Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 29/07/2025
Found 602638 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

Search | Add | 2 | Positioner | Positioner is the project of guitarist/vocalist/multi-instrumentalist George Pritzker, who played guitar in Weatherbox in the Cosmic Drama and Flies In All Directions eras, and who also was in the now-defunct math rock band Japandi. Weatherbox frontman Brian Warren calls George "a big influence on the songwriting and trajectory of Weatherbox in general" and adds that Positioner is "absolutely my favorite band in a minute." The band -- which also includes drummer Griffin Kisner ("my main collaborator and the other core member of the project," says George), bassist Jeff Striker, and keyboardist Evan Backer -- are gearing up to release their debut EP Unsteady Hands on November 13 via Thrill Me Records, which was produced by Ben Moore, who's also worked with Tera Melos, Pinback, and others. | |

The Chighaly family originates from the border area with Senegal, but in 1982 went to live in Nuakchott. She has participated in many local festivals and launched her international career in 1996 with her first CD, Griote de Mauritanie, in the Inedit collection of the Maison des Cultures du Monde in Paris. She has toured many countries in Europe, Africa, the Gulf and in Japan. In Morocco she has appeared at festivals in Assilah, Agadir and Rabat.
