Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 05/01/2026
Found 619583 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 2 | Karl-Josef Kutsch | Karl-Josef Kutsch, also known as K. J. Kutsch, is co-author with Leo Riemens of the Großes Sängerlexikon, a standard reference for opera singers. Born 11 May 1924 in Gangelt (Germany), Kutsch studied medicine, was drafted and participated as a soldier in the Russia campaign of the Second World War. He then completed his studies at the Goethe University Frankfurt in 1948. He practised as a physician from 1952 to 1989 in his hometown, together with his wife. From the 1950s, Kutsch built a collection of records and singers' biographies. Together with the Dutch musicologist Leo Riemens, he published a small biographical dictionary of singers in 1962 under the title Unvergängliche Stimmen (Immortal Voices). In 1975 the work was revised as Unvergängliche Stimmen / Sängerlexikon, which was again revised in 1985 with his and Riemens' cooperation and became the standard work. Under the title Großes Sängerlexikon (Great Singers' Lexicon), it was substantially expanded with the collaboration of Hansjörg Rost and in the current edition comprises seven volumes with detailed biographies of 18,760 singers from the Renaissance to the present day. The biographies mention the subject's name, a possible stage name, the dates and place of birth and death as well as the voice category and give an overview of the career – according to places of activity and works that were sung and played. In addition, the biographies contain brief mentions of important milestones, a description of the voice, as well as bibliographical references and major recordings made if any. The fourth edition of the Biographical Dictionary of Singers, in seven volumes, was reissued in 2012 as an anniversary edition (Jubiläumsausgabe), with now 18,760 entries. It is regarded as the standard reference in the field. The information is regarded as valubale not only for opera but also for general historic and sociological studies. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Lyrical Pedestrianz | Lyrical Pedestrianz was formed in early 2003 with 3 individuals: MC Rentz, DC and Phatty McGee, first releasing a free EP entitled Flobitussin EP (out of print) which was a tripped journey through the brain of each member, 7 tracks of indescribable hip-hop. The EP featured rough cuts of the mid-west anthem 'When The Ice Melts' and the fan favorite, 'the Horrible Death Song' all of which have been re-recorded in higher quality for the release of the full length album Smoke For the Sun. Don't mistake these individuals as rookies in the rap game, each individual has been writing and recording for quite some time under previous groups. Known for a live and energetic live show, Lyrical Pedestrianz have played many venues in and all around the cities including sharing the stage with legendary Vanilla Ice, Tech N9ne, and others. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Aiden Wilson Tozer | Aiden Wilson Tozer (April 21, 1897 – May 12, 1963) was an American Christian pastor, preacher, author, magazine editor, and spiritual mentor.[1] For his work, he received two honorary doctorate degrees. Biography Hailing from a tiny farming community in western La Jose, Pennsylvania, his conversion was as a teenager in Akron, Ohio. While on his way home from work at a tire company, he overheard a street preacher say "If you don't know how to be saved... just call on God, saying, 'Lord, be merciful to me a sinner.'" Upon returning home, he climbed into the attic and heeded the preacher’s advice. In 1919, five years after his conversion, and without formal theological training, Tozer accepted an offer to pastor his first church. This began 44 years of ministry, associated with the Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA), a Protestant Evangelical denomination; 33 of those years were served as a pastor in a number of churches. His first pastorate was in a small storefront church in Nutter Fort, West Virginia. Tozer also served as pastor for 30 years at Southside Alliance Church, in Chicago (1928 to 1959), and the final years of his life were spent as pastor of Avenue Road Church, in Toronto, Canada. In observing contemporary Christian living, he felt that the church was on a dangerous course toward compromising with "worldly" concerns. Born into poverty, Tozer was self-educated teaching himself what he missed in high school and college due to his home situation.[2] In 1950, Tozer received an honorary Doctor of Letters degree from Wheaton College. It was May 1950, when Tozer was elected editor of the Alliance Weekly magazine, now called, Alliance Life, the official publication of the C&MA.[3] From his first editorial, titled Quality vs Quantity dated June 3, 1950, he wrote, "It will cost something to walk slow in the parade of the ages, while excited men of time rush about confusing motion with progress. But it will pay in the long run and the true Christian is not much interested in anything short of that." In 1952, he received an honorary LL.D. degree from Houghton College.[4] Among the more than 60 books that bear his name, most of which were compiled after his death from sermons he preached and articles he wrote, at least two are regarded as Christian classics: The Pursuit of God and The Knowledge of the Holy. Many of his books impress on the reader the possibility and necessity for a deeper relationship with God. Tozer had seven children, six boys and one girl. Living a simple and non-materialistic lifestyle, he and his wife, Ada Cecelia Pfautz, never owned a car, preferring bus and train travel. Even after becoming a well-known Christian author, Tozer signed away much of his royalties to those who were in need. He spent his last years of ministry at Avenue Road Church in the province of Ontario in Toronto, Canada, where he died from a heart attack. He was buried in Ellet Cemetery, Akron, Ohio, with a simple epitaph marking his grave: "A. W. Tozer - A Man of God." [5] His last message, The Waning Authority of Christ in the Churches, printed in the Alliance Weekly and dated May 15th 1963, was published 3 days after his death. His biographer James L. Snyder has suggested that "In a sense it was his valedictory, for it expressed the concern of his heart." Tozer says here "Among the gospel churches Christ is in fact little more than a beloved symbol. . . . The Lordship of Jesus is not quite forgotten, but it has been mostly relegated to the hymnal where all responsibility toward it may be discharged in a glow of pleasant religious emotion." Prayer was of vital personal importance for Tozer. "His preaching as well as his writings were but extensions of his prayer life," comments his biographer, James L. Snyder, in the book, In Pursuit of God: The Life Of A.W. Tozer. "He had the ability to make his listeners face themselves in the light of what God was saying to them," writes Snyder. Over the years many have been inspired by the life and sermons of Tozer. In 2011, Christian music artist Lauren Barlow of BarlowGirl published a compilation of stories told by 59 artists, writers, and leaders about how A.W. Tozer inspired them.[ | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Alasteth | The musical demon "Alasteth" was formed by "[a=Alastor (7)]" and "[a=Beleth]" in the winter of 2022. Both are not unknown to the German Black Metal scene and have been rooted in it since the 1990s. "Alastor" was a founding member and frontman of the German Black Metal band "[a=Zarathustra]" and "Beleth" was the founder of the German Black Metal band "[a=Cerberus]" in 1998, with which he has released three albums and one live maxi CD via Schwarzdorn Production. Alasteth, a demon of two individualists, whose deepest abysses manifest themselves in nihilistic and atmospheric Black Metal. After a 16-year break apart from the new "Cerberus" album, "Beleth" created dark and brutal songs, which "Alastor" completed after 22 years of abstinence from the scene with his varied vocals and lyrics. | |
