Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 05/01/2026
Found 619583 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 10 | Rye Town's Creatures | Rye Town's Creatures (sometimes referred to as Rye Town Coven and abbreviated to RTC) are a gothic rap, rap metal and horrorcore group originally from UK, England and consisted primarily of Memorex and Wes Cooper (though usually under their alter-ego's Ajax and Wayne InSane), but has since changed line-up several times, and is no longer a strictly an English only group. The band was formed on the 06/06/06 and that fact was often used in their albums marketing. They released several EP's and a few LP's in their time being active, and went through many changes when one of their later band members who joined in 2008, SirT, died from suicide in 2010. They released their final album in 2012, "Return To Rye", which was like a six year anniversary album and featured re-imaginings of their most classic tracks. It was around this time that Taurean J joined the group but no recording was ever completed. Since then, the RTC have been on and off active up until 2016 when they tried to reform with a new lineup of Memorex, HatchetHead, Taurean J and Juztin Sane, but it fell through. In late 2022, they reformed. Currently consisting of Memorex and Taurean J they released the first new RTC single in 10 years on the 17th October 2022 "Water Tower High" and will be releasing a new album "Banquet Of Witches" (TBC). | |

| Search | Add | 9 | Godfrey Kerr | US songwriter, producer, label owner ([l=Gee Kay Records], [l=Kay Gee Records], [l=Cal Omen]), as well as the owner of reissue labels [l=Blast Back Records] and [l=Flashback Records (10)]. Godfrey Kerr (born September 10, 1942 in Dublin ) an Irish-American radio presenter who made outstanding contributions to the Chicano rock from Los Angeles in the 1960s . Godfrey Kerr enjoyed traditional American pop as sung by Theresa Brewer and Guy Mitchell while growing up in Ireland . After emigrating to Culver City , California with his family in 1954 , he expanded his musical taste to include rhythm and blues . As a temporary worker in a record shop, he also began to be interested in jazz . After high school, Kerr started working full-time in the music business: he managed several smaller record labels, opened a mail order business for oldie records and organised dance and show events as a promoter and MC . For this he regularly booked leading bands of Chicano Rock between 1964 and 1968, including Thee Midniters who had a home game in the event halls of Barrio , East Side of Los Angeles. In addition, there were also interpreters of R&B such as Johnny Guitar Watson or Brenda Holloway . But Kerr was best known as a radio host and DJ under his first name Godfrey. Since 1964 he has often represented Dick “Huggyboy” Hugg on the broadcasters KRLA and KALI, the most important DJ for Chicano Rock alongside Art Laboe , thus inheriting the particularly loyal audience of the Mexican population of the metropolis. Godfrey soon moved to KTYM, where he hosted a weekday show playing Chicano rock and R&B ballads. In the mid-1960s, the simple sound of garage rock and surf rock were popular in California . Godfrey therefore tried his hand at being a musician knowing his limited singing talent. With Thee Midniters, he released a single on Whittier Records entitled Down Whittier Blvd. sang a central cruising stretch of the Barrios and which is a successor to the song Whittier Blvd. from the Midniters. His second single, The Trip, was a cover piece by Kim Fowley , which is an unequivocal tribute to the use of LSDand was therefore rewritten to a summer hit after public protest by the defused version Let's Take a Trip . Both versions were released on John Marascalco's small label Cee-Jam Records . Marascalco also granted Godfrey co-author credits for his own pieces like Something Like Mr. C by the Young Lions or named him as supervisor on Frankie Olvera's version of Huggie's Bunnies in the hope that Godfrey would thereby promote the tracks more on the radio. Godfrey also brought out four compilation LPs on which he put together obscure performers and their songs and presented them in the Godfrey Presents ... series. Godfrey stayed with KTYM until 1968, when the solid core of the Chicano movement at that time began to disintegrate, thus dwindling his audience and the number of visitors to his dance events. After a brief return to radio in the 1970s, Kerr started working in record distribution. | |

Kay Hardcore: " it still happens to me to listen to commercial music and to go clubbing" What brought you in this Hardcore music scene? " I had 14yo when i went to my first underground party, I found myself in Cornillons's basements in Liège, a very particular place.... I got hooked! I knew it was what i wanted to do! It took me a year to learn about how to mix and play with the tunes, Afterwards the live followed quite naturally" When did you start to play in front of a crowd and where? " I was 15yo, i had to play at a birthday party a whole night and i understood there it will become my passion. I remember the intense feeling, it was like a fever burning inside my head. I wanted to create my own music and share it with people. At 17, I played my first live session, in a free party in the fort of Suarlee in Namur at the Hardcorp Soundsystem. they made me part of their crew afterwards." We wanted to ask a question to Kay Hardcore (out of pure curiosity) What would you say to young artists like you who would dream of a carreer in the hardcore scene? " Never give up! Keep on believing in yourself and know how to take criticism. Life is an adventure and everyday is a new chance to learn and progress." By Angie Aka Self Control. |

In his own words One Thousand Pilots is: Harsh Noise, industrial, landscapes, sometimes drones. One Thousand Pilots was discovered in 1997 while I was walking over an isolated place near Semipalatinsk (Kazhakstan): This place was formerly a huge "nuclear test field" during the soviet era, now full of isolated, tumbledown buildings, and towers in the middle of the steppe. Some inhabitants of the cities near to the zone, tell me about that there, in the isolated test fields, and during the last 30 years people have listened legends about the "The thousand pilots", a supposed kind of group or subhuman society living hidden and secretly in the underground and that got the ability to produce dreadful and frightening "sounds" to communicate, just using amplification of their contaminated throats...and brains. Near Semipalatinsk, in a isolated building, I found some reel tapes with just one label in the case "One Thousand Pilots". I can't say much more about this...

Each major deity of worship in true religions is the only God being referred to by different names and according to doctrine, is worshiped with the same respect regardless of what they are called. In Seicho-No-Ie, a statue is not worshiped to manifest the main deity of worship. | Search | Add | 9 | Jimmy Plates | J. Greco | A South London based DJ and producer, Jimmy Plates has been an avid Hip Hop head for over 20 years and is known as one of London's more respected and knowledgeable record dealers [also collector and digger]. Already an accomplished DJ "Plates" decided to look for a new challenge and focused his attention towards beat-making in the late 90's. After honing his skills and clocking up several production credits on independent Hip Hop releases, Jimmy Plates exploded onto the scene with his 2003 debut 12" "Big Rigs" / "Tasty Kakes". This double "A" sided single featured the vocal talents of Philadelphia rap crew Endevers and won rave reviews in magazines on both sides of the Atlantic topping both U.S. independent and U.K. Hip Hop charts simultaneously! Feeling equally at home recording on either side of the "pond" Plates continues to work with both U.S. and U.K. artists, as well as producing music beds for London's hottest urban radio shows [most notably Choice FMs "Friday Night Flavas"] licensed music to Global Underground and for various soundtracks such as "Fear Of Death By Falling" a short film released in 2004. Not just limiting his musical talents to the underground Plates has also been the man behind some of the hottest "street" remixes in recent years of artists such as Destinys Child, Missy Elliot and Kelis earning numerous club spins, mixtape appearances and playlists on radio stations diverse as Kiss and XFM. |

| Search | Add | 9 | George Staiduhar | George Staiduhar was born February 9, 1945, and was the product of E. 185th Street, Cleveland, Ohio, an area rich in Slovenian style music and culture. He started lessons at age six under the auspices and teachings of Bill Sneller of Euclid, Ohio. His training and study was focused on classical music, which he incorporated into his own Cleveland style polkas and waltzes. During the ‘50s and early ‘60s, he participated in many accordion contests and received No. 1 and No. 2 recognition for the State of Ohio in his age group playing an overture and one of Mendelsohn’s violin concertos. Having played with various bands from Cleveland’s Eastside, during and after his high school years, and after discharge from the Army in 1968, he formed the “George Staiduhar Orchestra” becoming one of Cleveland’s most sought after groups in the early 70’s. He released his first recording in 1970 entitled, “Polkas on the Slope” followed by “Polka Swingin with Staiduhar”. Throughout the ‘70s, the George Staiduhar Orchestra appeared on Cleveland’s Channel 5 TV “Polka Varieties,” once having received “Most Popular Band of the Year” Award. In the 1980’s, he was asked to join the Harry Faint Revue and in 1990, released a cassette entitled, “Polkas by George.” In 1991, that recording was Album of the Year voted by the Cleveland Polka Hall of Fame. Again, all the music was written and arranged by him, who included their signature tune, “Mozart’s Polka.” That tune received recognition in 2003 by the Cleveland Polka Hall of Fame as an All Time Greatest Hit. He was also voted by the Polka Hall of Fame as Musician of the Year in 1991, 1994, and 2000. He released “Cadillac Polkas” in 1993. In 1999, the name of the band was changed to “George Staiduhar and the Revue.” In 2000, the Staiduhar Revue released a CD entitled “Y2K Polkas.” It was nominated for a Grammy. In 2004, he retired from music after 45 years and he culminated his musical career by receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award, again, from the Polka Hall of Fame. It is the highest honor award given. He works as a Federal Court Reporter with the U.S. District Court in Cleveland, Ohio. | |

Na sequência, lançaram “Spirit”, cover da banda Dead Can Dance, interpretada por [a=Alexandre Vavallo] ([a=Back Long Arch] / [a=Cum Mortuis] / Aura Spell). Formação: 🎸 [a=Cleiton Cavalcante] – Vozes / Guitarra 🎹 [a=Rafael S. Souza] – Synth / Programação 🖋️ [a=Wandrey Queiróz] – Letras / Produção | |

Morrowyellow debuts with an electronic sound experimentation supporting the fascination for the arts and Japanese and Eastern-taste music. A study that led to collaborations with avant-garde theater and contemporary dance until, a couple of years later, with the entrance of Massimo Turco (bass and guitar), Diego Alverà (drums) and Giovanni "Libracub" Pieri (keyboards), they begin to feel a certain interest in live appearances. The band recorded two demos ("My Colours" and "Demo") and some other material - all released on tapes and never officially released until 2014 when Rave-Up released a collection LP titled "My Colours 1985-1988" (available on vinyl and digital) that includes all songs of both the official '80s demos. The band disbanded in late 1988.

| Search | Add | 9 | Michael Graeve | Michael Graeve is a sound and visual artist. He lives on Dja Dja Wurrung country in Castlemaine, near Melbourne (Naarm), Australia. Since 1993 my instrument is an accumulation of record player hifi's and loudspeakers, performed and recorded as an awkward turntable orchestra. I work with of dozens of aged hifi turntable systems, and assist them in picking themselves up. Psychoanalysis for record players. No vinyl. They are performed and recorded as patterns of machinic hisses and hums, monochrome feedback tones and platter rhythms. For each turntable as part of a hifi system, there might be two loudspeakers; that means that the sound performance or installation is distributed multiply throughout a space, say maybe 24 loudspeakers. Like abstract colour field painting, the ingredients are deceptively simple, and it is in sequence or simultaneity that combinations of complexities develop. I have a large turntable orchestra in Australia, a less numerous turntable orchestra stored near Munich Germany, and maybe I still have one stored in Chicago from the mid 2000's, who knows. I have contributed to Melbourne artist-run culture as a board member/chair/vice-president at Liquid Architecture Sound Inc (2007-2021), board member and program manager at West Space Inc (2000-2004) and founding member of Grey Area Art Space (1996-1999).
