Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 30/03/2026
Found 621899 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 2 | Zidny Aziz | Zidny Aziz born in Tegal, November 26, 1998 is the eldest of three children. His childhood life was already attached to the world of art. From starting to take part in coloring competitions to vandalizing at his school first. When he was a teenager, little Zidny grew up to be a street artist who drew graffiti along the streets and in Tegal City and not infrequently also out of town. As time went on, entered the world of college where he majored in fine arts in studying, and learned about art from an educational point of view, then from here he started using canvas and acrylic paints as his weapons, and exhibited at local galleries. During his time as a student he has produced many works, both paintings, poems and songs. Because he is very interested in visual arts and musical arts he built a record store in 2018 last July, he named his shop is [u=radiohidup] Records where he sells various genres of music and band merchandise and from various countries. In mid-2022, he released an experimental music album from his own personal experiences recorded on an as-is-is instrument, also titled 2022. [a=Zidny Aziz] a teenager who is active in the arts, is also active in environmental and humanitarian-themed events, as he usually does with his friends. he replanted trees, did beach clean-ups, shared free food and clothing, and actively held discussions about that. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Boris Puligheddu | Boris Puligheddu | Boris Puligheddu approaches music at a young age listening to vinyl records of various genres, including rock, punk, reggae and soul, which his uncle brings home from various business trips. He feels a strong desire to communicate through music and with two turntables that his parents give him, he begins to "imitate" the figure of the deejay until he becomes a real one in several discos and in a local radio. In 1996 he composed the electronic music track with rock contaminations "Progressive Disease" with a friend, attracting the attention of the producer Alberto Bertapelle. The track was produced and included in some compilations and it reached good positions in the dance charts of various radios including Italia Network and Radio Deejay . He took part in a new electronic music project with other deejays but still continued to cultivate a passion for live music until, in the summer of 2009, he attended a concert of a ska group and was strongly impressed by it. In 2010 he founded with some friends Banda Margot and remained in the group as a singer until 2017 when, taking advantage of a break in the band's activity, he joined Sogno in Bilico, an indie rock group with which he recorded an EP. In 2019 he rejoined Banda Margot for what he considers a "new beginning.” |

| Search | Add | 2 | Nikolov-Ivanović Undectet | The Nikolov–Ivanovic Undectet is an 11 piece band lead by arranger, pianist and guitarist Vladimir Nikolov and drummer Srdjan Ivanovic. Friends from their music conservatory days, the duo had worked together in the past in bands and on film music and finally in 2017, came up with the idea of a band they could lead together that would be big enough for the arranger to be able to express many different colours and small enough to allow for the interplay of a small band. From that the Undectet was born, a band consisting of an atypical instrumentation: French horn, trumpet, tuba, trombone brass section, an alto, tenor, baritone saxophone section, a piano, bass, drums rhythm section and the accordion, in between those. The colours are even more versatile when the saxophone section changes to a woodwind one (flute, clarinet, bass clarinet). | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Plan 13 | Plan 13 Biography (as written by Greg Clarke on 1st-June-2007) In 1996, TJ Clarke (vocals), Ronnie O'Dwyer (guiter), Jimmy Mullett (bass) and Eric Gladney (drums) started to play together in the Clarke family basement. This was where Plan 13 started, with me (Greg Clarke) as the original legionnare. Soon though, Dave Mullett took over the bass and his big bro Jimmy moved to 2nd guitar. Also, Eric bowed out for the talent of Corey Slade. This was the original Plan 13 line-up. Shows were played, beers were drank, weed was smoked. It was a good time for music in St. John's/Mount Pearl. Most shows consisted of Plan 13 (of course), Under Authority and Life of Leisure. These guys, as well as a few friends, were where the Legion really began. Myself , Regan Ryan, Kenny Russell, Mike Power, Sean O'Dwyer and a few others were the only non-band members at the beginning. Please let me know if I've forgotten you, because I know there's at least a few. Anyway, things were going great. The legion was growing, the shows were getting bigger and the songs were getting better. Then, one day, TJ decided that he was moving to Alberta (surprise...a Newfie in AB). So our fearless leader was moving on. The funny thing is that I don't think that a single beat was missed. Not because TJ wasn't missed, but because Regan was itching to sing for a band...and since he was so involved in the legion, it just made sense. Now, this is where Dirtneck Records starts to come into play. The boys wanted to make a CD...and it was the most amazing thing for me. These were all of my best friends! I couldn't believe it! I'm going to skip all of the slimy details here. Let's just say that even though we were all happy with the final product, the process with the fledgling "record company" left a lot to be desired. Not to mention the fact that they totally cut out the fast half of Journey to Planet X (my favourite song). But none of that matters now...we all have an album to remember some of the best years of our lives...and that's what matters. Unfortunately, CD sales weren't as good as we hoped. Sales outside of the legion were minimal, and that's about when it started to go downhill. Very slowly at first, but down none the less. The second album was in the works, but was never finished. There were 3 or 4 tracks layed down (at least) which I would kill to get my hands on. They dissapeared with "Ace and Gary" from Dirtneck Records. Corey was hoping to make it big with his other band, Hung Up, so he left to tour with them. Then Jimmy moved to Alberta as well. 2 members down in such a short time. But never fear, the legion was there. Roger Crowley (from Under Authority) and Mark McCrow (from Life of Leisure) filled in as 2nd guitar and drums. But the end was innevitable at this point. TJ came home for the millenium New Year, and the guys played a "reunion" show on January 2nd. This was one of the two shows I couldn't go to. One was because I was under age, and this time was because I got hypothermia after having a mohawk at the waterfront for a freezing fireworks show. After that, there wasn't much left. Squid was eventually recruited to move to Halifax to play with Bucket Truck (wich is now officially over as well), and everyone else just moved on to different things. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Alphonse Stallaert | Alphonse Stallaert was born on March 1st in Helmond, Netherlands. He studied law to come up to his father's expectations, as his father, a banker who had set up a firm, wanted his children to take over. But he could not resist the call of music and eventually got his father to allow him to study music for just one year. Therefore, in 1941, he both learnt how to compose and conduct an orchestra at the Utrecht Conservatoire with respectively Hendrik Andriessen and Bertus Van Lier. Respecting his father's ultimatum, within one year, he got the diplomas which normally required two academic years. Armed with his diplomas, he conducted Philips firm's orchestra in Eindhoven for a year; then, in 1945, invited by Sir John Barbirolli, he underwent a period of training at the Halle-Orchestra in Manchester. He arrived in Paris in 1946 with only 100 francs on him, studied counterpoint for a year, rue de Madrid (Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique) and was given conducting lessons by André Cluytens and composing lessons by Arthur Honegger. He then formed his own orchestra composed of 92 French musicians with whom he gave his first concert in Paris. Unfortunately, the following year, for want of subsidies, he had to turn his symphony orchestra into a string orchestra composed of 36 musicians. With "The Paris String Orchestra" (Orchestre à Cordes de Paris), he gave several concerts in Paris, and went on tour in his native country; among others, he performed in the large Amsterdam concert hall, the Concertgebouw. Unfortunately, he had to give up his passion for lack of money. Yet, he was asked to conduct French orchestras such as Lamoureux and Pasdeloup orchestras, as well as Dutch orchestras like the Brabant Orchestra, the Overijssel Philarmonic Orchestra and the Dutch Chamber Orchestra. In 1951, his first work "Concerto for Piano and Orchestra" was performed at the Besancon festival by the R.T.F. National Orchestra (Orchestre National de la R.T.F.); it was conducted by Raphaël Kubelik and included the pianist Daniel Wayenberg. During the same music season, this concerto was performed again, successively by the Conservatoire Concert Society (Société des Concerts du Conservatoire), conducted by André Cluytens, and by the Pasdeloup Orchestra which was conducted by the composer himself. This creation was followed by several performances in France and in the Netherlands and Philips produced a record of the work performed by the Brabant Orchestra conducted by Heins Jordans. While giving private tuition, he composed the symphony "Les Ames Maudites", later entitled "Symphonia da Requiem", made two piano sketches for his friend D. Wayenberg, and an opera, "Myrdhinn" Read more / Source: http://www.stallaert.fr/index.php?p=biography | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Boris Solotoreff | Boris Solotareff | Boris Solotareff (October 23, 1889 – July 1966) was a Russian painter. He was active in Munich, Switzerland, and France, but spent the majority of his career in New York where he became a naturalized American citizen in 1949. Solotareff made use of a variety of styles; according to the Benezit Dictionary of Artists, his "work was in the mainstream of Eastern European Expressionism, with influences of Art Deco from the time when he lived in Paris." Solotareff's paintings have been exhibited widely, including the "Cinquantenaire Du Symbolisme" exhibition at the Bibliothèque Nationale (1936), the Vendome Galleries (New York, 1938), and the "Exhibition of oils and water colors" at the Charles Barzansky Galleries from October 1–20, 1940. Born in Bender, in the Bessarabia Governorate of the Russian Empire, Solotareff began his art studies at the Russian art school in Odessa, Ukraine. This went on until he turned 18 in 1907 when the artist moved to Munich, Germany enrolling at the Akademie der Bildenden Künste. After seven years in Munich, Solotareff moved to Lausanne, Switzerland. In the six years he stayed there his style underwent a change from the German Impressionist style that inspired his Munich paintings to one more influenced by Fauvism. In describing two of Solotareff's paintings from that period, "Meadow of Wild Flowers" and "Farm in Lausanne", James Gardner wrote "The paint has been thickly applied in elongated, energetic jabs that sway and pulsate in every direction like schools of fish. But only the surface seems agitated. Farther down there is the deep and reassuring calm that seems best to typify the Russian artist's sanguine disposition". The year 1920 found Solotareff traveling in France and Italy before settling in Paris where, under the influence of [a=Pablo Picasso] and [a=Marie Laurencin], he began to paint in a more neo-classical style. While in Paris, Solotareff was a member of the Salon des Indépendants. In 1937, the artist moved to New York, where he lived and painted for the rest of his life. |
