Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 05/01/2026
Found 619583 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 7 | Grupo Illiniza | Grupo illiniza (also known as illiniza) is a cultural association from Ecuador centered in Popular Latin American music since 1979. It has been recognized as one of the most influential musical ensembles in the country. Grupo illiniza was established in 1979 in Quito city and debuted on TV by winning a national music contest. The ensemble was created with the idea of culturally linking and preserving the different nationalities and music of the communities that make up Latin America. It all began at the Instituto Nacional Mejía of Quito, a high school made up of city youth, some of whom were quite concerned about the reality of the time, and wanted to do something proactively in order to change things and influence people in a positive way. To talk about Latin America, its music and traditions, means speaking about its cultural identity. Only by getting closer to those communities that still preserve the roots of their nationhood and engaging with their different cultural manifestations (i.e. song, music, dance, art), can we begin to understand the reasons for their behavior, assess their roles in history and their struggles to preserve a millenarian, multicultural heritage that has defied the incessant alienation to which it has been subjected. Grupo illiniza has performed on stage next to musicians and dancing ensembles from Latin America, North America, Europe and Asia such as Inti-Illimani, Joan Manuel Serrat, Luis Eduardo Aute, Mercedes Sosa, Silvio Rodríguez, León Gieco, The Moscow Ballet, Piero De Benedictis, Alex Alvear, Los Olimareños, Los Visconti, Tito Fernández, Illapu, Gabino Palomares, Los Folkloristas, Pete Seeger, Holly Near, Bernice Johnson Reagon, Sweet Honey in the Rock, Vicente Feliú, Tania Libertad, Quinteto Tiempo, Manuel Capella, Grupo Raiz, Noel Nicola, Kosetsu Minami, Adrian Goizueta, Pueblo Nuevo, Jaime Guevara, Roy Brown, Carlos Díaz "Caíto", Luis Enrique Mejía Godoy, among others. The members of the group are generally invited to tour European or American countries with the purpose of sharing their repertoire which is varied and elaborate, demonstrating instrumental and vocal virtuosity in festivals and concerts that include performing genres such as fusion, world music, folk, Latin, trova, Afro Caribbean, Andean, Brazilian, and nueva canción, among others. In 2010 Grupo illiniza received several Awards in a national music composition contest entitled Canción de los Andes which is organized yearly by the Education Ministry of Ecuador. The categories include Innovation of Musical Genre and Execution of musical instruments. Throughout its long musical career spanning over 30 years, the Association has received several National and International awards as well as distinctions including trophies, gold and silver medals, certifications in European as well as American music and dance competitions, festivals and concert performances. They have also been awarded the prestigious title Ambassadors of Art and Friendship in Belgium. Two books and other publications cite Grupo illiniza as a reference in various musical genres. These include Andean Music and Ecuadorian Musical Groups. Grupo illiniza has been recognized by respected musicologists like director and musical composer Julio Bueno as being one of the most important representative groups of Ecuador's popular music. | |

| Search | Add | 7 | Mike Okri | Mike Okri stormed the Nigerian music scene in 1988 with his chart-busting debut LP, Concert Fever. The singer who belonged to the Nigerian pop generation of Dizzy K Falola, Felyx and Mozyx, Alex O, Alex Zitto and Chris Mba, almost immediately changed the general tone of Nigerian pop music and was hailed as a fresh sound. The album produced by veteran Laolu Akins, spawned the evergreen hit singles Omoge – an ode to the ‘dangerous’ new breed of Lagos women – and Time Na Money, which preached the necessity of time management and planning. Other songs of the album include Orin Tun Tun, No more brother, Let your love show and Ayeme. Following the success of the album, Okri soon emerged the hottest new act of the 90s whose appeal cut across all tribes and age. | |

| Search | Add | 7 | Scott Nussman | "The context of all art and sound I create is based on my beliefs, feelings, and visual perceptions at the moment it was created. The modern world is filled with too many people who take a variety of things at face value or interpret it in opposition for the sake of attention or a desire to control. Growing up in the 90s and seeing people holding demonstrations calling for the censorship of music during the same time as the Watts riots and Rodney King beating, I was dramatically impacted in regards to my feelings on censorship in general. Creative freedom through sound is one of the last bastions of free speech. Instead of placing blame on the influence of personal or group creative expression, the sickness in our society is what needs to be addressed. Much of my noise and music unapologetically puts forth the darkest aspects of society's underbelly and the impact it has had on me in order to both vent and express my disgust and disappointment. I especially use noise as my outlet for negativity so that I can go throughout life without reflecting that negativity on others or becoming a miserable person. I appreciate everyone who continues to support me. I realize how fortunate and blessed I am every single day. I have so much past and present music I will make available very soon. The newer music and noise that I have started making and have planned ranges in the type of sound. I am in the best place I have ever been in my life. Finally, my dreams are backed with the actions and plans to make them a reality. Sometimes, realizations and changes in habits take years as they did in my case. Every day I am grateful for the events, people, authors, and musicians who continue to inspire me to be better every day. I hope that the newer music I will be releasing later this year will be something that more people can relate to. My music has never had aspects of selflessness until this year. I have never felt the amount of joy and the chills from songwriting that I have experienced in just the past month." - Scott Nussman - 2/18/2022 | |

Tokom *93. Johanbeen snima tri albuma "Sam u borbi protiv dosade, What seems to be trouble, gentleman i Chaossex in monkey division".Te godine se i ustaljuje postava od tri verna člana, tri Johanbeen-a (Kita, Krcko, Fritz). Johanbeen zauzima kurs od kojeg nema odstupanja. Slede godine zeza, svirki i Johanbeenovanja. Sve albume izdaju samostalno u produkciji Siphilis tapes-a. RIP Kita

Its beginning dates back to 2014, where three friends who had known each other since the late '90s, united by the love of Hardcore Techno and the gabber movement, decided to create a musical group, contributing their musical knowledge through different elements and instruments. Rave Kommando was born from 3 restless minds that opt for the most underground, dark and industrial sound, covering practically all the bpm of the Hardcore genre. R.K.'s musical productions often contain messages against all existing politics and the established system, as well as mocking the current electronic music scene and those fake characters who call themselves "artists".On April 26, 2014 they debuted in a venue called Cosmik (Tarragona / Spain) performing their first live act, which was well received by the audience. "Remixes" (a release with some remixes of producers from different countries over the world, Rave Kommando DJ and main producer, Jordi (Darkinox), decided to leave the band to focus on his projects as an individual artist with their different aliases. That's when Rave Kommando contacted the DJ and producer [a=Hexanite] to continue the joint project .In December 2024, R3stless decided to leave the Rave Kommando project and the DJ world to focus musically on a Spanish reggae band for which he plays keyboards, specializing in instruments like the Hammond organ. It was then that Alpha 7 contacted the Spanish duo [a=Degenerated (3)] to continue the project unti today...

| Search | Add | 7 | Mortality Tables | “In an effort to circumvent our unalterable mortality, we create. We make SOUNDS, ART, WORDS. These things are our INSURANCE against death.” – Mortality Tables, ‘On Mortality, Immortality & Charles Ives’ (2022) E Peritia Ratio: reason from experience. Nothing happens without context. Every event has a catalyst. There is no such thing as a blank page. So it goes that each Mortality Tables Product must begin with an outline of an initial creative concept – a thought; a notion; a moment of serious whimsy; a considered reflection on life, memory, love, loss, trauma, death. We document those ideas, then invite collaborators to respond freely to them. They may ignore us. They may say no. They may say yes. Whoever we invite to participate shall be unencumbered by restriction, constraint, expectation, convention, limit or judgement. There are never any right or wrong answers, because there are no questions. There is nothing more than the idea and the response. Mortality Tables Est. In Holland as well as abroad she has performed on the stage and on television and radio. |
