Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 10/01/2024
Found 593861 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

Search | Add | 2 | Hesh One | Hesh One | Hesh One tracks hint mostly at Jungle, Hip Hop and Jazz influences which make them palatable while minimal treatments and abstract instrumentation keep them far from mainstream. Originally starting his solo career as Ganglion in 1995, Hesh One started using his name instead of an abstract title in 1998 as his musical output became more refined. |

Search | Add | 2 | Humi Dumi | Hailing since the cold and rainy late 2012, Humi Dumi came to offer you a good cup of warm chamomile tea. Subtle, innocent, but there’s a hidden power underneath it all. Thus, that’s their music can be described, which they call as innocent pop-folk. Humi Dumi early members are Nitnot (vocal), Irna (bass), Yufi (drum, kahoon), and bimo (guitar). Their first performance stole lots of attention at Ouval on November 2012. The dreamy and light vocal, accompanied by heart – warming music, haunted many ears at that time. This time, they’re not only consisted of four member, but also brilyan (guitar) and Raja (keyboard). Their dreamy lyric about fantasy are written by their vocalist, NitNot. While their music, which is dominated by tingling guitar sound, is influenced by lost of musician, like Angus and Julia Stone and Daughter. “Lots of people say that our main influence is Angus and Julia Stone, in fact there’s a lot of musician and bands out there who influence us. Maybe it’s because we often cover their songs, so that’s what makes people think so.”, said NitNot. Bez rozmycia treści i wygładzania brzmienia. Mimo drugoobiegowego funkcjonowania nagrań wrocławskiego Miki Mousoleum każdy świadomy fan polskiej muzyki zna takie piosenki jak Polityka kulturalna, Ruski Ketchup czy Zomo na Legnickiej. "W 1981 roku, podczas strajku studentów w Państwowej Wyższej Szkole Sztuk Plastycznych we Wrocławiu, w auli uczelni były podpięte wzmacniacze “Eltron” i stała perkusja. Wszyscy którzy chcieli, mogli dać wyraz swym muzycznym pasjom grając rocka, bluesa, punka czy reggae. Malarz Artur Gouy Golacki okazał się zdolnym basistą a szklarz Piotr Klosowicz lepiej czuł reggae niż punkowy szklarz Marek Puchała (wtedy Klaus Mitffoch). Paliliśmy zioła i ktoś dodał … miki. Kapela wchodzi do studia akademickiego radia studenckiego "Odra" i nagrywa kilka utworów. W 2003 roku Miki Mousoleum reaktywuje się w składzie: Krzysztof "Kaman" Kłosowicz - vocal, gitara, klawisze / Irena Jagiełka - trąbka , Grażyna Wilk-Harlender - vocal / Piotr "Blusmen" Jankowski - gitara / Marek "Markus" Tymiński - gitara / komputer - sekcja rytmiczna i reszta...

Search | Add | 2 | Feral Ponies | Feral Ponies are based in Newark, DE. The band's debut album, "Blame It On The Classics," was released on Panic State Records in 2016. The band features members April Higgins (vocals), Pat Higgins (bass/vocals), Alex Voegele (guitar/vocals), and Mike Edwards (drums). Their melodic riffs and lead vocals, together with a driving rhythm section and riotous choruses, create a dynamic sound that has been compared to bands such as X, Vice Squad, and The Go-Gos. Despite any similarities to other acts, the band has come up with its own blend of upbeat and catchy, yet dark and poignant punk rock. In 2014, the band released their first EP, “Division of the Dolls”, which included four studio tracks and three live tracks. In 2015, Feral Ponies recorded their first full-length record, “Blame it on the Classics” which was released on vinyl, CD, and digital download in December 2016. The members of Feral Ponies are all veterans of the local music scene in Newark, DE, and are active in multiple projects including Disaster Committee and Alex Voegele (solo). Punk-rock from Newark, Delaware.

Search | Add | 2 | Miss Lalithangi, Madras | Madras Lalithangi | Born in 1910, Madras Lalithangi was adopted by Perumalkoil Narayanamma, a devadasi who resided in the Chengam Bazar area in George Town, Madras. As was customary in a family dedicated to the arts, the child was given music lessons from a variety of gurus such as Coimbatore Thayi, Padam Pattabhiramayya, Fiddle Subba Rao and the redoubtable Veena Dhanammal. By the time she was in her teens she had become a vocalist of repute. In the early twenties many women singers lived in the George Town area and one of them was Tiruvarur Rajayi. Kootanur Ayyaswami Iyer, a man who was known for his large repertoire of the works of Tyagaraja, but who could not make a mark as a vocalist came to teach Rajayi. Ayyar and Lalithangi met in the house of Rajayi. He began teaching Lalithangi too and soon they were drawn to each other and tied the knot in the mid-1920s. Vasanthakumari was born in 1928 to this couple. There was an impromptu music performance by the great vocalist Maharajapuram Viswanatha Iyer during the cradle ceremony of the child. Young Vasanthi was taught music at home, even as she was sent to the Good Shepherd's Convent for formal education. This was short-lived. Lalithangi's frequent asthmatic attacks curtailed her concert opportunities and consequently her income. Her husband took to giving music lessons to children of affluent families. |

That summer they recorded demos with the valuable help of the Modern Guy's, including Yann Le Ker. Forty years later, never having forgotten this aborted project, Zénouda decided to re-record all the tracks by re-contacting the original musicians, with the idea of keeping the spirit of the time.

He began his DJ career rather young when he opened a club in Novi Sad with his friend, where he was the resident DJ for five years, mastering his talent at the decks. Meanwhile he played at the less well-known clubs throughout Serbia. The preferred genres of that time - disco house, Chicago house and garage, were his recipe for having a good time. After a shorter break from DJ-ing, he started paying more attention to music scene, releases, producers, production companies, music equipment, hardware and software. As he was flowing deeper into the streams of music production, his interests only expanded. This resulted in Sinisa equipping his home studio where he started dealing with production. As a producer, he focused his refined ear and taste on tech-house sound with a glitch of deep house and elements of minimal. Currently he’s working on a project for two publishers,Audiofase Recordings and CoffeeBreakStreet at the same time finalizing his album and dedicating all of his free time to bringing innovation into music. |

Search | Add | 2 | Sinaptika | Progressive psychedelic trance duo project based in Padova, Italy Members: "Giordano De Lasio" aka [A=Jordoz] & [A=Timelex] and "Dylan Boarolo" aka [A=IpNoTik (2)] The "Sinaptika" project was born in 2017 from the collaboration between two young Italian producers of Progressive Psytrance, Dylan Boarolo and Giordano De Iasio. Dylan Boarolo, born in 1993, started playing and producing own music from 2012, with the "IpNoTik project". He had the opportunity to perform for the rst time at the Logic in Bologna where he met other young Goa Progressive producers and began journey as Dj / Producer playing over the years in a big part of north-east Italy. In his career he has been part of several musical movements: K-Tribe, where he played in several italian parties. He took part in the most important Italian festivals of Psytrance like Wao Festival and the Sonica Festival, and was inspired by the psychedelic way of psytrance, which led him to change his style, while maintaining the soul of his music. Giordano De Iasio, born in 1992, has started producing Progressive Trance since 2010, with the name of "Jordoz". He played for the first time in 2013 in Italy, and from there began a career that soon led him to found Brainstorm with his colleague Bizz0, a Goa Progressive project. Precisely in K-Tribe he collaborates more frequently with Dylan, with whom he often plays at the parties they organize. During these years his tastes change as his style. Intrigued and fascinated by Progressive Psytrance style he creates a new solo project "Timelex", which released music on Infinity Tunes Records and GhostLabel Records. Always looking to perfect the technique and style, he decided to join forces and passion for music with Dylan, and a new challenge in his career happened. For more than a year and a half they worked tirelessly in search of new sounds that could give the right vibrations to their music, and reflect their styles. The result is a swinging Psy Progressive Trance, with dark tones and biting sounds that seem to bring the mind into an infinite story. Contact: booking@magmarecords.it
