Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 10/01/2024
Found 593861 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

Search | Add | 3 | Tevecinq | Jean Arsène Issombé | Dj Tevecinq is one of the Congolese singers, including Ericksson le Zoulou, Maréshal, Ronaldo R9, who embarked on the cut-and-shift movement when he was born in 2002. A musician at the base, he was spotted in Brazzaville by the leader of an Ivorian musical group. Who will offer him the Ivorian adventure. Once in Côte d'Ivoire, his adopted country, he spent two years in an orchestra group in the capital, which unfortunately fizzled out. In search of a base, the artist will put his talent as an ambiancer to good use. He is disc jockeys in a giant maquis at Rue Princesse. And drags his bump in the middle cut shift. He therefore did not remain insensitive to the new musical deal that prevailed in Côte d'Ivoire from 202. It was in this vein that he released his successful title "Décaler dans la paix", which earned him the recognition of the Ivorian public. |

Search | Add | 3 | OWMI | OWMI is a duo based in Copenhagen, Denmark. They invite you into an eclectic and memorable musical universe that is both forward thinking, present and felt. The soundscapes balances organic and handplayed instrumentation with electronic elements, topped off with exquisite soulful vocals. Associations are many and easily connect you with Frank Ocean, Vampire Weekend, Dirty Projectors and Kendrick Lamar, but OWMI are without a doubt their own. In October 2019 OWMIs debut album Tourner was released. An introspective and explorative mini album with a runtime of 21 minutes. Following years three alternative session versions of songs from the album was released with videos and bundled on 'Tourner Sessions'. OWMI will in 2024 release singles from their upcoming project. Their new batch of releases in 2024 point to a new sonic direction. A more outward-reaching, energetic and extroverted feeling.

Inspired by the vanguards of feminist free improvisation such as Les Diaboliques & Feminist Improv Group, as well as 16mm expanded film, Viridian is an ethereal amalgam of image, voice, cello, double bass and percussion, which re-imagines folkloric forms and tropes of femininity. Dissociative states, keening, and the supernatural inspirit the ensemble. Each performance evokes utterances, nonsensical languages, and trans-species forms of communication through collective rhythm, tone, and resonance.

Search | Add | 3 | Subject2Change | Subject2Change was a Nu Metal band formed in 2002 in Atlanta, Georgia. They not super models. We don't auto-tune. We don't have our producers play our parts, and we don't give a crap. We play our instruments and write about what we feel. We love to perform, we love to write honestly, and we want to share that with you. We have donned the stage with notables such as Anthrax, Chevelle, Taproot, Seether, Ludacris, Soulfly, 12 Tribes, Nonpoint, Dry Kill Logic, Stuck Mojo, Burn Season, Minus.Driver, Fight Paris, City Sleeps, and Crossfade. From the moment you hear Subject2Change, you can't help but be mesmerized by the energy and vibrations proactively radiating from the stage. Melodic ambient psychedelic overtures, complex hard driving guitar riffs, mutant rhythms, and dynamic explosive vocals pour over the crowd like a tidal wave. The Subject2Change sound embodies thought and emotion, constantly questioning the boundaries of music and existence. With every swell and croon, Subject2Change draws you further into a compelling world of audio and visual masterpiece, proving their passion for life and music. The tight knit 5-piece from Atlanta, GA has seen nothing but success and growth since their inception in late 2002.

Search | Add | 3 | GemValleyMusiQ | GemValleyMusiQ, are considered with Toxicated Keys as pioneers of the Rough Amapiano genre. The three members of GemValleyMusiQ (22-yo Comfort Mphahlele aka Rushky D' MusiQ , 23-yo Phuti Makhafola aka Phuddy Jay and 18-yo Ofentse Mauwane aka Drumonade) kept some of the basic principles of classic Amapiano : mid-tempo BPMs, syncopated beats and energetic, party-oriented vocals. But they stripped out the warmth and sweetness of the original version and made room for robotic vibes an eerie feel of never-ending pressure. They produce mid-tempo house music, like regular Amapiano, but its swing sounds from another world : it's called the "clunk bass", and it's both dark and uplifting. Around it moves two-note motifs and drum patterns, with jazzy vamps and sunrise-ready synths. This is music you could almost chill to, but actually mental enough to make you go slowly crazy on the dancefloor. Recently, GemValleyMusiQ released the single Jozi Night which was considered as one of the hottest viral songs on TikTok last summer. And they remixed of the French pop band Phoenix. It's coming from the future, and this is now out on PSSNGR, a new label dedicated to emerging African electronic.

He has succumbed to his love of electronic music by the late 80s. In the early ’90s he lived in Munich where he became a bona-fide vinyl junkie, inspired by the local Techno community (Technomania, Ultraschall, Optimal Recordstore). After a few years’ hiatus and a relocation to Cologne, he reentered the scene in 2009. During his all-vinyl sets, always marked by a great variety styles, one can feel the inspiration he receives from Detroit Techno, Electro and New School Techno. His sets are usually a mixture of older tracks and newest tracks from the latest techno releases. Lately his dj sets are also affected from subtle industrial and experimental electronic music. From the beginning of 2013 Kavaro started his own techno event series named Sector in Cologne. In addition to the event he started Sector Music with his first own EP in July 2017.

Search | Add | 3 | Suthun Boy | The nineties gave birth to a revolution of crunk music propelled in part by the Iconz release of Get Crunked Up. A huge smash in the streets, the song established Iconz as an internationally recognized brand in todays hip-hop music scene while driving the STREET MONEY album to debut at number 10 on Billboard Magazines Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums Chart . After a long hiatus, a discussion with Iconz label head, Fentz, reveals the companys plans to set the streets on fire in 2006. With great confidence, Fentz proclaims; We have discovered a hit artist. The streets cannot be lied to, says Fentz, in this game, if the streets dont feel you, theres no winning. Our new artist, SUTHUN BOY is a natural star and hes soon to be the darling of the industry and the streets. In one meeting, it becomes clear why SUTHUN BOY is the designated flagship talent of Iconz Artist & Music. He is a man of few but powerful words. With his intriguing demeanor and humble spirit, Suthun Boy is no average rapper. He comes across like a philosopher, readily expounding upon life and its many facets. A devoted husband and father, Suthun Boy speaks candidly of his love and plans for his family. He wears the hallmark of a prophet unashamedly sharing his faith like an activist ready to stand up for what he believes in regardless of the personal cost. While hes no stranger to serving beat downs and hustles on the street, Suthun Boy demonstrates a great deal of spirituality, always attributing his successes to God. When asked about his feelings towards representing a brand that some consider tainted, Suthun Boy states; I thank the Lord for blessing me with the confidence to represent myself before a label. Thats where artists go wrong. They hide behind their labels. A company cant connect you with the streets. A label can open some doors, but the way the streets feel about you is in our own hands and in Gods hands. As the name suggests, Suthun Boys debut album, GHETTO MUSIC is inspired by and created for the ghetto. In his words; this album is for my ghetto people; people raised in the projects by their grand-mama daddies not around; people that get harassed and abused by crooked cops but live just long enough to watch those cops get promoted to higher ranks and get higher pay; all those hurt but blessed people. I see myself leading a flock into a revolution thats going to heal and change every ghetto with my gifts. Many rap artists transition from music to films. Like the late Tupac Shakur, Suthun Boy is launching his acting career simultaneously with his music career. Noted for his chilling portrayal of Koke, the loyal henchman of a powerful drug lord, in the Falcon Films/Twentieth Century Fox movie entitled BLOODLINE, Suthun Boy is already a double-edged sword
