Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 16/12/2025
Found 617983 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 4 | Lady Low | Lady Low is a rock sextet of cinematic proportions. Comprising of vocalist and guitarist Jimmy Sweet (Death By Sexy, L.U.V., The Gospel), Eden Lee (vocals, drums), Shanel Chavers (vocals, synth), Kaitlin Wolfberg (violin), Corinne Olsen (violin), and Mia Siler (viola) they have created the soundtrack for a sexy Tarantino love affair. With sweeping strings and luscious 3-part harmonies, Lady Low’s collection of heartfelt hymns are akin to an epic musical romance novel. Returning to L.A. after his time in London, Sweet wanted to create a timeless love story for a modern generation, ‘where strings and heartstrings collide’. And so Lady Low was born. Lady Low is not the first musical expedition for these romance rock pioneers. A talented multi-instrumentalist, Jimmy has been rocking for years, starting out with legendary San Francisco rock band, The Richmond Sluts. He still performs with the Goodtime Boys, a ’70s cover band, along with members of Hot Hot Heat, Fleet Foxes, The Heavy, and Beachwood Sparks. As the founding member of Lady Low, Jimmy writes most of the band’s ballads, drawing from past romances and future hopes. Donning a style reminiscent of Marlon Brando meets David Bowie, he adds a masculine touch and growling baritone to the sultry tones of Lady Low. Eden is no stranger to the limelight. She has appeared in regional commercials throughout the midwest, but her heart has always been in music. She plays the piano, viola, and drums and has written arrangements and entire songs for many of the groups she’s had the chance to be a part of. Even with all that, her main instrument is her voice. While studying vocal performance at Ohio University, Eden recorded and performed with The First Street Heat, a nine-piece funk group. She has also been featured in the Columbus-based band, SassafraZ, and Tempo Tantrums, a female a cappella group. The romance side of Lady Low’s signature sound comes from the strings, for which Kaitlin and Mia are responsible. These girls have talent beyond their role as the band’s string players though. The arrangements are written by Kaitlin, who also plays viola and keyboard. She has worked with indie legends The Bats and The DB’s, and has played with heavy hitters such as Dweezil Zappa and Ruthann Friedman. She regularly performs in LA with Seasons and Rough Church as well as Lady Low, and is currently the string director of the Wild Honey Collective, where Mia also performs. Mia is well versed in the art of taking an audience’s breath away, with a background in diverse artforms from aerial silk acrobatics to roller derby. After earning a degree in classical violin at Humboldt State University, Mia has gone on to play with singer-songwriter Rozzi Crane and contribute to the Faerie Archives with High Priestess Productions. | |

We are a hardcore band, we strive to stay away from labels, but we are not a Christian band. However some of the members in the band are and hold their ideals close to their hearts, we write stuff that is personal to us. Tomorrow feels like Sunday is not a straightedge band. Although many members of the band claim straightedge or choose to be drug free, we do not claim the band a straightedge band. We strive to let others make what they want to make of us. We challenge ourselves to push our talents to the limit in song writing to become a better band and grow in each other. if any of you have any questions for any of us feel free to email any of our members and they will gladly answer anything you wish .. Much love for the scene, Ronnie / Tomorrow feels like Sunday | |

| Search | Add | 4 | Jagger Jack | Gael Huet | Jagger Jack has discovered the 'Thunderdome compilations' at the age of eleven. These early beginnings led him later to explore the world of Free Parties, mostly to see the Dj [a=Manu le Malin] playin'. He saw him at a 'Futuria', that felt just like a punch in the face. The urge to play his own music grew stronger until one day he scored his first set of decks. The will to play in public pushed him to participate in organising Free Parties around the french Alps. After a while he decided to organise legal parties where he could invite and sometimes play with djs of all styles and all origins. While other European countries can claim to support a vibrant electronic alternative culture the same can not be said of metropolitan France. With up to 5000 people gathering together the perception of local authorities toward "techno culture" and the resulting constraints are just killing it. As an activist for the industrial hardcore sound in France, Dj [a=Jagger Jack] created [l=Hardcore Deluxe Records], the label on which one he has already composed with [a=Pirate Mind] two Ep :"Share your agression part I " and "part II". Today influenced by "IST style", the Dutch gabber sound and the industrial sound generally, he deliver us powerful, melodious, structured hardcore, in the rather rare tones in France. Indeed far from the "frenchcore" and from the sound "tribe" in overproduction in our country, Jagger Jack proposes us a pleasantly surprising musical alternative with his compositions and mid-tempo mix. |

Bachman served on numerous industry commissions, was a Senior Member (1954) and Fellow (56) of the Institute of Radio Engineers (IRE, later [l=IEEE]) and a Fellow of the [l=Audio Engineering Society], which granted him various accolades, including the AES Silver Medal (1955) and Honorary Membership in 1973. Bachman graduated from [l=Cornell University] in 1932 with an electrical engineering degree and began working for [l=General Electric]'s Radio Receiver Engineering Department the same year. His most notable design was a GE Model DM 1RM 6C variable reluctance pickup, which offered a significantly broader frequency range on phonograph discs. In 1946, [a=Peter C. Goldmark], chief scientist at [l=CBS Laboratories], convinced Bachman to quit GE and come to Columbia Records to work on the company's most ambitious project. With [a=Howard H. Scott], Bachman continued Columbia's early research into a "long-playing" phonograph record that would fit at least 20 minutes of audio per side, with various attempts done as early as 1939 but halted during World War II. The company held a press conference to unveil an LP format in June 1948 at [l=Waldorf Astoria Hotel] in Midtown Manhattan, New York. The first-ever LP album, Mendelssohn's [r=3899231] by [a=The New York Philharmonic Orchestra] under [a=Bruno Walter]'s baton, was released on [l=Columbia Masterworks] in September 1948. Bachman outlined the technical aspects of his invention in "The Columbia Long-Playing Microgroove Recording System" article, co-authored with Goldmark and his assistant, René Snepvangers, for Proceedings of the IRE, Vol. 37, No. 8 in August 1949. William Bachman continued working on various aspects of vinyl manufacturing and reproduction at Columbia Records, creating a feather-edge hot-stylus disc-cutting system, automatic variable pitch groove spacing technique, and viscous-damped reproducer tonearms. He was responsible for acoustics control and designing the equipment for the modernized [l=Columbia Recording Studios] in 1960. In 1953, Bachman joined a newly-formed Technical Committee at the Recording Industry Association of America, tasked with drafting specifications for pre/de-emphasis EQ for the new LP format. "Emphasis" equalization is a critical aspect of phonograph disc-cutting, necessary for longer duration and for reducing groove wear during playback. Since 1940, each record company has had a proprietary technology, with dozens of various turnover/roll-off EQ frequencies on the market: Columbia-78, Decca-U.S., Victor-78, BBC, NAB, Orthacoustic, FFRR-78, microgroove, AES, and numerous others. Customers struggled with diminished sound quality and highly-inconsistent results between specific albums and phonographs. Thus, RIAA decided to pre-emptively work on uniformed, industry-wide EQ standards for the uprising LP format to ensure any record will be fully compatible with all turntables. Bachman's group included representatives of all major record labels and led to the adoption of "RIAA equalization." Artist images William S.
