Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 05/01/2026
Found 619583 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 5 | Spider Junkies | Spider Junkies were a NYC-based glam band that played throughout the NY/NJ area from the late 1980s through to the mid-1990s. They had many members through their time together, including several different singers, but were always recognized for their strong songwriting and memorable choruses. Hollywood-based manager Gerry Gittelson once said of the band, "This band was the Big Bang Babies of NY City. (They) never made it big, but should have sold millions of records" The band recorded four demo tapes over the years, however none of them were ever professionally duplicated. All of their demos were hand made by the band. Because of this, it's hard to find two copies of their demos that are exactly alike, as the band frequently would use different pictures, logos, colors of paper (for the photo copied covers), and brands of cassette tapes on their demos. The songs speak for themselves though. | |

| Search | Add | 5 | On Trial UK | On Trial UK | Bursting onto the Reading scene in 2004 amidst a hail of beer and clowns, OTUK have now settled down with a fluid 4/5/6 member line-up, depending on whether the gig is acoustic or electric. Often moaned about due to their unyielding addiction to alcohol and mayhem, they consistently entertain and bewilder in equal measures. Regulars at Rebellion festival and UK DIY gigs, they can usually be spotted with their tops off at the bar and leaving a trail of destruction, anarchy and chaos behind them. Their music is varied on their albums but live shows tend to focus on the 'faster' element of their output, but they have been known to occasionally utilise a harpsichord in the live arena. Not suitable for the squeamish or shy. |

| Search | Add | 5 | Erik Karsemeijer | Erik Karsemeijer – Rhythmic Free Spirit Born in Hilversum, The Netherlands , the son of a musical family, I began studying violin as a child. Later, I switched to trombone. From the age of 18, however, I increasingly developed a love for percussive instruments, especially those from other cultures. Several international drum masters from countries such as Ghana, Latin America, and Asia served as my teachers. The most important was Airto Moreira. In the 1970s and 1980s, when jazz-rock, funk, and soul emerged, I worked primarily as a studio musician and was also part of several Latin jazz and pop groups and theater productions. I performed in various radio and television productions, including the Metropole Orchestra, the Loenen Big Band, and in the rhythm section of the musical "Mother and Her Boys." Artists I worked with in bands at that time included: Daniel Sahuleka, Hans Vermeulen, René Froger, Bill van Dijk, Jody Pijper. | |

| Search | Add | 5 | Nicky Hilton | Raymond Ensor | a 16-year-old singer from Coventry named Nicky Hilton, with a slightly goofy song ‘Your Nose Is Gonna Grow’. Nicky’s real name was Raymond Ensor. He was from the Stoke area of Coventry and went to Briton Road Stoke Secondary Modern School, where he played rugby and football and excelled in English. His singing career began when visiting The Stoke Ex Club and he realised that’s what he wanted to do. He ended up singing in the club after winning an audition, earning £3 entertaining on Saturday and Sunday nights. He was eventually spotted at a singing competition in London by artist manager Lena Davies who, along with her husband David Taylor, took Nicky onto their books, with Lena becoming his manager. Nicky was earning an enviable £40 a week in those days, not bad for a 16-year-old in 1962. Indeed, he was often seen driving around in his 1959 Ford Consul, driven by his brother (and Road Manager) Peter Ensor. Your Nose is Gonna Grow was a song that has a great verse, but a chorus that could have done with a little bit of work. Having said that, Emile Ford, Johnny Crawford and Christine Quaite, all had versions of the song on release, though none of them charted. That didn't stop Parlophone releasing a second single by Nicky Hilton ‘I'm Gonna Lock My Heart Away and Throw Away The Key’, though that too failed to make any impact on the charts. It’s testament to Nicky’s talent when another major label Decca Records, signed him and released in 1965 what would be his last ever single ‘Give Us Your Blessing’. Needless to say this too failed to chart. Nicky had an all time wish to play at the Coventry Theatre , whether he ever achieved it I have no idea. |

| Search | Add | 5 | Safe Creations | With [a=Ken Moore (4)]'s activity growing on social media, he was soon in touch with some of the former IEMA members from the 1980s, including one [a=Dave Vosh], who had collaborated with Ken and [a=Chris Meyer] for a voice composition arranged by [a=John Wiggins] for Group Tape #3. Dave began sending Ken his video recordings from live performances, which included some with former-collaborator, [a=Stuart Rosenzweig], and eventually it was decided that during Ken's visits to Maryland, he and Dave could perform as a duo, calling themselves Safe Creations. Their first concert was a benefit for An Die Musik, which hired national acts in the classical and jazz field to perform there. This being a success, the following year [2013] found them doing two shows, one in Baltimore and one in Washington D.C., which had a growing interest in electronic music. With an Advance CD having been distributed at their first concert, Ken decided that [a=Safe Creations] should have a studio album, so he went to work on the first official release on Bandcamp, "Unconscious Power". | |

He will also be known to have been the boss of " The Scotch Club " a night club in Saint-Denis, the capital around 1963 to 1975. He also owes a large number of photographs of the artists, which can be found on the records sleeves. No one has heard of him since his precipitous departure from the island in 1975. |

| Search | Add | 5 | Viscous Liquid | Reading, UK-based solo artist Rhys Williams started Viscous Liquid as a home recording project in 2012, the music leaning heavily on psychedelic, shoegaze, lo-fi and surf pop influences. Williams began making his music available in digital format online soon afterwards, with a self-described aim to “sound like the Beach Boys strung out on barbiturates playing in some sort of wind tunnel.” The singles "Never Fun/Soother", "It’s Sort Of Like Being A Long Way From Home, All The Time" and an eponymous debut EP were released in 2013. Viscous Liquid gained recognition in Reading's local indie music scene, as well as praise from alternative music critics and publications such as Sounds Better With Reverb. A second EP followed, "Songs For Jealous Lovers", featuring added vocal harmonies and a broader, jangle-pop sound. The more expansive, psychedelic "Infinity Pool" EP was released later the same year. In 2014, Williams joined Rhys Edwards (Tripwires) to form Ulrika Spacek, having previously toured with that band as an additional guitarist. | |

They rose to popularity in late 2023/early 2024 with their debut song "Childhood Died". As neurodivergent kindred spirits, the members consisting of Kevin (Vocals), Knox (Guitar/ vocals), Casey (Guitar), Jovi (bass) and Yosh (drums) were drawn to each other by fate. Having just as much in common as things they disagree on, the group connected over music, skateboarding, art and the isolation of being misfits and outsiders, whilst almost coming to blows regarding opinions, politics, science and ethics |
