Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 05/01/2026
Found 619583 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 3 | Socially Ill | Brinley Woodall | Socially Ill was a former solo project of Mississippi-based musician Brinley Woodall, born during the isolation of the pandemic as a raw, emotional outlet. Combining the grit of ’90s grunge with the sensitivity of modern indie and punk, Socially Ill explored identity, longing, and internal conflict. The early EP Mental Prisoners of the Mental Prison (2022) and the concept album Love Letter of Self-Deprivation (2023) showcased Brinley’s evolution as both a songwriter and producer, drawing from influences like The Cure, Oasis, and Bob Dylan. These projects embodied a fearless honesty and experimental edge that set the foundation for her new creative chapter. Now, under a fresh alias, Brinley is channeling those roots into a new era of sound that blends shoegaze, punk, and surreal storytelling into something both cathartic and transformative. |

| Search | Add | 3 | 7th Day Buskers | Founded by Shawn P. Rohlf in 1997, the band name came from real life: at the time Rohlf had been in the habit of busking as a street performer at San Diego, California's Hillcrest Farmer's Market weekly. Banjo, keyboardist and electric guitar player Rohlf was joined by his former guitar teacher Robin Henkel on dobro, Melissa Harley on Fiddle and Ken Dow on upright bass. This lineup released 2002's Born to Pick and Long Live the Caboose and 2004's Fool's Grass. By their 2010 effort Tiny Xs, Henkel, Dow and Harley had left with Rohlf taking on mandolin, harmonica and percussion in addition to his guitar and vocal duties but new members Alex Watts on guitar and vocals, singer and acoustic bass man Jef Kmak, singer and drummer T Bone and pedal steel performer Dave Berzansky had come aboard. The fall of that year saw a name change to Shawn Rohlf and the Buskers. | |

| Search | Add | 3 | Sid Plamadon | Sid Plamondon | Sidney Plamondon (Plamador) was born in St. Regis, Huntingdon, Quebec, on October 26, 1910. When he was four years old, his mother bought him a violin for Christmas. Sid would play his violin every chance he got. When his mother was tired of hearing him, he would go and play his violin under his bed. At the age of ten he began making up his own tunes, and at thirteen he started to play his violin with friends and at house parties. Sid married in 1938, and in 1944 moved to Cornwall, where he had his own orchestra and played four to five nights a week. Sid also taught violin, guitar and piano, made and refinished violins, tuned pianos, and repaired other musical instruments. In 1950 Sid formed a group: Sid and his Western Pals. He played for CJSS in the early ’50s. The musicians who played in the group were Johnny Chenier, Benny Dumont, Larry Desrossiers, Lawrence Leroux and his Sid’s wife, Simone. Sid and Simone played at many street dances, and the group often played in Quebec. They also played for many wedding receptions. Sid was busy almost every weekend in 1956. He played in many contests and won numerous trophies. Around 1958 Sid and Simone moved to Alexandria, where he had his own music store on Main Street. He sold records, tapes, pianos, violins and guitars. Around 1971, they moved to Glen Robertson, where they stayed. There, he still had many students and continued to do piano tuning. In 1995 Sid moved to the Maria Goretti residence in Alexandria. He continued to give lessons to some of his pupils in his room and also went to play his violin at some private parties. In 2001 his health deteriorated and he had to be transferred to the Community Nursing Home in Alexandria. Sid and his Western Pals lasted fifty-five years. He passed away on September 18, 2002. Sid Plamondon and his music will always be remembered by his family and friends. |

| Search | Add | 3 | InChanto | The InChanto's musical experience is therefore inspired by the presence of a particular land; and if the Tuscan musicians propose this journey, they well know that going along these areas means discovering a part of the soul that men little by little have left to things. Once more, there is the attempt of recovering literary and musical traditions from different times and cultures, from the Latin and Mediterranean to the Celtic, that in Tuscany have met during centuries: the one of InChanto would like to be the model journey of people recognizing in his own land the land of everybody. InChanto was born in the summer of 1993 with the intention of proposing a fusion between ancient and electronic sounds and instruments. Afterwards, feeling the need to go back to acoustic and essential resonances, the group introduces historical instruments as the hurdy-gurdy, the baroque flute, the dulcimer and the bodhràn, that have reduced the importance of electronic. In this context, very important are the recent lyrics in fifth and sixth century Italian, in Latin and French. | |
