Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?

Formed in February of 1997, SKUNgK immediately rose to the top of their local scene in Buffalo, NY. They quickly earned a reputation with promoters and press as an energetic, emotional, down-to-earth band with ample draw. By June of 1997 they had already released a self-titled debut CD and were headlining sold-out local shows, as well as opening for national acts that came through town. Having proved themselves on stage with bands like Incubus (Immortal Records) and Bloodlet (Victory Records) in their own hometown, SKUNgK shot out on the road. By 1998 they had sold 1,000 copies of their self-produced debut and logged countless shows in cities all over the Northeast. Through their tireless efforts and touring, SKUNgK has gained an impressive fan base in their own hometown, as well as cities they travel to. They were recently awarded "Best Hardcore Band of 1999 and 2000" in both the Buffalo Beat Magazine Readers Poll and the Buffalo radio station WBNY Listeners Poll. "We do not claim to be a hardcore band," says SKUNgK. "We merely contain certain elements of hardcore." Whatever you call them, the five members of SKUNgK add up to a serious assault on the senses. The band is again generating attention with their second release entitled “Status Symbol,” another self-produced CD showing more maturity and attention to detail. In fact, SKUNgK has generated so much attention that they have recently shared the stage with national acts like Static X (Warner Brothers), Taproot (Atlantic), Slaves on Dope (Divine), Papa Roach, Goldfinger, The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Buried Alive (Victory Records), and One Minute Silence (V2 Records). The self-released second EP further showcases the band’s strength as songwriters without losing any of the gritty edge found on their debut EP. “Status Symbol” is original, honest, and diverse. Once again SKUNgK has managed to deliver something a little different in an often overpopulated genre. | |

From 1973 to 1978, using the name Stefanie Marrian, her mother's surname, she appeared regularly as the Page 3 girl. In this role she was featured in the 2017 stage production of Ink, played by Pearl Chanda and directed by Rupert Goold, at the Almeida Theatre, London. Stephanie was a glamour model throughout the 1970s, appearing topless and nude in magazines, papers and calendars world-wide. Along with two other Page Three models, Felicity Buirski and Clare Russell, she was a member of a pop group called Page Three. The group had a UK national hit with "Hold on to Love" in 1977. She appeared on the cover of the Top of the Pops Volume 43 (Hallmark Records SHM 895), released in January 1975. From the same photo-shoot, another picture of her was used to grace the cover of another similar release in Germany,16 Super Hits International on the Telefunken label. Stephanie famously posed nude on the debut album cover of the band [a213085] in 1975 which she was not given credit for. | Search | Add | 3 | جرمانوس شحادة | Metropolitan Germanos (Shehadi) of Zahle and Baalbek was a hierarch of the Church of Antioch who attempted to become the successor to Bishop Raphael of Brooklyn as leader of the Syro-Antiochian parishes in North America after the saint's death. Met Germanos had come to America in 1910s as a visitor, raising funds for an agricultural school in his archdiocese in what is today Lebanon. Metropolitan Germanos Shehadi of Zahle was a diocesan bishop in the Lebanon area of Syria in the second decade of the twentieth century who, before Bishop Raphael died in 1915, came to the United States of America to raise funds for an agricultural school in his own diocese of Zahle. Zahle is a mostly Christian area in today's Lebanon with primarily an agricultural economy. After St. Raphael's death, Metr. Germanos remained in America and campaigned to become his successor as the leader of the Syro-Antiochian parishes in America, claiming to be the representative of the Patriarch of Antioch. Those who wanted to be under the jurisdiction of the Church of Antioch formed parishes under Metr. Germanos, and he eventually formed his own rogue diocese in 1916 This group became the basis of the later split in the Syro-Antiochian mission. Metr. Germanos remained in America despite many orders from the Antiochian synod in Damascus calling on him to return to shepherd his own diocese of Zahle. Much of Germanos' success amongst the Syro-Antiochians was based not only on his fine singing voice and great charisma, but also because he was well known and related to many clergy and parishioners from the Zahle region. As a result, many of the parishes that followed Germanos eventually became part of the Antiochian Archdiocese of Toledo, Ohio under Metr. Samuel David, who also was from Zahle. In 1919, Metr. Germanos also supported the establishment of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of Canada by acting as their temporary bishop at the UOCC sobor of November 27, 1919. Metr. Germanos finally returned to his own diocese in, then, Syria in 1933. April 7, 1934, Metropolitan Germanos Shehadi died in Beirut. | |

También ha sido premiada en varios paises como Chile, Perú, Honduras, Colombia y Puerto Rico. En 1988 compitió como finalista en el Festival de Viña del Mar siendo la canción escrita por ella, premiada en encuesta por la Radio Nacional de Chile, como la mejor canción del genero internacional. Andy and I were really longing to get back into a primal hardcore band and be very serious about the production of the records and prolific in our frequency of playing out. We also were keenly aware of the sound we wanted, now in our mid twenties. The move at the time was the Cave-In faux prog. stuff which I liked but it did not fit the urgency of the music we were trying to manifest. Thus, we auditioned a handful of technically proficient drummers and bass players and wished them well. Enter two kids: Eric Gorecki and Trevor “snake” Broskowski. They were younger than us and just as no frills, yet had the chops to play fast and hard and the desire to practice religiously. Trevor gave us the name of our band and of our seven inch ( “Milwaukee Burning”) and Eric gave us four takes for four songs in our recording session, no mistakes after doing thirteen shows with us in just a two months. We recorded on 1/4 inch tape at Eugene III’s studio ( The Etiquette). We were all really pleased with the grit and the quality at once that both the tape and Eugene’s supervision provided. The night we did the back up vocals we invited a youth crew. Jeremy Ampe and the Laval Blessing guys were in attendance as were some really young punk rockers who were hanging out on Brady Street. Lighting started striking nearby and the tape machine began to hiss. The equipment was not easy to replace nor was it cheap. We called it a night and did the backups the next day by ourselves. The record turned out great and after two seasons more of shows I moved to Chicago. I gave my blessing on our buddy Dan from [a6148530] (Thrash and Burn) to take over on vocals. "Chee Chee" Puskarich Repasky | Marilyn J. “Chee Chee” Puskarich Repasky was born in Wilkinsburg, Pennsylvania to Thomas and Mildred (Kirasic) Puskarich. She was raised on a farm in Plum Boro, Pennsylvania. The entire Puskarich family was deeply involved in tambura music. All six of the sisters learned to play tambura as children, and two of the sisters are currently in the TAA Hall of Fame. Marilyn was influenced by her sisters Caroline and Rose and followed them into the Duquesne Tamburitzans. Marilyn has used both her experiences as a “Tammie” and the Bachelor’s degree in Education she earned at Duquesne throughout her life. After graduation, Marilyn married John Repasky and this happy union led to three talented children, all lovers of tambura music. All three children – Jennifer, Michael, and Stephen – attended Duquesne University. Jennifer later used her “Tammie” experience to assist Marilyn in directing the Golden Triangle Junior Tamburitzans and son Stephen became a Junior Tamburitzan instructor. Marilyn has shared her love of playing tambura music and dancing kolos with students of all ages for over 30 years. She has directed, danced with and choreographed for innumerable performing groups in both Detroit and in several cities in Pennsylvania. In Detroit, she joined the Detroit Tamburitza Orchestra has both a player and a featured vocalist. In Pennsylvania, Marilyn has served as choreographer and vocal instructor for a series of junior groups, including the Trafford Junior Tamburitzans of Pittsburgh, Rankin Junior Tamburitzans, and Duquesne Junior Tamburitzans. Marilyn’s instruction has emphasized the importance of equipping students with the skills and knowledge they will need on stage and at social functions, but equally importantly, she has provided those under her guidance with a background and awareness of her culture and heritage. Marilyn also shares her talents and knowledge with more mature enthusiasts. For the last 20 years, Marilyn has been the instructor of Pittsburgh’s first adult kolo class. Marilyn is also an accomplished performer. Closest to her heart is her opportunity to sing with Orchestra Veseli. Performing and recording with Veseli has allowed Marilyn to sing with her sister Rose, and work with her brother-in-law Fred Husnick along with Ron Rendulic, all three TAA Hall of Fame members. Other credits include a recording with Orchestra Biseri (Orchestra Biseri featuring Marilyn Repasky), a recording with Orchestra Zabava, an Ensemble Festival recording consisting of Duquesne University Tamburitza alumni, performing with Zvonko Bogdan, Jerry Grcevich, George “Butchy” Kresovich, Chuck Cubelic, and Steve Wagner. Marilyn J. “Chee Chee” Repasky has spent a lifetime promoting, performing and pursuing knowledge of the instrumental and vocal music and dances of the tambura. She has sought only the highest quality in both her personal performance and the performances of those she directs. She has taken her own God-given talent and combined it with an amazing work ethic to create a unique, distinctive sound. She has introduced hundreds of players, singers and dancers to the world of tamburitza music and dance.
