Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 05/01/2026
Found 619583 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 2 | Unlegal People | Unlegal People is a band from the fine Georgian city of Bath in merrie olde England, carrying on the ancient tradition of writing eccentric British rock songs. They have survived many lifetimes of epic obscurity and, frankly, would be content to continue thus, apart from a driving desire to write and perform songs, thereby creating a creative necessity for the songs to be heard and the band to be seen. It's a funny old world, isn't it? | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Terezodu | Terezodu arose in the summer of '05 to take the world by storm. Leo Ulfelder has captivated minds and eyes as he sings his own disturbing "facts of life" to the crowd, backed by Matt Haynes' shredding guitar leads and Patrick McIsaac's pummelling bass lines while Alex Schultz massacres the world with his drums. After releasing several DIY EP's such as "Anatomy", selling them at shows, small record stores and networking them throughout the underground music scene, TEREZODU decided to release their first Full Length Album titled "Sow My Disciples", Recorded by Geza X (Who has produced bands such as Black Flag and The Germs)and Paul Roessler (Sceamers, Nina Hagen, Dead Kennedys) at Satellite Park Studios in Malibu, CA. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Randay | Randy Roopnarine | Biography With roots in the style of Pop and Dance traditions of songwriting. Randy Roopnarine (ROOP-na-reen) manages to have a flavourable style of lyricism while staying true to the heart and soul of a beat. 'Heatseeker' is the type of track that gives multiple listeners a combination of new-age Electro-pop and Dance music taken to a new level of musical pleasure. The first thing you will notice about Randy is his unique style of songwriting and his voice. His lyrical Rhythm can make you rise and shake your soul, all in a heartbeat. Then he captures you with the way his melodies flow together, and leave you wanting more. Beautiful, sentimental, energetic, but mostly fun, Randy writes songs that are noticeably personal. You will want to dance- volume up, on a dancefloor- and simply listen. But that doesn't mean he won't emotionally capture you. Because he will. Since the release of Randy's first single 'Heatseeker' in September 2012. Randy has been working very hard on his debut album. He has played shows in local bars of Montreal, a charity event for the lost ones of the Tsunami, in the span of less than a year. From the downtown city lights of Montreal, Randy has been receiving praise for his upbeat, fun lyrical prowess, and powerhouse pop vocals. Randy currently resides in Montreal, Quebec working on his debut album entitled 'Renaissance'. The album is set to feature the fiery-energetic 'Heatseeker', along with songs that include positive, upbeat, catchy dance-pop productions from producers in Montreal. "I want this album to be a reflection of things that I've been through in my life. Hopefully people can connect to the messages that I've written in these lyrics, but at the same time, smile, and dance. I want this record to be a fun, emotional dancefloor, whether you're happy, sad, angry, or in love, to just let it all out, be yourself, and always know in the end, you got you."- Randy |

| Search | Add | 2 | Lost Fairy Realm | Born in 2015 as a side project to Black Mountains Chronicles, deals with ambient atmospheres and titles about the world of fairies. Originally the first compositions were thought to be parts for a new B.M.C.'s album, but the soundscapes of the full length were very far away from the B.M.C. tracks, so a new name has been thought. For L.F.R. sounds are more liquid and romantic, quiet reigns without noise attacks ... Also, some tracks are not as dark as usually you can expect from the creator. It is not clear if other albums shall see the light in the future. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Mothfield | MOTHFIELD, a unique and short-lived musical journey, was born in the heart of New York City. It was the brainchild of four central New York musicians: Guitarist Meric Sarkhov and keyboard player Klozzner. The two vowed to create what they thought of as "noise pollution in original musical form." The duo's musical influences were as diverse as their compositions, ranging from 19th—and 20th-century composers like Dmitri Shostakovich and Wilhelm Wagner to progressive rock acts like GENESIS and GENTLE GIANT. The band aimed to challenge the listener with emotional and unique compositions. To bring their vision to life, they recruited drummer Renfield Smith, who decided to move from the West Coast to N.Y.C. with just his clothes and a custom-designed drum kit that folded into a small portable unit. Despite facing numerous challenges, the band's determination never wavered. After auditioning and rehearsing with several vocalists, they finally found their frontwoman in a female opera singer. They booked their first gig at the iconic CBGB in the spring of 1991. Despite the singer unexpectedly leaving the band shortly before the gig, MOTHFIELD refused to cancel the show, showcasing their unwavering determination and commitment to their music. Sarkhov would then contact David Slife, also known as Vladimir Traynerik. Who had just recently moved to the area. Slife was a then-retired vocalist who had previously sung in other bands in central New York during the 1980s, such as the queerly unique LUFTWAFFE and the pomp-rock MERE MORTALS. With just a few weeks to prepare for their gig in the Bowery, the quartet embarked on a relentless rehearsal schedule. The evening arrived, and MOTHFIELD took to the stage, ready to showcase their unorthodox style of music and enigmatic, maniacal stage presence. The crowd, captivated by the band's raw energy and unique sound, was left stunned, their expectations shattered. MOTHFIELD continued to pick up gigs and eventually went into Big Blue Meenie Recording Studios in Hackensack, NJ, to lay down tracks. Tim Gilles, known for his work with hardcore legends such as AGNOSTIC FRONT and S.O.D., sat at the controls. Gilles and MOTHFIELD managed to capture unadulterated progressive avant-garde chaos for the fringe and unhinged that defies convention. Ten songs would emerge from this experiment in sonic bedlam. Nothing would be officially released. Only a few demo tracks on crudely recorded TDK and Maxell cassettes would be shared throughout the underground amongst cave-dwelling music collectors; Interesting, discordant and a far stretch from the cookie-cutter music of the time, MOTHFIELD remain a staple for musical outliers while preaching agony and discontent in audible form. MOTHFIELD briefly continued to play shows at all the legendary hotspots in N.Y.C until the inevitable differences between members, misfortunes and the weights of life's pressures that dissolves most bands. | |

New name, same style, more attitude and better songs. Around this time we also realized that we wanted to add another guitar player to the crew. After a few people coming and going on the other guitar spot our singer came in contact with Chris Young. He came up to Sundsvall for his first rehersal with us and joined the band.

Eind 2001 neemt drummer Harry Ekkel afscheid. Hij werd opgevolgd door Klaas Schrik (Ter Apel). | |
