Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 05/01/2026
Found 619583 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 2 | European Syndrome | Hans en Rudi Brussee started with this band in 1982. Antoinette, the girlfriend of Rudi did the vocals. Hans played guitar and vocals, Rudi played keyboards and synthesizer (Moog Prodigy) and programmed the drums (Roland 606) and played the bass wich he put on a cassette so they can play live. After 2 years they wanted a bass player so Bert van der Mark was invited to play. Than a drummer came (Pieter) and also a new vocalist. This was Liesbeth esselink who later became Solex. They played around in Leiden and Mike the Leeuw became a big fan of them. So when Liesbeth left the band they asked Mike to play with them. The drummer also left so they decided to play with a new drumcomputer, the Roland TR 707. This was the birth of Immortal. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Saint Disruption | Saint Disruption, founded by Jeff Firewalker Schmitt (musician; founder of the Eagle Condor Council and Wisdom Keepers member); John Medeski (renowned jazz musician; cofounder of Medeski Martin & Wood); and noted music promoter and manager Aaron Kayce is a musical collaborative that brings together musicians, video artists and visionaries to explore the issues of our time. Saint Disruption in conjunction with its record label, Root Doctor Collective, is a model for harnessing collective wisdom, self-organization, recording technology and creative artistry to create compelling works of beauty. Profits from our works are used to support the greater good through alliances with NGOs and nonprofits. While our aspiration is to substantially contribute to the greater good, we are not a charity organization. We strive to create right-livelihood for ourselves and our collaborators, as a way of supporting the creation of great music. While we are purpose-driven, we are not wedded to specific causes and aim to be non-polarizing, authentic, adaptive and responsive. Saint Disruption aspires to collaborate with international music festivals and concert series. Our vision is to create an ‘ecosystem’ of collaborating musicians and artists who not only produce music and videos but also perform at renown events and venues. As such, Saint Disruption seeks to move beyond the confines of conventional music and production. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Thomas J. Laren | Thomas J. Laren was born in Moscow, Russia in 1984. His love affair with electronic music started in 1996, when his grandmother encouraged him to buy German rave band Dune’s first album. Since then, Laren has been addicted to rave and happy hardcore music. It was in 2001 when his sister gave him the Sub Terranean Recordings compilation album “Rave Mission X,” when he became inspired to take producing electronic music more seriously. Laren derives inspiration from such artists as Taucher, DJ Quicksilver, DJ Tomcraft, Paul van Dyk and the Members Of Mayday. Da Hool and Marusha give Laren the most inspiration for the style of some of his tracks. In his own words, “I live by electronic music. I live by the first wave rave. I’m glad this is what I breathe for living.” Died on March 14, 2019. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | The Tyn Tymes | Ten USA college students attending Auburn University, the University of Alabama, and Jacksonville State University formed the group in 1966. All of the original band members were from the same hometown, Gadsden, Alabama. The five horn players all graduated from Gadsden High School, and the five members of the rhythm section all graduated from Emma Sansom High School, cross-town rivals. The original members of the band were… Jerry Rickles, lead vocals, trumpet, Ronnie Cornutt, Hammond organ, back-up vocals, arrangements, Danny Clayton, lead guitar, back-up vocals, Lanny Thomas, drummer, Chip Davidson, bass, back-up vocals, Carl Sharpe, trumpet, Rick Countryman, trumpet, Ken Striplin, tenor sax, James “Swing” Smith, tenor and baritone sax, Mike Keracher, tenor sax Almost two years after they were formed, they had their first personnel change. Danny Clayton was offered an athletic scholarship to Jacksonville State University and felt that he could not devote the time required to play in the band. Mike Marbut, of Jacksonville, Alabama, joined the band as the new lead guitar player. In 1967, the military began to play a part in lives of some band members. Carl Sharpe had to leave the band for four months to serve active duty in the National Guard. During that time the band played with one less member of the horn section. After Carl returned, Rick Countryman left in August of 1968 for active duty in the Army National Guard. While he was away David Bowen of Gadsden filled in on trumpet with the band for several months until his return. In early 1969, the group recorded their only record. It was recorded at the legendary Fame Recording Studio in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. | |

Paradoxical State's music is inspired mostly by old-school 70's dub and Trip Hop with the dark baselines of old-school reggae (rockers), the deep stringy elements of drum and bass and electronica (rollers), the “boom-bap” of reconstructed break-beats, and clever spoken word poetics . These elements were combined to create what PState calls its "signature sound." P.State” consists of lyrical front-man Jestoneart, Esq and his faceless sound-boy DekoyOktopus. Together, this duo invites all listeners to join them for a shadowy journey through “DarkCity” and DarkCityDos (Dub Sessions) -

The year was 1967 and those friends were none other than Al Copley on piano, Duke Robillard on guitar and Larry Peduzzi on bass; the original Roomful of Blues band. By the time he was 15 and after a few months of guitar lessons, Bob got some of his brother's hand-me-down drums and made the switch to drumming. In his over 40 years as a producer and artist in the music industry Bob Christina has been fortunate enough to have become friends with numerous national, international and local musicians, especially in the genre of blues, R & B, and jazz. Out of these many acquaintances has grown the acclaimed Bobby Christina's Caravan. The Caravan consists of a number of these musicians including Christine Ohlman (Saturday Night Live), Toni Lynn Washington (Queen of the Boston Blues), Curtis Salgado and Joe Beard getting together for some great entertainment throughout New England and beyond. ...
