Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 05/01/2026
Found 619583 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 10 | Dominik Gawara | Dominik Gawara | Polish musician and composer. He moved to Italy at six years old. He founded in 1991 with David Saggiorato the Kor-at, group of industrial music experiences in which he plays percussions. The band does some concerts and does soundtrack of the remake of the film of David Lynch “Eraserhead”, realized by a Turin independent film maker. Unfortunately recordings of that period do not exist. In 1992 he left Kor-at and he recorded the first solo job with the name of Glockenspiel, published like demotape. In 1993 he founded BIANCA BELMONT with Alberto Pasino. The band, been born like duo, increases to five elements in 1995, with Renzo Razzano on second bass, Marcello Turco on trumpet and Max to the saxophone. They recorded two demotapes, respectively in 1993 and 1995, both remastered in the end of 1995,and edited by Setola di Maiale. Between 1997 and 1998 he recorded and published the first “homely deliriums” with the name of PENTLICZEK, using ethnic percussions, self builded instruments, guitars and tapes. he participated with this project in some compilations of the sicilian label Snowdonia: “Orchestre Meccaniche Italiane” (1997), “Sbim Sbam” (1998), “International Gluttons” (1999). In 1998 he began a collaboration stably with Stefano Giust and his SETOLA DI MAIALE label, he defines Stefano: the “better companion to sonic deviating lines” and with him he founded the "anti-jazz" project called GBUR. In the recording of the first job of Gbur, beside the two members of Bianca Belmont (Renzo and Marcello), joins Paul Caleo. In 1999 the original line up always changes and in place of Renzo and Marcello there was three new elements: Ivan Pilat to tenor and baritone saxes,Daniel “el desviado reverendo surrealista” Pagliero, also knows like LO DEV ALM to the electronics and Maurizio Suppo aka Dimensionidol.Paul Caleo who originally played the guitar now handle one instrument self-builded, named “Caleophone”. With this line up they plays in 1999 at 48th BIENNALE-esposizione internazionale d'arte in Venice and the next year at OFFEST festival -meeting of Italian independent labels in Milan. In a night of December of 2000 it records with Stefano Giust and Daniele Pagliero a series of unexpected improvised traces that will come later on published with the name of BABELIS PROJECT, always on Setoladimaiale and in coproduction with the Mexican label GENITAL PROD. |

| Search | Add | 10 | Kliūrka | Lithuanian 90s folk-pop music project by members of the pop group [a=Ekspresas]: [a=Darius Paciukonis] and [a=Remigijus Kapčiūnas], active between 1995-1997. Mostly known for their three-installment "Kliūrka" series, featuring obscene folk "chastushka"-genre songs in a megamix format. While these releases consist of simple two-liner songs with a pop background theme, their other works, namely the three "Kliūrkos Balius" albums, and [r=5945783] featured more variety in melody and instrumention. They were still however megamixes of obscene Lithuanian folk songs, though longer and of other genres. The project spawned many side-releases, mostly following the "Kliūrkos Balius" style, such as [r=34330648] and numerous traditional Lithuanian holiday-themed releases, as well as the later formation of group [a=Jonukai]. | |

| Search | Add | 10 | Tammy Cline | Marilyn Margaret Croff | Marilyn Margaret Croff, (born 16th June 1953), Hull, Humberside, England. The teenage Croff was performing in working-men’s clubs in the Hull area and gave up her job at a starch factory because the chemicals were affecting her voice. She met her husband, Rod Boulton, when she sang with a local band, the Falcons. After the birth of their daughter they became a duo and, on a whim, Rod named them Tammy And Dave Cline. Although not intentional, it was the ideal name for Marilyn Croff, whose strongest influences were Tammy Wynette and Patsy Cline. With another Hull band, Uncle Sam, Tammy Cline did well in the national Marlboro Talent Contest in 1978. When they decided to turn fully professional, Uncle Sam changed its line-up and became Southern Comfort. Success on the television talent showSearch For A Star followed, and Tammy recorded in Nashville - one single for the UK market, ‘Love Is A Puzzle’, and another for the US, ‘I Don’t Know How To Tell Him’. Although chart success eluded her, she was voted Britain’s Top Female Country Singer for five consecutive years. In 1986, Cline and Little Ginny formed Two Hearts and were awarded the title of Top European Duo in the Country Music Round Up National Poll. They released a self titled album in 1989. In the early 90s Cline retired from the music business to concentrate on her family life. During her career Cline built a strong following around the UK clubs and became a seasoned broadcaster. |

Trilly took to the stage by singing at the age of three. By the age of six she played the guitar. At ten she had learned several other instruments. Then a neighbor dug an old banjo out of his attic and told Trilly if she could learn to play a song on it within one week, she could keep the banjo. She wanted that banjo and by the end that week she learned to play “Hey Mr. Banjo”. She kept the banjo and has been playing ever since. She also began her own band at the age of ten. She appeared on Ted Mack's Amateur Hour and was then on the road at the age of 18. Cole's musical career took her to Printers Alley in Nashville where she played at the well-known Captain’s Table for fifteen years. She moved on to Las Vegas, Detroit and other musical venues where she was the opening act for many well-known country stars. While in Michigan she was endorsed by Gibson Guitars. |

Is it possible to incorporate influences like Jon Hopkins and Moderat on one hand with Mats Gustafsson's sax and live hypnotic The Knife-wise beats on the other? Seems that it is. Musicians known before from other Polish projects got together to blend electronic sounds with live instruments that resulted in a pretty innovative instrumental album called „Binary Beats” released March 21st 2014. Their music is full of deep bass, vibrating with beat but not deprived of a human factor.... it's live and close, cool and very organic in the same time, electro-improvised.

| Search | Add | 10 | Júnior Cordeiro | José Valni Cordeiro Lima Júnior | "THE ARTIST Combining Baião with Heavy Rock, that is the key alchemy of Júnior Cordeiro's music -- poet, singer and composer. This junction of genres (in this case, the junction of ideologies, since the two segments transcend the pure concept of “styles” and reach the idea of musical cultures) is nothing new in the Brazilian scene, what is new is the way in which this paraibano achieves this dialogue so naturally. O Bruxo do Cariri Velho, as he became known in the music industry, travels through virtually all segments of northeastern music, from toada to baião, as well as various segments of good old Rock'n'Roll, from Progressive/Psychedelic to blues and Heavy Metal, establishing a strong musical accent, which the artist himself conceptualizes as Rock-Baião. His poetics, while denouncing strong influences from northeastern cordelistas and repentistas, bear subtle traits from the most diverse literary poets. With fifteen years of career, Júnior Cordeiro managed to establish a strong characteristic: the peculiarity of the themes covered in his discography. The mythical and mystical Northeast, the Iberian heritage, popular magic, messianic delusions, rustic and sertanejo Catholicism, western occultism, metaphysics and existential questions, madness and many other intricate subjects, come together in a fixed idea of verification and denunciation of the evils of man's objectification in liquid and globalizing post-modernity, in a rich and fertile field of imagery, where the collective imagination is always present and invigorated. From his first album (Carrascais/2006), to O Lago Misterioso/2011, Capa Preta/2013, Sonhos, Sertão & Loucura/2016, Céu, Hades e outros Porvires/2018, Vênus Philpeia/2019, #CâmaraEco/2021, until it culminates in his newest work, Infinito Migrar/2022, Cordeiro navigates his sea of musical information, always willing to approach different themes related to human nature." |

Wireless Military Band | The B.B.C Wireless Military Band, later renamed the B.B.C Military Band ran from September 1927 until 1943, with a repertoire largely made up of orchestral works. It had a staff arranger Gerrard Williams and was conducted by Walton O'Donnell, succeeded in 1937 by his brother, Major P.S.G. O'Donnell. ( It is possible that this change of conductor led to the dropping of the word Wireless from the band name) The band proved immensely popular and had original pieces written for it by, amongst others, Alan Bush and Gustav Holst. The B.B.C decided to axe the band in the 1940s and despite much protests it gave its final performance at 9.40 pm on Tuesday, 16 March 1943.

The song reached number one on the UK Independent Singles Chart on the 19th December 2014. Known in her native city for her colorful hair and unique fashion sense, Lia's debut album proves there's much more to this striking young performer than aesthetics; her masterful songwriting talent belies her years. With producer Simon Britton (Aaliyah, Ashanti, Boyz II Men, Run DMC) and co-producer Jon Moon (Amy Winehouse, Jessie J, Lady Gaga) by her side, the album features an impressive range of collaborators including Morris Pleasure of Earth Wind & Fire, (Michael Jackson, Christina Aguilera), Dale Davis (Tina Turner, Randy Crawford) and Karl Vanden Bossche (Jamiroquai, Mark Ronson, Gorillaz). Recording took place at Camden's legendary Sensible Music studios, which have also played host to the likes of Amy Winehouse, Sting and Michael Jackson. A sophisticated Pop undertone blends with a touch of Electro and Soul to connect the past, present and the future, characterterised honesty and innovation. Lia's unique vocal carries the listener through a journey that embraces love, heartbreak, death, grief, the search for happiness and ultimately a sense of self-empowerment. Legendary Bimbo Jones (34 UK Music Week number ones and 30 US Billboard Dance Chart number ones) were commissioned to remix Lia's first single from the album, 'Hound'. Their remix debuted at number two on the Dance/Crossover Top 40 Breaker Chart in the US, second only to Katy Perry at number one.
