Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 16/12/2025
Found 617983 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 5 | Stephanie Staples | Stephanie Staples has spent half her life captivating audiences with her rich, dynamic, and soothing voice. Passionate and expressive, Stephanie has the keen ability to connect with a wide variety of audiences. Her strong stage presence and down to earth nature enables her to communicate, entertain, and inspire. Stephanie has been involved in music ever since she was a little girl, first participating in musical theatre and studying vocal performance under the direction of three different vocal coaches. She began singing professionally at age thirteen, appearing at music festivals, conferences, churches and other venues. A gifted songwriter, Stephanie has recorded six self-produced albums. The first, Breathe on Me—an easy-listening acoustic album with soul-searching lyrics—was released in 2001 and again in 2003 to include two additional songs. Her second project, Face to Face was released in 2006, and Journey Home followed in 2007. Over the years, Stephanie has been privileged to work with (and learn from) some of the best musicians in the business, including Grammy Award-winning guitarist Bill Hatcher (Henry Mancini, Luciano Pavarotti), Mike Pachelli, and Ronnie Ciago. Hatcher has been a consistent contributor on all six of Stephanie’s projects, including her latest release, Interlude. Each of Stephanie’s albums has a unique sound but all portray the same quality: genuineness. Over the years many listeners have commented that her albums are “soothing” and “an experience.” This quality can’t be faked—Stephanie has faced the darkness, having passed through suffering and hard times, and she pours the full depth of her experiences into her music, taking the listener on a journey with her through the dark times—yet always in the presence of true peace and redemption. Sing Over Me (2010), is an eclectic album, with each song having a distinct flavor, prominently featuring Latin, organic, and classical elements along with creative percussion and strings (cello, violin, upright bass). This diversity of sound centers upon a single theme—that of learning to accept life’s uncertainties and discovering peace. In 2013 Stephanie released a Christmas record, Emmanuel. Stephanie has traveled across the United States and all the way to China to share her music. Her long list of credits include festivals, retreats, universities, schools (elementary, middle, and high schools), churches, conferences, campus ministries, multiple centers for disadvantaged youth/inner city ministries, military bases, and shelters for the homeless. She has performed before 20,000 at New Zealand’s Parachute Music Festival, joining Third Day’s Mac Powell for a powerful rendition of the duet, “God of Wonders,” has made many trips to Brooklyn, New York to minister at Teen Challenge, an organization founded by David Wilkerson to help the addicted, and has opened for a variety of artists including Third Day, Tammy Trent, Newsong, and Jaci Valasquez. Her passion to encourage and bring light and joy to people has been a motivating force in continuing her musical journey for over a decade. Stephanie currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband, Erik Rostad, daughter Scotlyn Naomi, and two fur children, Java and Edward. | |

| Search | Add | 5 | Kim Wickes | The last thing Kim Wickes saw with her own eyes was the flash of a bomb. Born in 1947 to a poor family in Korea, she was only 3 years old when Communist forces in the north began attacking their fellow Koreans in the south in 1950. When the first bomber roared over the family’s village in rural South Korea, Kim’s father told the family to lie flat on the ground and cover their faces. But Kim looked up just as a bomb exploded, and after that day, she could only see shadows and faint outlines. Read more at Billy Graham clink link below. | |

| Search | Add | 5 | JANUZART | Arjan Vergeer | Arjan Vergeer aka JANUZART is an artist from his hometown Rotterdam in the Netherlands. Most of his friends and family call him Januz, which is how the name “ JANUZART” came about. From an early age, Arjan has always loved to draw, which naturally led to his desire to learn to paint professionally. He started with traditional painting with acrylic and oil colours and graduated from the art school De Willem De Kooning Academy in 2001. Since then he has worked with many clients, mainly doing t-shirt designs, illustrations, Album artwork, murals, party decorations, tattoo designs, landscapes, character designs, album covers, posters and much more. His style is versatile, but always contains recognisable “ JANUZART elements” such as ornaments, bright colours and psychedelic patterns. His art is also very detailed and unique. In 2001, he won two design competitions that took him twice to the land of the rising sun, Japan. He travelled with a delegation to celebrate 400 years of trade relations between Japan and the Netherlands. Japan felt like home and he is keen to return there one day. Since then, Arjan has been heavily inspired by Japanese manga and pop culture, robots and mech art. |

Years after the band's reformation and her departure, she would embark on a solo career, which was not very long in terms of number of releases, but yielded two fantastic albums where she reinterprets classic songs by singers and bands such as [a4157173], [a6676910], Mingo & Rod Mayer , [a6192653], [a3180844] and [a6850604], [a903792], among others. | Search | Add | 5 | Banda Unió Musical De Torrent | Banda Unió Musical De Torrent | Spanish wind orchestra from Torrent (Valencia) founded in 1973 by [a6086302]. It was the joint of Asociación Musical “La Clásica” and Banda de Música “Patronato De Juventud Obrera”. Also Junior orquestra since 1982, string section and chorus section since 1995. |

| Search | Add | 5 | Bruce Munro | British artist Bruce Munro is best known for immersive large-scale light-based installations inspired largely by his interest in shared human experience. Recording ideas and images in sketchbooks has been his practice for over 30 years. By this means he has captured his responses to stimuli such as music, literature, science, and the world around him for reference, reflection, and subject matter. This tendency has been combined with a liking for components and an inventive urge for reuse, coupled with career training in manufacture of light. As a result Munro produces both monumental temporary experiential artworks as well as intimate story-pieces. | |

| Search | Add | 5 | Zainab Majid | Zainab Majid, was born in 1936 from a pakistani parentage. She was a student of Raffles Girls' School and was a nurse at the School Health Institute. In the mid 1950s, Zainab had participated in a local talentime and had won the first placing. Zainab who was capable in singing English and malay songs was also an expert in hindustani and tamil songs. She was then offered to make a recording to sing malay songs with the hindustani beat which was very popular in the 1950s. During the recordings, Zainab was accompanied by Ahmad Jaafar Orchestra and Ahmad Wan Yet Orchestra on different recording dates. Most of the songs that were recorded were mainly cover songs from the popular hindi films. It was believed that the lyrics were mostly written by the singer S.Hamid. Among her popular songs were Kau Dihatiku, Kechantikan and Kita Bersama. Zainab also sang duet with Razak Majid in songs such as Alam Impian and Penggoda Hati. Beside singging hindustani beat, Zainab also did a Rock n' Roll tune which called Siapa Dia. Soon she became the competitor with established singer like R.Azmi who was famous in singing the same genre. Competition was seen when both sang the same song called Sampaikan Salam. In the early 1960s, Zainab had joined the all chinese girls band called The Blue Belles. The group which was formed in 1959, decided to have another singer into the band. Zainab Majid will always be remembered of her part in contributing malay songs in hindustani tune in the mid 1950s. | |

He has spent half his life focusing his attention on the whole spectrum of electronic music, through the finest labels and the most exquisite artists, and ranging widely from IDM to field recordings. A true sound fetishist, his output is now based on the idea of representing abstract and complex sonic structures and textures. He uses an unending array of sources, including layerying of clicks and drones, dense tones sculptures, glitch-inspired rhythms, simple and melancholic melodies, intricate found sound-patterns and ultra-detailed textures to create a strange world of lush atmospheres and synaptic panoramas that is entirely his own. Continuing to explore and experiment like a sonic visionary, he has developed his own visceral way to craft these captivating and introspective abstractions. | Search | Add | 5 | Kradle | Hard Rock / Glam / Heavy Metal Band from Canada Location: Vancouver, British Columbia Kradle formed in 1982 and became known in '83 after opening for Blue Oyster Cult at the Pacific Coliseum in Vancouver. They played various sold out shows before finally getting offered a deal from Enigma Records. Due to bad management advice, the band turned it down convinced a better offer would come along. Kradle disbanded after lead singer Tod Anthony Larkin tragically drowned in a boat related accident in 1989. In 2002, three of Kradle's biggest die-hard fans (singer Jason Rodgers, guitarist Guy Mander and drummer Kevin Lovering) approached original bass player Steve Courchaine about wanting to re-form the band. Original guitarist and drummer Harry Degen and Claude Erfone had no interest without Larkin, but gave them their blessing. They played some gigs and recorded "Unleashed", a 9 song CD consisting of 6 old songs and 3 new ones written with the new lineup in 2003. | |
