Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 30/03/2026
Found 621899 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 9 | The Easy Aces Five | Easy Aces | The group's leader, fiddler William (Bill) Boychuk, formed the band in the 1940s or 1950s. Based in the Canadian province of Alberta, they played thousands of weddings, dances, anniversaries, and house parties. They ceased performing in the late 1960s, when Bill relocated to the province of British Columbia. The group recorded over 102 original Ukrainian selections: fifteen 78 rpm records, two 45 rpm records, and five LP records on the Stinson, Arrex, DSF, Heritage, and V-Records labels. Some selections featured a full band and others reverted to the traditional instrumentation for a village wedding band: violin, tsymbaly, and drum. The band's 1955 recording of "The Early Bird of Spring" was used for many years as the theme song for CFCW Radio's Ukrainian Hour program (based in the city of Edmonton, Alberta). |

| Search | Add | 9 | Jazzlib | Taking it back to that real hip hop you gotta touch and feel. The pure essence of droppin' science. Jazzlib, tribe of the Sun. "Jazzlib embodies the values of nature, creativity, one-ness, funk, soul, expression, spontaneity and all-happening. Experiencing the worldly expressions as beautiful flowers that resemble sea urchin barb. It was a mistake that would rule them all because it was the only one that tried." ~Charlie Wellington Cumbersworth the 3rd The Jazzlib is about having fun and reuniting the elements of hip hop that aren't as well integrated these days: MCing, DJing, BBoying and Graff Writting. In the eyes of the Jazzlibs, what's lacking will not be found by changing the music and replicating the golden age, instead it will be found by changing the culture. When the culture supports, promotes and internalizes the values of what Hip-Hop really is (peace, love, unity, respect, having fun) The community attains a level of collective Be-Ness (the ability to be) and the second wave of the golden age will begin. These values constitute a communal environment of infinite creative potential where anything is possible beyond your wildest dreams. The Jazzlib call this place Slumberland and indulge deep into its mystery on their incredibly produced hit track "Jazzlibs In Slumberland" off of their What It Shall Be EP. With this love and acceptance woven into the threading of our culture, mistakes are allowed and become encouraged. The Jazzlib movement states "The greatest threat to creativity in any circumstance is the fear of "making a mistake" and that couldn't be any more true. Its a silly thing to think that something is wrong just because we don't have the means to understand it yet at that moment. This is where the next Jazzlib value enters the spotlight. "Nonsense". Our intellectual understanding of reality is born from symbols/words. Our intellectual understanding of reality is not prescriptive, it is descriptive just as language is. Just as language comes into creation and evolves to describe the infinite so does our culture evolve in the same way. Creation originates as nothing more than an awareness that no words are able to describe, a realization unrecognizable by the mind. A mystery that hides itself in the non-sensory realm because that's where it prefers to be. When nonsense is practiced new methods of understanding are developed and mistakes then become the greatest of creations. | |

| Search | Add | 9 | Goatamentise | Death metal / Hardcore band from Bronx, New York formed in 1993 by current vocalist Barry Ruiz. Combining his love of deathmetal & hardcore music into a blend called “Deathcore” or “New York Deathcore”, ahead of its time then and now considered an established genre in its own right. However, the “NYDC” sound Goatamentise created remains true to each of the elements it takes from. Opening for well known national & regional acts, Goatamentise established itself quickly in the early 90's. After many lineup changes in the late 90's early 2000's and eventual split up in 2007, a decision was made in 2019 to return. 2023 marked it's 30th non consecutive year as a band and is now working on NEW music for a new album. | |

Formed in Seattle, Washington on the US west coast by Hawk Björn (originally from Sweden) and John Utter (a Washingtonian, also of Scandinavian heritage), bounce the ocean initially caught the attention of Hollywood film producers Rick Stevenson and Robert Redford who wanted to include several of their pop songs in their Patrick Dempsey, Jennifer Connelly movie called "Some Girld" MGM 1989. Hawk and John continued to write songs together and were subsequently discovered and signed by Private Music/BMG, a small new age LA record label venturing into the world of pop music by signing artists like Jennifer Warnes, Taj Mahal and Ringo Starr. Their debut album was released worldwide in 1992 by Private Music/BMG. Mainly recorded in Seattle and LA, their self-titled record includes heavy focus on harmony vocals produced by Grammy Award-winning Steve Berlin (Los Lobos) and Michael Omartian with help from Glen Ballard. The album yielded a Billboard-charting single in “Throw It All Away” and a significant radio hit with “Wasting My Time”, selling over a quarter-million copies and featured on multiple “Gold” collections released by BMG in 1994 and Island Records in 1995. Contributing musicians on the album include Michael Thompson, Greg Leisz, Steve Berlin, Andy Kravitz and Tim Lerch. In 2023, bounce the ocean returned with a collection of never-before-released mixes of favorite bounce the ocean songs including “It Just Gets Better” and “Wasting My Time” as well as unheard demos featuring legendary Andrew Gold (“Thank You for Being a Friend”) and a never before heard track, “First I’ll Take You” – a snappy danceable powerpop song featuring world-renowned drummer Kenny Aronoff (John Cougar Mellencamp), Neil Stubenhaus on bass, Randy Waldman’s blistering grand piano solo and Jerry Hey’s classic horn section, produced by Grammy Award-winning musician and songwriter, Clif Magness. | |

| Search | Add | 9 | DJ Losь | Igor Alekseevish | IgorAlekseevish начал карьеру ди-джея в 1998 году. Как и большинство ди-джеев в ту пору играл Pumping & Progressive House (Скала… Пещера Классик… Zet). |

| Search | Add | 9 | Han Epskamp | Han Epskamp | Life-work is a musical project founded by Dutch songwriter Han Epskamp, the name coming from songwriting being his life's work and also stating that the topics of the songs deal with life in general. When producer Tim Ellis asked him late 2009 if he could use some help on the production of his songs it resulted in the first recording, the ballad 'Wonder where you are' with soprano Karen Orchin. Han liked her voice so much that she recorded a second song: 'My heart', which was remixed by Pete Hammond and got to number 4 in the Euro-HiNRG Top 50 club chart in October 2010. Afterwards 'Wonder where you are' was also remixed by Pete Hammond in a dance version and got to number 2 in the Euro-HiNRG Top 50 club chart in February 2011. 'You won't see my tears' then was especially written for Karen's voice, reaching Music Week's Commercial Pop Club Chart at 25 in September 2011. The fourth single 'Lost in Time' followed and now the fifth production is ready: 'Woman of Secrets'. The Club Junkies Club Mix already entered the 21st position in the Euro-HiNRG Top 50 club chart even before it's release. Last year the reggae track 'Dolce Far Niente'was released. Currently Life-work is preparing an album. |

He served in Serbian army during the First World War first as a drummer and later as a zither player in the military orchestra. The Serbian army retreated to the South through Albania and the troops have been stationed on the Greek island Corfu. In 1916 Đorđe Marinković composed a nostalgic and Serb nationalistic song "Tamo daleko" that became very popular not only amongst Serb but also among other soldiers on the Thessaloniki front and was rendered into many languages, English title is "Far away over there", French "Au loin, au loin sur Corfu", Czech and Slovak "Tam v dali". The song became an unofficial hymn of Serbs and it is a common believe that it is a traditional one. After the WWI Marinković got the scholarship from the King Peter I personally and moved to France in 1920. In Paris 1922 he copyrighted the composition and lyrics for the song "Tamo daleko" worldwide, the fact officially acknowledged not untill 2008. Đorđe Marinković has got some recordings under the alias Georges Mariel. He died 1977 in Paris. |

After her first band [a=Sensei] was fizzling out in 2015 (disbanded in 2016), she picked up the bass for [a=The Pucumber Sasssquash Family Band] while their bass player Annie was away. After Annie returned, she then joined a local choir called [a=Earth, Wind & Choir]. | Search | Add | 9 | 陈金浪 | 陈忠诚 | Chen Jin Lang (Chinese: 陈金浪; pinyin: Chén Jīn Làng; 12 February 1961– 25 July 2006) was a Singapore 'getai' songwriter legend and King of Hokkien pop. Chen Jin Lang became a nightclub singer at age 9 to supplement the family income. At 16, he released his first Hokkien album. He would go on to release 80 more in Hokkien and Mandarin in his 36-year career. Regarded as the king of Hokkien pop here, he used to be a host at least 20 getai shows and sang at about 80 during the annual Hungry Ghost Festival. He was also a bachelor, and a bankrupt. In 2004, he filed for bankruptcy after his business - producing shows for Taiwanese stars - went bust. He was jailed in 2005 for four months for leaving Singapore without permission despite being a bankrupt. He was released in March for good behaviour. Returning to entertainment, he drew 10,000 fans to two sold-out shows. He was diagnosed with fourth-stage colon cancer in 2005, but he continued to perform to pay for his medical bills. He died of colon cancer on 25 July 2006, which is coincidentally the 1st day of the seventh lunar month, believed by the Chinese as the month of the Hungry Ghost Festival. |
