Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 05/01/2026
Found 619583 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 2 | Civic Mimic | Stuck at home with limited resources, Jeff Hersch has made the most of the one microphone he owns, splitting time between his garage and basement. His latest release and fourth in the last year, “Deep Clean” continues to highlight the frenetic energy and pop punk stylings of the last decade which Hersch may or may not be known for. The three-song EP, part of Dromedary Records’ lathe-cut picture disc series, touches on loss of friends, loss of direction, and loss of brain cells, but emerges with a renewed sense of optimism and reawakening after a yearlong stint in semi-isolation. | |

Born from homework for an English course at Reykjavik’s MH college in 2000, they quickly gained notoriety by winning Óðríkur Algaula song competition and subsequent performances around Reykjavik. Burdened by their sudden popularity, the duo quickly got to work on new material and recorded their first album “The Album” in Honiton in the southwest of England. After their debut's release in 2004, the duo's performances at music festival Iceland Airwaves with singer Jenny Kamikaze (nee Berglind Prunner) gained them a small but loyal following. Their second album, “Anthology: Simply The Best” was released in 2016, followed by release parties in Iceland and Japan (where they performed with chiptune legends YMCK).

In March 1974 the band formed the Vintage Jazz Society of Brisbane and operated successfully at the Twelfth Night Theatre Club for six years. In 1981 the band opened their own jazz club, Jabbo’s, in Brisbane. The Vintage Jazz And Blues Band’s success peaked in the mid-80s when the essential line-up was Tich Bray (b. 22 December 1924, Geelong, Victoria, Australia, d. 1988) who replaced Jenner, John Braben, Mike Hawthorne, Bob Watson (drums), John Cox (banjo), and Paula Cox (vocals). The Vintage Jazz And Blues Band was one of Australia’s most durable groups in the traditional jazz genre. Timothy has played drums for The Album Leaf, Via Satellite, BULL SESSION, Limber Wolf and his electronic alter ego, Mass Praktikal. He passed away in Denver, CO, in May 2017. Timothy's artwork has become an extension of his career and travels as a musician. Prior to touring with post-rock bands he earned a BA in Psychology, minoring in Visual Art-Painting. His paintings and drawings have been featured in various solo and group exhibitions, and private collections, album artworks and book covers. He recorded and performed with The Album Leaf from 2001 to 2010, with whom he toured extensively in support of Sigur Ros. His painting was used as the cover art for the album "In a Safe Place", on Sub Pop Records. In 2010, he moved to Denver, became the founding general manager of the School of Rock Aurora and continued to create music & art and work as drum instructor. August 2016 he was diagnosed with Stage 4 Cancer. A GoFundMe campaign was set up to help curb his costs as he underwent Chemotherapy treatment. As a vegetarian of over 20 years, a certified yoga practitioner, and even at one time in his childhood a candidate for Olympic Training as a gymnast, Tim valued physical activity and proper care of his body, which made the news surprising. In March 27, 2017 he released his debut solo record 'To plan is a luxury - to dream, a birthright. under the name Mass Praktikal on Not Art Records via Bandcamp. It had a successful album release party on April 8 in Brooklyn, which Tim was unable to attend due to his health. His band Via Satellite were in the last stages of completing their final album, 'A Thousand Mountains.' In April 2017, he just finished and printed a poetry book titled, 'A Thousand Loves On Time'. |

Paulsen, a well known insurance and investment representative, popular singer and speaker, passed away Saturday, August 1, 2015. He packed a lot into his 98 years of life. Harold joined the Army in 1941. Two years later, he was accepted to Officer Candidate School and received his commission as an Air Force Statistical Officer from Harvard School of Business Administration. He served with the 8th Air Force in England for 28 months and was discharged in December 1945 with the rank of Captain. Harold was devoted to his Lord and church. As a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, where he was confirmed, he led the building of the new church as the building committee chair. There he served as Sunday School Superintendent for five years, provided his musical talent and “filled” the church pulpits on several occasions in the pastor’s absence. Those who have attended the Governor’s Prayer Breakfast since it started in the early 1960’s were treated to Harold’s speaking and singing. Harold did a lot for a lot of people, but will remembered most for his terrific singing. He also sang for most of the Montana Governors during his lifetime, commencing with Governor John E. Erickson. One of his most memorable highlights was as a soloist for the 8th Air Force Glee Club in the Nuremberg Opera House in Germany at the end of WWII. He once shared the stage with the late Norman Vincent Peale." from helenafuneralhome.com
