Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 05/01/2026
Found 619583 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

Javad’s unique and innovative perspective on music can be traced to his Romani roots, his studies under various tabla masters, as well as his formal conservatory education. Javad holds a Masters Degree in Music from the California Institute of the Arts. Javad has toured for over 20 years, performing as a solo artist as well as accompanying world-renowned musicians in distinguished venues domestically as well as abroad. The Los Angeles Times has called Javad “…a young, flashy, spectacular tabla player…” and the New York Times described Javad as being “…in virtuosic form…” As an educator, Javad has built successful music programs based on not only teaching the practical applications of music production using the latest technology, but also integrating music theory, which he believes broadens their knowledge of the creative process. As a brand manager for Ableton, Javad tours the United States giving lectures and demonstrations. |

A friend played one of his mix tapes at work and his boss was the guy that ran the Lovelite crew at The Grid Club in Luton. He liked it and offered him a DJ residency there. After a while Matt sent tapes out and picked up a few gigs – ESP at Milwaukees, Bass Box in London, Stamina in Oxford and whatever raves he could get booked for. A while later hooking up with the Exodus crew who were running illegal raves around the Luton area and pretty much played for them every Saturday from the very first one to two years later. The most famous was probably a New Year’s Eve bash they did that had 10K people attend according to the local paper!. |

| Search | Add | 3 | Back To Mama | Fuzz-Stoner-Desert Rock band from Halle (Saale), Germany The band was active between 2003 and 2015. Reunited for several shows in 2022 and 2023. Back to Mama is not the slogan, but the name of the band. We are from Halle the city near the river Saale, also known as the grey diva. The brittle, dirty however upsetting charm, which this city has, is found again in the music of BACK TO MAMA, lovers of handmade, oppressive rock, who commit themselves now stylistic too - as they call it - "Bloody Fuzz Rock"... Ill, heart-impact moderate rock, sometimes pulsating, piercing and urgently, then again taking back calmly. From the love for large, tube driven amplifiers created tones, which drives voluminoes pressureful on the ears... The members of "Back To Mama" are ramppigs. Live Back To Mama develops ever more to a speedcooker with a high energy rock performance, which brings the public to raving. The resonance of the refrigerator-large Cabinets, the strong volume the equipment is poducing, lifts itself against chest and ears and leaves the viewer and listener with a pleasant feeling of glowing fire. .. ..style: Fuzz Rock.. since 2003.. | |

As a graduate of the Ryzard Pusz School of Percussion he has been actively involved with bands since the early eighties, although most notably in his 13 year tenure as 'Vocalist/Guitarist' with the multi award winning Australian band 'The Violets'. Disillusioned with the traditional 'band' format, he eventually formed EVOLETAH, not so much as a band but as a 'musical project' to record songs written for The Violets that had never been recorded. Having 'Cherry Picked' members, this resulted in the projects initial offering 'Fool's Errand'. | |

| Search | Add | 3 | The International Blues Duo | The International Blues Duo was founded in 1982 on Chicago’s North Side when Gary Wiggins moved to Chicago from Detroit and Christian Rannenberg just arrived in Chicago from Germany. After a jam session at the Kingston Mines Club the two realized that together they had an interesting energy and sound. They decided to create The International Blues Duo and immediately started working the north side blues clubs such as B.L.U.E.S., Kingston Mines, Lillies, as well as performing with Lefty Dizz, Sunnyland Slim, Johnny Littlejohn, Sam Myers and many others on the Chicago blues scene. After one year of living and playing in Chicago, Gary and Chris joined the Lefty Dizz Band for a 21 day tour of the Scandinavian countries. Once they were on the European continent, they agreed to relocate to Germany, where they became an immediate sensation. From 1983 to 1990 they toured and played blues festivals, blues clubs, did radio and television shows. They recorded three LPs and invited many musicians to tour Europe with them such as Johnny Heartsman, Johnny Copeland, King George, Charlie Musselwhite, Angela Brown, Jeanny Carroll and Big Jay McNeely. | |

| Search | Add | 3 | Mulga Bill's Bicycle Band | Mulga Bill’s Bicycle Band was perhaps the earliest, large, full time, Australian ‘folk revival’ band ("Mulga Bill's Bicycle" is a poem written in 1896 by Banjo Paterson in 1896). It began in 1970 as an offshoot of The University of Melbourne Folk Club and played first as a nine-person group in Swan Hill, Victoria in August 1970. Most members of the initial band were at that time students at the university. Over the full course of the band’s operation between 1970 and 1978, a total 20 members were at some stage part of the band. Only three original members: Tony Britz, Liz Eager and Barry Golding were there at the start and also at the end. | |
