Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 16/12/2025
Found 617983 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 3 | Fruit₂o5 | Fruit205 (stylized most often as Fruit2o5, Fruit₂o5) is an LA-based hip-hop and electronic duo(?). The group formed in late 2016 on a cold winter day on the way to Stop & Shop, when Fruit₂o5's debut album "Glock Tower 43" (earning outstanding reviews). Later on, in 2017, the duo released an live acid techno-based EP made on an Arturia Beatstep, featuring two parts of one song, and a remix. This EP met great reception. Fruit₂o5 met conflict when both members had different interests and more-or-less splientered. The main producer for Glock Tower 43 felt frustrated after feeling as though the vocalist from was not taking the group's future and music seriously enough (and rather floundering about). The Soundcloud-exclusive single, "Shiizua", was made shortly thereafter, the first track featuring the vocalist from Glock Tower 43 showing off his production skills, and the second creating an ambient soundscape with a replacement guest-vocalist. This was a last cry towards the vocalist to make something like Fruit₂o5 once so merrily did. This single was to no avail, with no attention from critics. After realizing that the vocalist put no effort into their part, the producer decided to release an 8 minute extravaganzic single in secret, titled "Hot Tang Skeleton Xylobhone Marimba Jig Time" (referred to as "hot tang skelebones xylophone show jive (1)" on the Bandcamp release). This single is what many may consider the peak of Fruit₂o5, as it ushered in a new wave of fans, and opened another world of sound. The future of Fruit₂o5 is unclear; Will it remain a duo? Will it branch out beyond electronic and hip hop genres? Will new members join? Although those questions cannot be answered, it can be assured that Fruit₂o5 will continue to release music for times to come. "We are watching you. We are helping you. We are Fruit₂o5." | |

He was born on November 16, 1980, and took up drums at age 8 after hearing drummer Lester Grant playing at Pilgrim United Church of Christ, which Quinerly attended with his family. Quinerly attended the High School of the Performing and Visual Arts and went on to attend the Mannes School of Music at New School University in New York where he got to study with three great drummers: Jimmy Cobb, Lewis Nash, and Kenny Washington. From the start, Quinerly was less interested in becoming the next traps phenomenon than developing into a complete artist whose skills as a composer and arranger were fully integrated into his prowess at the traps. He went on to earn his Master’s in Jazz Studies at Juilliard, after which this “conscientious jazz drummer with a nimble and approachable style” (New York Times) played with such leading artists as Wynton and Branford Marsalis. With saxophonist Marcus Strickland, he played and lectured as part of Jazz at Lincoln Center’s Jazz in the Schools program. In the fall of 2017 he returned to Juilliard as an adjunct professor. | |

| Search | Add | 3 | Kelly Fraser | Kelly Amaujaq Fraser | Kelly Fraser is a Canadian Inuk pop singer and songwriter (August 8th, 1993 - December 24th, 2019), with broad influences spanning from hip-hop and EDM, to folk, traditional, blues, rock 'n' roll, and soul. Her second album, Sedna, received a Juno Award nomination for Indigenous Music Album of the Year at the Juno Awards of 2018. Kelly was awarded the Indspire prize, in 2019, in honor of her work with the Nunavut Hitmakerz; a group she co-founded with producer Thor Simonsen on a mission to travel around Nunavut and beyond, empowering local communities and cultural traditions by hosting songwriting/recording workshops. These events often included a feast of traditional foods, lessons in Inuktitut song forms, help with fundraising including cash prizes for talent show winners, free concerts, and ultimately a gift for the communities involved, of a portable recording studio, so that these Inuit communities can continue to carry on this work after the event is over. Kelly is known for her powerful voice, not only as a singer but also as an advocate for her people. Fierce and yet also fiercely supportive, she was proud to say that she makes music for all people, while being equally unafraid to speak uncomfortable truths in defense of Inuit and First Nations peoples. Nevertheless this "North Star" (as she is depicted in the French documentary "L'Etoile Polaire" from 2016) seems to have melted hearts everywhere she went, and she is remembered for her "incredible kindness" and her listening compassionate ear, as much as for her unwavering bravery and willingness to confront difficult social themes. Kelly performs her own original songs in both the Inuktitut and English language, but with a special gift also for translating famous pop songs into her native tongue. In addition to singing lead vocals and composing her first songs with her band Kelly Fraser and the Easy Four while still only in her teenage years, she also played bass in the band and was inspired to learn guitar at a very young age after watching the film Freaky Friday from 2003. Her self-expression as an artist began even earlier, as she describes in her Moment of Truth interview with David Moses: "I was 10 years old when I started writing poems. And these weren't--these weren't fun poems, these were very depressed poems. At 10 years old, why would I be writing poems that are very depressing? Well, unfortunately after we've gotten assimilated, we've gotten colonized, I felt the after-effects of the residential schools, the dog-sled slaughter, the TB epidemics... So, growing up... I felt everyone's pain, and I think that's what all artists feel; is they absorb everyone's feelings, and so I started using an outlet of writing." She began playing guitar a year or so later, and would soon be interweaving modern forms of popular music with traditional Inuit music forms in increasingly innovative ways; utilizing traditions such as throat-singing and the qilauti (a hand-held drum often accompanied by drum dances). The song "Immamiit" (meaning "In the Water") from her album Sedna features the qilauti prominently, and the album itself is named after the Inuit creation myth of the goddess Sedna (also known as "Nuliajuk" in Inuktitut). The story of Sedna is very sacred to Inuit and Nuliajuk was worshiped widely as the goddess of the Sea, who gave birth to humanity as we know it, long before Christian missionaries arrived and forbid the practice of traditional indigenous beliefs. Kelly felt it was important to restore this sacred connection to the spirit of her people, and in her performances of the song "Sedna" she channels Nuliajuk onstage, often dressing in her honor, and embodying her story. In an interview for CBC's Unreserved, Kelly elaborated on this relationship, saying "I feel a very deep connection with her through trauma and through the determination to keep going." Born in Igloolik, her family later moved to Sanikiluaq, Nunavut where she grew up in a small arctic island community of only just about 900 people. Fraser first attracted widespread attention in 2013 with a series of Inuktitut-language covers of pop songs, most notably Rihanna's "Diamonds," which has since drawn over 1.1 Million views on youtube from all over the world. She released her debut album, Isuma (meaning "Think" in Inuktitut), with her band in 2014, combining contemporary pop with traditional Inuit music. The title track--the music video for which has now gained over 160K views and counting--was originally written when she was only 15 years old. Inuit culture and awareness of present-day issues and Inuit rights; many of these themes feature heavily in her music. Sadly, at the age of 26, Kelly passed away in December of 2019. Kelly believed deeply in the power of music, art, and dialogue to bring about healing and was working on an album titled "Decolonize" at the time of her passing; an album she hoped would help to mend the inter-generational trauma resulting from the brutal history of Canada's colonization of Inuit lands (among other nations)--a history more recent than most of us are aware--which has greatly affected her people. A very intuitive and spiritual artist, rooted in her land and her community, she knew all too well that wounds need attention in order to heal. She gave herself bravely to this cause, with an openness and honesty rare in our world, and her legacy very much lives on through the hearts and minds of those her work continues to touch. A short documentary titled "Inuit singer-songwriter Kelly Fraser | Fight for the Rights" was released by CBC in September of 2018 documenting her struggles and triumphs. On December 24, 2019, Kelly passed away in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Her cause of death has been attributed to suicide. According to her family, she had suffered through "childhood traumas, racism and persistent cyberbullying". Several candlelight vigils in her honor were held at The Forks on January 4th, 2020...with memorial gatherings drawing hundreds of people to celebrate her life and gifts, and tributes pouring in from all over the world. Despite the tragedy of her passing, she is remembered as "a bright light" and "a beacon of hope." Commenting on her legacy, friend and producer Thor Simonsen further affirmed, "Her impact as an advocate is going to be felt for years." A statement given by her family reads, "Kelly gave so much of herself to help others... She was fiercely open with her fans in the hopes that sharing her struggles might help them know they were not alone. Kelly fought so hard to be well. We know that she would want us all to continue to do our very best to take care of ourselves." |

Baerhard | Bæhard was born in Naples in the mid-70s, spent his adolescence playing with mixers and decks, in the mid-90s he decided to start producing his own music with an atari 1200st. As a boy he loves Techno music. In the early 90's he listens to a lot of reggae music and it is almost by chance that he discovers the dub, which he loves immediately. Techno and Dub thus become a living reason for him, so labels like Basic Channel become his point of reference. So he unites his two greatest loves. He does not like to be seen in public, he does not like performing live or performing DJ sets, he loves the sea is the island of Ischia. |

| Search | Add | 3 | Bob Livorio | A favorite radio show of Pittsburghers for 36 years was the “Saturday Morning Listening Habit” that was hosted by Bob Livorio on WKPA. Beginning on the air in the late 1950's Livorio was one of the first Pittsburgh area DJs to play R&B and "Doo Wop" which was then categorized as "race music".' "Of the hundreds of radio personalities who have passed through the Pittsburgh market in 85 years of radio, few make an impact, The Valley has in Bob Livorio at least one of a handful of radio legends that shaped the way we grew up listening to the radio - as a companion, a friend." Ron Antill WISH program director (Tribune Review Interview 2005) Livorio's show was so popular in 1961 that students from three high schools demanded Kennywood Park to play Bob's show over the park's loud speakers. They did not want to miss Bob's show while they were at their school picnics. Bob Livorio went on the air for the first time 1957. Radio and music were his passions. Bob moonlighted as a radio DJ on WKPA for three hours each Saturday morning. He worked full time as an advertising salesman for the New Kensington, Pa newspaper the Daily Dispatch . Bob played a mix of rock and ballads on his programs. "Psycho" by the Sonics and "Surfer Joe"/"Wipeout" by the Surfaris were two garage rock classics that he introduced on his show. Among his favorite ballads were I Only Have Eyes For You" by the Flamingos, "Forever" by the Marvelettes, and "Angel Baby" by Rosie & the Originals. Tommy James credits Bob as one of the DJs who broke the hit single Hanky Panky. Lovorio also supported the music of Pittsburgh artists. During the British Invasion years in the early 1960s he played the recordings of the Fenways, the Arondales, the Racket Squad, the Skyliners, and the Vogues. A WKPA advertisement highlighted the sounds of the Bob Livorio Show listing the songs High on a Hill, 69, Every Day's a Holiday, Please Love Me Forever, Stop Pretending, Lover's Island, and more. Listeners sent Bob hundreds of request letters each week. On Friday nights Bob gathered his wife and children in his living room. Together they read and sorted the requests. Bob picked his playlist forms from the requests and read the requestor's names on the air on Saturdays. Bob dedicated songs to his listeners. On weekend nights Lovorio spun records for his teenage fans at dances at Henry's in Tarentum, the New Kensington YMCA , the Birdville Fire Hall in Natrona Heights, and school sock hops. | |

| Search | Add | 3 | Neal Kay | British heavy metal/hard rock DJ, producer, live sound engineer and concert promoter (b. 10 February 1950). Neal Kay was one of the forefathers of the New Wave of British Heavy Metal (NWOBHM) movement alongside [a=Tommy Vance] and [a=Geoff Barton]. From 1975 to 1980, Neal Kay, who has been DJ'ing at London youth clubs since the mid-sixties, managed a venue called "The Bandwagon Heavy Metal Soundhouse," originally in the back room of the Prince of Wales public house in Kingsbury, North London. With one of the city's loudest club PA sound systems (8 kW JBL/Martin speakers) and Kay's passion for hard-n-heavy music, the Bandwagon soon became the main center of attraction for metalheads. In August 1978, Neal Kay invited [a=Geoff Barton], a deputy editor of Sounds, England's leading music newspaper, to attend one of his Bandwagon nights. Barton was surprised to see a metal scene alive and blossoming in the era when punk seemingly dominated the mainstream. Sounds soon began publishing a weekly Heavy Metal chart, solely based on Kay's DJ requests at Bandwagon and featuring mainly pre-punk era bands: [a=UFO (5)], [a=Rush], [a=Scorpions], [a=Rainbow], etc. Other periodicals that covered the new underground movement included [l=Melody Maker]. In November '78, [a=Tommy Vance] launched his new radio program, "Friday Rock Show," on [l=BBC], also dedicated to heavy metal/hard-rock repertoire. In May 1979, Neal Kay organized a historical concert for [a=Angel Witch], [a=Iron Maiden], and [a=Samson (3)] at [l=The Music Machine] in London. Geoff Barton reviewed the event with a centerfold article in Sounds titled: "If You Want Blood (and Flashbombs and Dry Ice and Confetti) You Got It." Barton's boss and Sounds editor-in-chief, [a=Alan Lewis (2)], penned the ironic subtitle for the piece: "The New Wave Of British Heavy Metal: first in an occasional series by Deaf Barton;" and that's how a catchy NWOBHM term was born. With the media exposure and highly-publicized new "movement," Neal Kay became one of the UK's first high-caliber rock/metal DJs. He toured with [a=Black Sabbath], [a=Ronnie James Dio], [a=AC/DC], [a=Judas Priest], [a=Ted Nugent], [a=Motörhead] and other prominent acts, playing sets at venues from [l=Rainbow Theatre London] to [l=Hammersmith Odeon]. Kay participated in compiling and producing demo tapes for new unsigned bands at [l=Spaceward Studios] in Cambridge: [a=Saxon], [a=Praying Mantis (3)], Apocalypse and [a=Iron Maiden] (which soon landed a contract with [l=EMI], partially due to Neal Kay's efforts). In 1980, the label released [m=150039] LP compilation with an assortment of Soundhouse demos; Neal wrote liner notes and helped to compile the release. The same year, he appeared as an MC at the inaugural [l=Monsters Of Rock Festival]. During his Japanese tour with members of Praying Mantis, ex-Iron Maiden, and [a=The Sweet], Neal Kay arranged a collaboration with [l=Pony Canyon] label, resulting in the release of [r=13753360] CD compilation. | |

Current line-up band Filip Košnik - Vocals (2008-present) Klemen Govekar - Guitars (2007-present) Martin Jagodić - Guitars (2009-present) Vid Pobegajlo - Bass (2015-present) Rok Lukavečki - Drums (2015-present) Biography Armaroth is known to the masses as a five-headed acid spitting death metal entity residing underneath Kranj, Slovenia. Formed in 2008, this act has already established itself as one of the most promising bands to come from the region, a claim that they have supported with numerous raging shows in their home country. After their Burning Execution Demo (2010) showed signs of things yet to come, Armaroth released their EP titled False Vision in 2013, which was (and still is) held in very high regard by fans and reviewers alike. In fall 2015, Vid Pobegajlo joined and Rok Lučavečki joined as bassist and drummer. With the new lineup, the band released singles Diamox and Deep Of Throats, announcing heabiliy anticipated debut album ZENITH. The LP was released in December 2016 and gained very positive reviews, which labeled it as an excellent and innovative piece of art. The stage is the place where the band really comes alive and fulfills its full potential as a force intoxicating, seducing and ultimately obliterating every last man present. Armed with a war machine of a rhythm section, riffs that take the term "brutal badass death metal" to a new level, guttural vocals and an enormous stage presence, Armaroth are a force to be reckoned with. |

| Search | Add | 3 | Mysterell | Rock group from Italy. mysterell Welcome to Mr. Mysterell … In 1997 and 1998 the danish AOR group Pangea released the albums “The First” & “Manchild”. Two albums in the AOR vein with a heavy touch. No doubt that the guitarist and leadsinger from this group Torben Lysholm had a unique voice and his talent on the guitar is among the best. The group had a great success in Japan, and in the beginning of 2000 they re-formed the group with new members and went into the studio to records songs to their 3rd album. The 3rd album has been recorded, but currently it hasnt´t been signed to any label yet, and Pangea is also adding a new frontman to the group, after Torben Lysholm decided to work with his own project called “Mysterell”. With Mysterell Torben Lysholm heads more at the musicstyle that we knows from legendary AOR bands such as Giant etc. Great AOR music with touch of west coast. Late 2004 the italian label Frontiers Records signed the project and now the album is released. This album has many highlights and the opening song “Don´t Ever Stop” take you to a music trip that don´t stop at all, with well written songs and a production that is handled great by Mr. Mysterell. Beside his solocareer Torben Lysholm is also working as a producer and songwriter, and in 2005 there will be some interesting project from his side. | |
