Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 24/10/2024
Found 596840 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

Search | Add | 3 | Frano Živković | Frano Živković | Frano is a fifteen year old award-winning musician who started showing his musical talent at the age of two and has been playing various instruments since the age of three. As a live-performance artist & multi-instrumentalist he plays violin, piano, and his greatest love – guitar. At age of five Frano held his first solo classical guitar concert at the Music Academy of Zagreb. Frano has won several international competitions in music theory and classical guitar. So far he has performed more than three hundred times at various events, concerts, festivals, TV shows and radio broadcasts, and organized and participated in charity projects. At age of eight he finished elementary & middle music school with excellent success and honors. He was probably the youngest in the world to perform Vivaldi’s Chamber Concerto in D-major RV93 at that age. Also, that was the time he performed first time with his greatest hero – Mr. Tommy Emmanuel, CGP. Their first joint performance occurred in the biggest Croatian national concert hall Vatroslav Lisinski in Zagreb (Croatia), after which they appeared in the concert hall Brucknerhaus in Linz (Austria), Teatro Rossetti in Trieste (Italy) and Philharmonie am Gasteig in Münich (Germany). Later they did many more shows together and Frano as special guest joined Mr. Emmanuel German tour 2016/2017. where they toured across Germany, Switzerland and Luxembourg. At his 10th birthday, Frano had a huge honor to be a part of a guitar orchestra and play with the famous Los Angeles Guitar Quartet (LAGQ: William Bill Kanengiser, John Dearman, Matthew Greif & Scott Tennant), performing Shingo Fujii’s “Shiki: Seasons of Japan”, in Nürtingen (Germany). At age of ten, Frano published his first release as a solo guitarist called “It’s a Secret”, featuring his original compositions. So far Frano already played with, toured or being opening act for international music super-stars such as 2Cellos, Al di Meola, Tommy Emmanuel, John Scofield, Kiefer Sutherland, Manfred Mann, Kaki King, Corrado Rustici & Zucchero, Canned Heat, Ten Years After, Mother’s Finest, Ian Paice and many more. As youngest member of national composer’s society, Frano won “Rudolf and Margita Matz” award for extraordinary talented young composers. One of the highest honors Frano received is original “Yellow Mouse” guitar given to him by Tommy Emmanuel CGP during Chet Atkins Appreciation Society Convention in Nashville, Tennessee, 2018. Year before Frano played Scotty Moore’s (Elvis Presley’s lead guitarist) guitar at the convention’s final evening concert. At age of fourteen, Frano was graduated from music high school – theoretical department, performed his original “Concerto for Guitar and Orchestra” with Dubrovnik Symphony Orchestra, and continues to develop as a composer and arranger while performing worldwide. |

Search | Add | 3 | Cliff Bingham | Cliff Bingham began classical organ studies in 1962 with Roland Stenton and Frank Taylor at St Matthews Anglican Church, Manly. In 1964, in his final school year, he was the organ soloist at the Festival of School Instrumental Music in the Sydney Town Hall, the first of many occasions on which he would be featured at that magnificent organ. Cliff joined the NSW Division of the Theatre Organ Society of Australia in 1962 and was soon featured at society meetings at the Sydney State and Capital Theatre Wurlitzer organs. Since then he has played numerous concerts in all Australian states and New Zealand on both pipe and electronic organs. He has been a featured artist at many Theatre Organ Society Conventions and was privileged to present a concert on the magnificent new Walker organ in the Adelaide Town Hall as part of the 1993 Convention. In December 1981, Cliff was appointed organise for the annual ‘Christmas at the Opera House’ presentation and held this position until the final production in 1997. He has presented numerous concerts at the Opera House Grand Organ as part of the ‘Bennelong’ and ‘Family Proms’ concert series and for the 100th presentation of the television show ‘Good News Week’. He was also one of the first organists to record this organ (with orchestra) on the critically-acclaimed album of music from the film ‘Breaker Morant’. In September 2004, he was one of seven organists featured at the Silver Anniversary Concert celebrating 25 years of the Opera House Grand Organ. Following the restoration of the magnificent ‘Christie’ theatre organ at Epping Baptist Church, Cliff was the featured organist at the opening concert in 1985 and has played many concerts on it since then. Cliff is equally at home playing both classical and theatre organs. A feature of his programs is the inclusion of several items of a popular- classical nature including some orchestral transcriptions. In 2003, Cliff joined the Sydney organ firm of Peter Jewkes as the world’s “oldest organ-builder’s apprentice” and has been actively involved in the rebuilding and restoration of several significant organs. Cliff was Organist and Director of Music at St Alban’s Anglican Church, Lindfield, Sydney. Cliff has brought his outstanding theatre organ skills to the Festival since 2009.

Search | Add | 3 | Seeing Ear Theatre | Seeing Ear Theater was an internet based drama/re-enactment troupe attempting to capture the feel of older scifi radio plays. The content was originally maintained on the SciFi.com website and ran from 1997-2001. In the United States, radio drama is virtually dead. But just after the internet blossomed, “radio” drama briefly revived itself. Between 1997 and 2001 dozens of Science Fiction and Fantasy stories were produced by a dedicated and talented crew of multimedia artists, writers, actors and musicians using the RealPlayer technology to delivery “radio” drama via streaming audio. And what a revival it was! Starting small and building bigger and better productions until its demise, the SEEING EAR THEATRE was arguably much better than the SCI-FI channel that spawned it. It managed to capture some of the top living SF writers of today, like Harlan Ellision, J. Michael Straczynski, and Kim Stanley Robinson. It also produced some classic stories, from the likes of Fredric Brown, Poul Anderson, and William Tenn.

Search | Add | 3 | Slope Unit | Sasa | Originally from Poland, Slope Unit has debuted over a decade ago in the infamous club [M]etro Club back in his hometown, Białystok. Record-digging routines together with dedication to the rhythm drew his attention towards the wider aspect of sonic experimentation which pushed him to start producing his own material. After a few years of relentless mixing in Warsaw, he was looking for a more suitable place to unfold his musical journey, and London turned out to be the location. Hardware synthesizers were suddenly overshadowed by eurorack's universe, what was recycled later on for his recently released EP's on Modular Underground and Totentanz Recordings. He is a part of the Based On Lies showcase together with his partner in crime - Joanna (T A K A) discovered back in 2016 by Dazed & Confused and endorsed by Revive Festival 2019. Now returning to DJing, Slope Unit constantly amazes us with the immense energy of his sets and his uncompromising selections, claiming that pushing musical boundaries is his call of duty. |

Search | Add | 3 | ABADDON. | Mylo Messiket | "ABADDON." to clarify, this is a different artist, unrelated to the earlier metal band "Abaddon" This ABADDON. introduced itself to the public, January 1st, 2014A.D. in Minneapolis, Minnesota with a dark tribal track, "Mother(War Call)" This became officially released on "Messiket Liturgy Vol. 1" on November 20th, 2014, along with Vol. 2. Midway 2014, the genre ABADDON. refers to as "Ritualistik Textures" evolved into a small unique record label, also based in Minneapolis, in which the Messiket Liturgy series has been released on.(RT001-RT002) This uneasy energy ABADDON. portrays, has become more defined and rooted over the course of the albums. Since the series consists of a wide variety of genres & bpm, most loosely fall under heavy-bass experimental. Majority of the tracks are instrumental, but seems to use vintage vocals from 1950's & 60's television anthropology series such as, Rod Serling's Night Gallery, The Twilight Zone, One Step Beyond, ect. Since 2015 ABADDON. has been previewing "MLV3; Aspects of Death(AoD)" --the longest of the three albums-- which is said to be released 6/16/2015A.D. If it follows the other two volumes it will be released on Ritualistik Textures as (RT003), but until further notice this is unconfirmed. Messiket Liturgy Vol. 1 was pressed to a single dubplate with full artwork in South London. This later became the album art for Vol. 2. While MLV1 & MLV3;AoD have each their own cover/sleeve art. Along with each track on MLV3;AoD, features individual clip art. A Deluxe Edition of The Messiket Liturgy Collecktion, Including three to four unreleased tracks has also been mentioned, but also currently unconfirmed. To find more info on upcoming releases & more follow the official ABADDON. on Soundcloud @ http://soundcloud.com/abbadon-3 All booking & contact for ABADDON. is via Ritualistik Textures @ http://facebook.com/Ritualistik.Textures |

Search | Add | 3 | Viridian Ensemble | Viridian are an interdisciplinary ensemble, who advocate for womxn in the experimental arts from eclectic specialisms and backgrounds. Inspired by the vanguards of feminist free improvisation such as Les Diaboliques & Feminist Improv Group, as well as 16mm expanded film, Viridian is an ethereal amalgam of image, voice, cello, double bass and percussion, which re-imagines folkloric forms and tropes of femininity. Dissociative states, keening, and the supernatural inspirit the ensemble. Each performance evokes utterances, nonsensical languages, and trans-species forms of communication through collective rhythm, tone, and resonance.

The incessant search for a result of excellence in choral music that has always guided his work has made the Coro Ricercare stand out for several years as a choir of reference. Since its foundation, Coro Ricercare dedicates much of its activity to the interpretation of new Portuguese music, having premiered more than 50 works of national composers since the first edition of "Young Portuguese Composers" in 2006, together with the Orquestra Sinfonietta de Lisboa , the other grouping of Ricercare. Coro Ricercare is directed since 2001 by Pedro Teixeira.
