Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 10/01/2024
Found 593861 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

Search | Add | 5 | Void Complet | Chog Burley | It's Guy Fawkes night on a beach under Waterloo Bridge and the tide is coming in. Thousands of people are dancing around bonfires at the last Reclaim the Beach party of the year. Fireworks arc over the Thames as Chog Burley cues up a tune he'd finished making just hours earlier. The fader comes up as the rain begins to fall. Void Complet is the new production project from London-based architect and animator Chog Burley. Sometimes dark, often emotional, always bass heavy, Void Complet's synth driven house and techno is made for letting go. Haunting minimalism, an upfront acid banger or a stripped down groove that becomes your whole world as the rain falls on the most unlikely of beaches. |

Search | Add | 5 | Shayan Regan | Based in the UK, Shayan Regan is a singer/songwriter most known for his unique style, channeling his influences into the creation of his music. From a young age, he found solace in a variety of songwriters particularly focusing on genres such as pop, singer/songwriter, acoustic and folk, which contributed to him shaping his own identity as a vocalist. At 22, Shayan presents a passion for musical artistry, and a love for storytelling. His individuality carries through his music, and is particularly demonstrated in his debut album, 'a poison with an aftertaste'. His style is that of an organic, acoustic and a very personal stripped back ambience, and his attention to detail sets him apart. His songs hold its own story, allowing audiences to identify and connect with him on a personal level. His influences reign wide due to his true love of all music. A natural talent for the expression of raw emotion through his music, captivating the listener on a journey from beginning to end.

The Oklahoma duo, consisting of Robert Maxwell Case on electric guitar and vocals and his wife Susie on continental combo organ, offers up a modern take on the cinematic instrumental and vocal styles of the late 1950's through the early 1970's. Robert has been a journeyman solo entertainer all of his working life. He met Susie during his ten years performing in Branson, MO. In 2014 she began playing keyboard behind his guitar and vocals and the duo of A Little Farther West was born. Search | Add | 5 | Charlie Dick | Charlie Dick, the widower of country legend [a227842]. Throughout his life, Dick worked to preserve the legacy of Cline — who died in a plane crash on March 5th, 1963, at age 30 — as one of the most influential singers in country music. In 1980, the Loretta Lynn biopic Coal Miner's Daughter renewed interest in the "Crazy" singer and her catalog. Five years later, Jessica Lange portrayed the singer in Sweet Dreams, with actor Ed Harris playing Charlie Dick. The real Charlie critized the film for some of its glaring discrepancies. He would continue to be an active participant and advisor in Cline documentaries and other projects throughout his life. While Cline was alive, Dick worked at a printing shop in Nashville and also served as his wife's road manager. Charlie Dick, a man who was very much responsible for helping to keep to artistic legacy of his late wife intact over the years, died in his sleep Sunday morning (Nov. 8, 2015). He was 81.

Search | Add | 5 | Tiny Hueman | iny Hueman is a five piece indie rock band from Philadelphia, PA. The group was initially formed in December, 2016 by Dustin Miller and Richie Hollahan, while the two began writing music in Hollahan’s basement during the cold winter months. After self-recording and releasing their demo ‘Growing Bones’, Miller and Hollahan quickly realized they had something special going, and decided to book time at the Headroom Studios in Philadelphia (Hop Along, Kississippi, The Districts). After writing five songs, they enlisted Dustin’s cousin Kevin to play drums on what would become their studio debut ‘Shallow’. The band performed on Philly’s largest FM alt-rock station, Radio 104.5 on the day of Shallow’s release, and has continually played the north east (Philly, Brooklyn) to packed crowds. In June 2017, the band officially added three new members - Kevin Miller, Vinny Vaccaro, and Josh Halberstadt to solidify their lineup. Tiny Hueman has since recorded their sophomore EP ‘Drift’ at The Headroom Studios, engineered/produced by Kyle Pulley of Thin Lips, released on November 24, 2017.

Search | Add | 5 | C.N.T. De España En El Exilio | The Confederación Nacional del Trabajo (English: National Confederation of Labour; CNT) is a Spanish confederation of anarcho-syndicalist labour unions, which was long affiliated with the International Workers' Association (AIT). When working with the latter group it was also known as CNT-AIT. Historically, the CNT has also been affiliated with the Federación Anarquista Ibérica (English: Iberian Anarchist Federation); thus, it has also been referred to as the CNT-FAI. Throughout its history, it has played a major role in the Spanish labor movement. Founded in 1910 in Barcelona from groups brought together by the trade union Solidaridad Obrera, it significantly expanded the role of anarchism in Spain, which can be traced to the creation of the Federación de Trabajadores de la Región Española, the successor organization to the Spanish chapter of the IWA. Despite several decades when the organization was illegal in Spain, today the CNT continues to participate in the Spanish worker's movement, focusing its efforts on the principles of workers' self-management, federalism, and mutual aid.

Search | Add | 5 | The Three Strangers | The Three Strangers was a South Philadelphia group that had been in a studio several times prior to this under a variety of names. Salome (pronounced Sah-loam) Bey (not to be confused with a female singer of the same name from the Bey Sisters), Ike Smith, Melvin Wright, Heywood Royster, and John “Buck” McLaughlin formed the Daytons, named after a popular style of shoe, when they were attending Barrett Junior High School. They debuted on the local Norgolde imprint (best known for the Revels’ “Midnight Stroll”) in 1959 with the doo-wop ballad “King Of Broken Hearts” and a rocking “Friday Better Come.” They pared it down to Salome, Melvin, and Ike when they cut “He’s A Bum” and “Hi Diddle Diddle” for producers John Madara and David White in the autumn of 1964 as the Three Jokers. The single was issued on Mercury before year’s end. The Three Strangers name came when the trio hooked up with producers Leroy Lovett and Frank Bendinelli to release a very Impressions-influenced ballad, “I’ll Be Alright,” and “Little Boy Blue” (both co-penned by Huff) in early ’66 on ABC-Paramount. Gamble and Huff wrote and produced a delightful throwback for the trio at Frantic, Arctic's subsidiary label. Bey moved to Chester, Pennsylvania in ’71, and in 1976 launched the Eastern Standard Band, which performed on the casino circuit for decades. Versatility remained his motto until his passing a few years ago. “In recent years, he was in a reggae-based group, and then after that he was doing Nat King Cole tribute show,” according to Philly guitarist Bobby Eli.

From 1929 to 1954, Dr. Eisenstein taught music education and the history of Jewish music at Jewish Theological Seminary's Teacher's Institute (now known as the Albert A. While there she published a Jewish songbook for children, "Gateway to Jewish Song," which was followed by other books of Jewish music and musical history for young people. From 1942 to 1974, she wrote seven cantatas on Jewish themes, among them the frequently performed, "What Is Torah," which she wrote with her husband, Rabbi Ira Eisenstein.
