Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 05/01/2026
Found 619583 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 2 | Tambores de Teruel | Tambores de Teruel | ''Tambores de Teruel'' is a registered trademark of ''Tambores y Bombos de la Oración del Huerto de Teruel'' (Aragón, Spain). We are a traditional percussion group from Holy Week, currently made up of more than 250 players. The ages of the members range from seven years and older. Our reason for existence is to participate in Holy Week in Teruel, accompanying the image of the Oración del Huerto with the thunderous sound of our drums and bass drums. All the beats we play are our own compositions. This does not mean that we focus solely on this type of public performance. Our desire to show our beats made us found our association so that outside of Holy Week, and in a more informal way, we could show our repertoire wherever we were called, as long as there is a framework that we see fit. Although the origins of the group date back to the 1950s, our current sound dates back to 1987. Since then we have not stopped working to ensure that the association grows and remains in the future. We have created our own drum school, the only stable one in the city. We have recorded CDs, DVDs,... to be able to teach, distribute,... all our work. We have traveled within and outside our borders. Salamanca, Seville, Portugal, France, Morocco,... In short, Tambores de Teruel is a group that works every day to keep the drum tradition alive. |

| Search | Add | 2 | Curbeaters | CURBEATERS are/were kind of like “the father you never saw and didn't know was there, but suddenly he knocks at your door“. At least that's kind of like the case to well-known German acts BLACK SHAPE OF NEXUS, IRA , PLANKS and ULTHA. Band from Köln, Mannheim, Konstanz, Friedrichshafen, Germany The history: In 2002 all members of the project spent a lot of time on a German message board for underground DIY punk/hardcore/metal and they mutually knew each other from shows and festivals. Several ideas for projects were founded by members of that board – non ever really gave birth to a record. Tom, Andy and Geb met for one weekend to practice and record a few ideas. Ralph was supposed to play bass but couldn't make it to that weekend. So the remaining members recorded the three tracks on this very record. There was never another proper rehearsal or plans to commence the band, but the instrumental tracks made their way through various channels and always got great feedback. The originally intended singer never made it to record vocals, so the whole thing just kind of faded to a distant memory and all members went on to play in some of the most well-known acts in German DIY metal/doom. Fast forward to 2016: Andy and Ralph both ended up in Cologne, playing together in a black metal band called Ultha. Andy is a professional recording enginieer and always kept up hope to actually finish the songs at some point. After an intital push by Timo (Golden Antenna Records) a few years back, to have Ralph record the vocals, the idea popped back up in 2016. Andy just opened his Goblin Sound Studio and Ralph is fairly well known for his trademark lyrics and vocal performance in now defunct Golden Antenna Records act Planks. Ralph wrote some lyrics and tried out the vocals – it turned out to be a perfect match for the three doom laden sludgy rock songs. Now hell froze over and Andy's persistance paid off: 'Time Is Unforgiving', a three song EP and the result of more than 15 years in the making. Limited to 300 records on vinyl distributed by the label which played a major part in why this thing came together after all these years. CURBEATERS consisted of TOM (Ex-Ira, Ex-Blindspot aD.) ANDY (Ex-Ira, Ex-Blindspot aD, now Ultha) GEB (Ex-Black Shape Of Nexus) RALPH (Ex-Planks, now Ultha) | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Jon Bremen | "Jon Bremen is a rare and gifted musician who possesses a unique ability to craft improvisational melody into pure magic. Students of jazz guitar and all instruments would be well served by studying his improvisations. Jon is also a talented composer and I believe he will be recognized as a leader in the new generation of modern jazz guitarists" -Pat Kelley "Guitarist Jonathan Bremen's warm clear sound and bop articulation are rooted in the tradition of Jimmy Raney and Tal Farlow, but he has his own voice as an improviser and composer. He has chops to burn, but he uses them with taste and discretion and knows the value of space and breath in the music. I look forward to hearing more from him." -John Stowell There is no shortage of great guitarists in Los Angeles, but Jon Bremen is finding a personalized approach amidst the bustling LA music scene. Jon was bit by the bebop bug as a teenager and dedicated several years to learning the musical the language of Charlie Parker, Bud Powell, Clifford Brown, etc. His curiosity eventually lead him to study music at some of the most prestigious music schools including Indiana University and the University of Southern California. "When I moved to LA, I was instantly humbled and inspired by the musicians around me. So much so, that I was compelled to retreat entirely for a few years and find a path that felt like my own. " Along this path, Jon continues to discover a personalized musical vocabulary beyond his jazz roots. Even though Jon is dedicated to exploring new melodic, harmonic and rhythmic materials, his music is grounded in the familiar textures and timbres of jazz, pop, rock and soul. Working with a community of like minded musicians, Jon is committed to creating cutting-edge music that eschews familiar stereotypes. Jon plays alongside the freshest young players on the international scene including Vardan Ovsepian, Ariel Alexander, Tim Lefebvre, Louis Cole, Bob Reynolds, Janek Gwizdala, Damian Erskine, Dennis Hamm, Joshua Davis, Sean "The Rick" Rickman, and many others. In addition to being a dedicated performer, Jon is a passionate educator. He earned a doctorate in Studio/Jazz Guitar from the University of Southern California (USC) and is the head of the music discipline at Los Angeles Southwest College. Jon is also in demand as a sideman and session guitarist because of his creativity, technique and vast musical vocabulary. His guitar work is featured on numerous commercial films and recordings. | |

He also toured the South Pacific on Matson Lines' S.S. Malolo. Tony Todaro calls him "my all-time favorite show opener . . . his rollicking style of singing for Hawaii Calls openings created such rhythmic excitement that made it impossible for the next singer to top him." - Biographical material from Tony Todaro, The Golden Years of Hawaiian Entertainment (Tony Todaro Pub., 1974). | Search | Add | 2 | Beat for sale | BEAT FOR SALE is half way between Kraut Pop and Analogical Electro. An unlikely musical recipe made of a spoonful of analogical synthesizer, a mixt of hip hop beat, a pinch of saturation, an aftertaste of cold wave. The whole spiced up with syncopated chanted words. It has to be tried and tasted; one has to grab hold of it, savour slowly its rhythm. This alchemy takes full power on stage. With its experience of sets, The Metz’s trio pretty appreciates this performance. BEAT FOR SALE is a hybrid recipe which comes directly from a diversified musical syncretism. It would be like mixing up Peached, DJ Premier and Krafwerk in a magic box and see what comes out. Long live the magic trio. | |

He started his career at Mr. Jam, an offshoot of the initial ideas produced by his college band called U.S. (Union of Souls). Changed the name when signing with the record company. Many of the band's ideas came from his head. He played the guitar, composed, sang, made arrangements. All this experience acquired in the movement of electronic music and dance music in Rio de Janeiro in the 90s, in which he already produced several songs for various dance music projects and singers, gave the artist the luggage to act today as one of the great producers of electronic music in a more commercial line (international dance pop latin), but the genre is not a limit for the artist. He currently runs Massiva - Music & Management: a label and an audiovisual and management production company. |

But this guy is not just a successful remixer and producer: Cosimo Mele calls a packed booking-calendar his own, that brings him to the Ukraine (club Decadence), to Amsterdam (Club NL), to Lumina (club Blind) or to the legendary Ministry of Sound (London). Last but surely not least he is resident of the well known club Bellevue in Zurich. For the Street Parade 2015, still the biggest outdoor-electronica-event in Europe, he organises an own lovemobile, sets of guest-djs like the incredibly successful Dario D’Attis included. Cosimo Mele is one of these enthusiastic clubmusicians you think to know they were always here. He never has allowed himself a longer time out and he has always headed for his goals. He always knew, that he has to be upright and consistent, if you want to stay as long in business as he does. Cosimo Mele always was fair and he claims this fairness for himself. |
