissa graced the stages of many of Toronto’s top rock venues such as the Opera House, The Phoenix, Bovine Sex Club, The Horseshoe, a Stint at Canadian Music Week, Eye Magazine, Ontario Independent Music Awards. Barclay has been keeping busy with writing songs as well as for other musicians. An indie rock heroine who embraces the brashness of punk and grunge, Barclay and her music are sort of a paradox; soft yet hard as nails. Her lyrics are delicate yet jagged. Barclay is known for her energetic shows, She has literally been carving her place into the Toronto music scene for the past few years and can be seen guitar hand belting out her broken heart in and around the city and beyond. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | No Whales | András Tóth | "No whales" is an independent solo project by András Tóth (Andre Freego) from Budapest, Hungary. Started back in 2007, under the name "André" when he was fooling around with Virtual DJ on his grandma's computer. In 2011, he discovered the band Sonic Youth and was fascinated by the awesome effects they used and sounds they produced. After purchasing a Flanger Hoax, he decided to experiment with the pedal's noise making capabilities, mixing it with some basic guitar playing. 2013 brought an external sound card to the home studio, thus elevating the quality of recording methods. The same year he released his debut album "English Garden" under the now used "No Whales" project name, which summarized his musicianship starting from the very early recordings to actual arranged songs. 2 years later with several hiatuses, style changes and life experiences gained, he continued his evolutionary journey by experimenting with more electronic genres while still retaining some of the guitar playing in his EP "Lounge Act", that was mainly inspired by events of his time spent in Tokyo, Japan. In 2016 on his 25th birthday, Andre Freego released his second LP, "The Waiting Room" with the support of fellow friends from independent label Pluto Sound. Featuring more ambient tones and instrumental sections than ever before. After a short hiatus and focusing on other projects (Pixel Cranes to name one) to commemorate his 10th year anniversary of making music and 5th of releasing his first album, Andre released his third full length titled "Memory Lane 5". The album summarizes the last 5 years of his musicianship by re-working some previously released songs, but also incorporating unreleased b-sides with guest musicians. |

The artist works together with various other speakers. His audio books are designed to enable effective learning of foreign languages. The scope of the language courses is rather small. Only the really necessary phrases are practiced, which one needs in a restaurant, when looking for accommodation, at the station or for a conversation. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | 57pictures | "Your memories are a guiding light. I can hear colorful music..." フィフティーセブンピクチャーズ (57pictures) was a Japanese self-described "post-rock, shoegaze" band originally formed in Ibaraki Prefecture, but had since moved to Tokyo. The band began in 2007 with four members, three of which were friends since kindergarten; the same four members are still part of this band (with the addition of a new, non-musical member, a.k.a. an illustrator, bringing the total members to 5). The band suspended activities in 2017 following their last live performance. "57pictures' music has words that penetrate your soul and a tone that envelops you, and the waves of sound explode warmly throughout your body. There was a live painting stage, where the colors of the music changed with each note, The stage will be decorated with a world that goes beyond music, featuring carefully designed goods, handmade items, and more. The music and art are woven with sincerity, inviting you to breathe deeply." | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Sundown Delay | The original idea of Sundown Delay was to create a final platform (since his former band just had dissolved) from where Svante Widerström could throw the 10 songs he writes every year into the great nothingness. A one-man band would not only have non-existent issues with drop-out members. It would also mean total creative control. But it would also mean no fun. So when old friend Nanne Westerholm offered his service from behind the drums Svante of course was happy. Together they recorded “Catching Up With The Future” 2015. But as a duo they weren’t able to play live. To be considered a band they needed at least a bass-player. They found the missing piece in Björn Ericsson and recorded the mini LP “Rubik’s Cube Is Fighting Back” which was released in april 2016. The record was critically acclaimed but since drummer Nanne Westerholm left the band in june same year there wasn’t too much action. The replacement was called Tobias Wiik and after playing a few gigs they started to work on a new album. The new full-length album “Awaiting The Death Of Rockn’roll” was released in December 2017. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Quickweave | Jalen Dilosa | Quickweave (Jalen Dilosa) was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. and recalls being introduced to House music in high school, when his girlfriend pulled up blasting Crystal Waters’ Gypsy Woman. The sound wasn’t unfamiliar to Jalen, whose grandmother and uncle were gospel singers in the famed Zion Harmonizers. Gypsy Woman represented a new context for a familiar feeling. Quickweave has been honing a sound which centers feminine energy backed by tough, swung drums. |
