Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 29/07/2025
Found 602638 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

Search | Add | 3 | Chap One | Sam McNulty | Keeping music alive has been given new meaning - Despite the unfortunate passing of the truly gifted, multi-talented, producer and emcee - Sam McNulty aka Chap One, we are very lucky to have his music available for us to enjoy. Chris McNulty Sam’s mother is keeping her sons memory and music alive by releasing and promoting his music. Samuel McNulty aka Chap One was born in Sydney, Australia in 1981. In 1988, at age 7, he traveled with his mother to NYC and was raised in NYC through 1999. He returned to Australia at age 19, traveling back and forth between Melbourne and NYC throughout his life. Although Chap One's music clearly has its roots firmly planted in the hip hop genre, he was introduced to many different styles of music as a child growing up between cultures and across borders. His musical lineage was stronger than most, having a mother, father and step father as accomplished, internationally recognized, jazz musicians. As a result, Chap One had musical finesse running through his veins. Growing up surrounded by jazz legends, in the birth place of Hip Hop culture, he re-defined the boundaries of Hip Hop, Jazz, and RnB to masterfully craft a hybrid style reflective of his roots, and uniquely his own. “Sam had a vision for the world. It speaks powerfully through his music, his lyric, his melody, his rap, his poetry. It was louder than the voice he spoke with off the band stand because although his spirit was powerful and magnetic, he was also the softest, gentlest, most compassionate spirit I ever met in my entire life.” Chris McNulty states. “Stanger Frequencies” is a representation of Chap One and his soul. Musically it is the epitome of R&B, and jazz inspired hip-hop that is groovy and catchy enough for any music fan to embrace. However, it’s also authentically live sounding and improvisational for any jazz-heavy folks to dig as well. Lyrically, Sam flows deliciously through metaphorical “interpretations of life,” often expressing his discontent, dropping knowledge on the injustice in the world, but always through a positive lens. It’s just pure, healthy, beautiful music for all. To date Chris McNulty has released 3 albums of Chap Ones music with Strange Frequencies being largely funded by generous donors who made the mastering, artwork, and pressing of the physical copies. Be sure that there's a lot more to come and a lot more to say, from artists, jazz musicians, friends and colleagues, who worked, knew and loved Sam - The Chappy - Chap One. Search | Add | 3 | Jacky 0 | Giacomo Cella | Giacomo Cella has been writing letters to an imaginary pen-pal named Zero since he was a kid. In these letters, he carefully inspects and explores the tiniest details of his own inner labyrinths, from the more joyful and uplifting allies all the way to the darkest corners. This is how Giacomo— who in his day to day life goes by the name of ‘Jacky’ — on top of working as a composer and sound designer for advertising, fashion, films and other audiovisual projects came up, in 2010, with the name Jacky 0 (zero) for his personal artistic production. By linking these two strands of his personality together, "Jacky 0” was born as the ongoing correspondence between “Jacky” and “Zero”; and every sound, word, album, collaboration or live performance must be read as part of this endless dialogue which is, at last, a constant process of self-discovery from Jacky to Zero and back. |

Search | Add | 3 | Rafael Kozub | Rafael Kozub | Rafael Kozub & Damian Kozub, Cracow (Poland) duo’s activity dates back to late 70’s. The twin brothers, multi–instrumentalists–Rafael and Damian, started playing when they were kids in a band Pantograf that was a part of municipal transport corporation. The brothers created their own band a bit later with their then basist (later the lead singer and the guitarist of the Cracow blues formation KGB) Paweł Małysiak "Pawka". Their activity of that time as well as studio recordings were still little bashful. Between 1982 and 1988 they recorded their music on tapes at a home studio and distributed them in Poland and abroad in samizdat by three publishing houses: B.N.exp, ARS2, AML. In 1986 Rafael and Damian started another group Fragmenty R–27 (later called simply R–27) Encouraged by another band’s success (ZAOS) R–27 they continued their artistic performance for the next four years. The line–up changed over the years: Andrzej Jarzyna was the first drummer, Piotr Nodzeń was the second bassist and Darek Kaszubski played bongos, still the core members stayed invariable: Rafael Kozub (keyboard and percussion, vocals and composer), Damian Kozub (percussion, vocals, piano and composing), Rafał Walczowski "Walek" (bassist), Piotr Łabuzek "Buzer" (trumpet, vocals and synthesizer) and Paweł Ochel "Rudy" (guitar and vocals). The brothers gave a lot of concerts with this controversial band in their home town Cracow (at a club and Podwawelski Cinema, twice at Nowohuckie Culture Centre (NCK), at Wola Zoo Club and Białoprądnicki Manor House, etc.) They also took part in a few big events such as: in Skawina – "O.D.K" club , in Katowice – "Akant" student club, at a "Festiwal Muzyki Odjazdowej", "O To Chodzi" club in Rzeszów, in Warsaw – "Remont" club and at "Marchewka" Festival in "Riviera" club – together with the composer Zbigniew Lampart – the then manager of Ludwik Solski Theatre in Tarnów. The mistrust towards those vigorous performances, however very remote from post–punk culture, that the band would give, made R–27 abandon further tours and giving accidental gigs. Apart from tape recordings the brothers published numerous brochures, papers such as: Alter – edited with Robert Kramaric and features – later used by Henryk Palczewski in his guide ARS2. In 1988 the brothers started publishing cooperation with Mariusz Błachowicz and in the middle of 1989 met musicians: Ireneusz Socha, Arkadiusz Franczyk and Andrzej Kramarz (Kirkut–Koncept and Na Przykład) with whom they recorded "Sen Wczorajszy" in October 1989. On emigration the brothers pursued solo careers. Having settled down in Rhineland – Westphalia (Germany) they carried out their musical projects till late 90’s – especially Damian who recorded even till 2007. The projects have been published on tapes and CD’s. His later attempt to start a band with Peter Sohn from Wuppertal wasn’t successful. |

His passion for the hard style music continues for many years. In October 2016 , a new music project was born by founding the own label “77 Notes”. His music is playing in many web radio, electronic shows and more.An unmistakable style of music between Electronic music, Dance, Progressive house, Psytrance, Deep house,Techno and more. In these two years several reviews and interviews by insiders (some links below) He released many albums and singles with his label and in October 2017 starts an important Partnership with Media Records group by Gianfranco Bortolotti “Music is my life and I hope to bring good emotion to the people listening to my music, I think that you can expect so many other news and good music”. |

In 1989 she left her home state to move to Florida. She performed often around her new sunny residence, and became a main member of alternative groups like Big Tall Wish and Poetic Injustice. In 1993 Fleischmann took her talents solo on a self-produced debut, Anamorphosis. A year later she had a six-track EP, Speaking Guillotine, ready for release. Her next work was Sympathetic Coffee, released in 1996, which carries all of the tunes from Speaking Guillotine, and six others to go with them. In 1998, Fleischmann finished up another album titled Ten Doors Down. Her music, mostly original number, is a smooth mixture of blues, pop, and progressive folk. Fleischmann travels a lot, playing at clubs and coffeehouses. She has lent her vocal skills on a number of recordings released by other musicians, and opened for artists like the Mavericks and Roger McGuinn. Xs Magazine and Miami New Times have both voted her Best Acoustic Performer. For 2000 Fleischmann recorded Live from the Cutting Room. "Graveyard Dream Blues," "Wild Strawberries," "Concrete Blankets," "Manhattan," and "Figure 8's" are some of the tunes fans can hear her play live on stage, or find on her recordings.

Search | Add | 3 | Sud X.T. | SUD X.T.’s first incarnation was formed in 1980 in Palermo with founding members Vortex, Aldo Ammirata, and Maurizio Adrizzone. SUD X.T.’s early sound reflected the heavy influence of French drum machine-punk pioneers Metal Urbain, as they fused the rock’n’roll rhythm of their drum machine with a pulsating bass and double guitar attack, rounded out by the group’s nihilistic/futuristic lyrics. In 1985, after the band took a few years hiatus, Vortex restarted SUD X.T. with all new right-wing politics, all new members, and a more straight-forward, oi!-influenced sound that reflected his idealistic jump to ultra-nationalism.
