Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 05/01/2026
Found 619583 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 4 | Southern Kartel | Southern Kartel is a group from Pine Bluff, AR. It consists of Smoke, Black Trump, K.O. and C-Rupt. As The World Goes Round is their debut album and it was released in 2001 on Black Trump Entertainment. Production on the album is smoothly done by Trump and Ace. The beats are a perfect example of southern fried funk at its finest. They contain various melodies mixed with jamming hooks and solid bass lines. The lyrics are excellent as well. All four members unquestionably shine on the mic. Their rhymes are deeply rooted and certainly eclectic. Guest appearances are made by Hawk of the Screwed Up Click, Playa Fly, Mo-Preme of Thug Life, Ronnie Spencer and Bobby Baller. Overall the record is a representation of timeless quality music. It is highly under rated and it does not get the credit it deserves. The group later separated over creative differences and this ended up being their only album. Members Smoke, Trump and K.O. have also released some solo albums as well | |

| Search | Add | 4 | Kaysn | Kay Friese | Kaysn is a musical all-rounder with a unique electro sound. Behind the artist persona is the 41-year-old Hamburg-based Kay Friese, who has been pursuing his passion as a bass player, guitarist and background singer in various bands and genres since the mid-1990s. Significantly influenced by the Nu Jazz of Herbie Hancock and the sound design of Roland Voss, aka Lemongrass, Kaysn has created his own style, which combines melodic and chilled soundscapes with hip-hop beats, slow chord sequences and samples - sometimes catchy, sometimes experimental. This is complemented by cuts and scratches by his long-time companion DJ Plattitude, who runs the Islelaidback Sound studio with his partner Christian Niquet and is also responsible for the mix & mastering of Kaysn's music. The fruits of the collaboration were first manifested in 2017 on the EP "Freisemester", which was released on Stresslos Records. In 2018 the next EP followed with “Dream of a Bird”, from which the single “Girl from Uranus” was decoupled. In addition, Kaysn produced several remixes for the alternative band Access: Icarus. |

The band began late 2008 with home recordings and jam sessions with Joaquin (vocals/drums) and Joe (vocals/guitar). Both previously had been singers in separate disbanded street punk bands, Initial Distrust and U.S.Brats. In 2009 the band played their first show at the Infest Warehouse in Los Angeles. After a series of shows in the Southern California area the band decided to look for a bassist and took Mike (BlisterUnit/Want but Mari) vocalist and guitarist for the spot. After set of shows Mike had a mutual parting from the band for his other career and musical endeavors. The band began again to search for another bassist and this time a second guitarist and found guitarist Chris (Schismism, The Last Priority) and bassist Ryan "Ratboy" (Throat Cancer). Founding member Joe left the band in 2011. The band completed their first Western U.S. tour with Dutch punk band Suicide State in May 2011 coinciding with a split release by the two bands which was released in the U.S. and Europe. |

Yet, to date, he has not succeeded in reaching a large audience, despite unbridled dedication and commitment. In the documentary Overal Tegenin, Eric looks back on his career and looks to the future. We see how, despite all the setbacks and the lack of recognition, he still hopes for a breakthrough. In addition, we see a musician and artist who dedicates his existence to creating a unique and extremely personal oeuvre. By being close to Eric and by giving him the space to reflect freely, a haunting and moving portrait is created of one of the Netherlands' most passionate artists who has remained under the radar for a long time. |

| Search | Add | 4 | The Three Dons | American instrumental backing group mostly out of Chicago, Illinois in the 1940's-50's. The Three Dons provided piano, bass and guitar accompaniment for other groups and singers including [a=Ginny Greer]. [a=Don Roseland] (center in picture) was the piano/accordion player. Don James Eagle (1917-1996), was their guitar player. The Dons had various fronting singers at times and were known as "The Three Dons and Bea (Berret)" (1942), the unnamed "The Three Dons And A Chick" (1946), "The Three Dons and Ginny (Greer)" (1953) and "The Three Dons and Deena" (1955) (see [a=Deena (8)]). The name of the third Don is still open to debate--Guitarist [a=Don Huston] (real name [a=Don Genson]) wrote songs for the group under pseudonyms. In 1943 the group split in two because [a=Danny Davis (4)] went into the army--with Bea Berret joining another group. [a=Everett Hull] played bass for the group in the 1940's and Sidney Jobe played for them as well. Don Roseland co-wrote the song "You've Got My Heart Talking Double Talk" (1946), which the Dons provided instrumentation on for [a=The Mello-Larks], co-written by one of The Mello-Larks [a=Tommy Hamm]. In 1952, The Three Dons had a weekly radio show on KECA out of Los Angeles, California. | |

This is what I recall of my first underground party under the Ambassador Bridge in Detroit, circa 2001. This experience spoke to me. In fact, this event set the stage for what has been 20 years of musical cultivation and growth. Many life detours have taken place along the way, but techno has been a constant through it all. |
