Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 16/12/2025
Found 617983 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 3 | Easy Morph | Born in Rouen, Normandy, the duo Easy Morph used to make people dance in clubs before they were even allowed to get in. Together since the age of 12, the duo experienced some emulation among themselves which led them to explore the genres of electronic music, and especially techno. The logical consequence was the creation of the duo a few years later in order to exploit this connection, at first for dj sets and then for production. In their sets as in their production, they like to hear the rolling sub and the kick on time, a powerful and compelling binary techno punctuated by dark soundscapes, sometimes melancholic accompanied by saturated synths brushing against acidity. | |

| Search | Add | 3 | The Reg Coates Experience | The Reg Coates Experience from Manchester, UK, became known after the Reg Coates Combo split in the early 70s for a short period. The combo often contained one or more of Reg's brothers. The new band only contained the best available musicians. Two long standing lead guitarists were Dave Dunne from Wythenshawe and Harry Barber (who sadly died a few years ago) from New Mills. Bass players and drummers came and went regularly due to Reg's high level of ability and low tolerence of alcohol problems but these 2 guys were around for many years. Jason Coates, Reg's son, joined the band for 5 years as a bass player from 86 to 91 and now lives in Portugal. | |

| Search | Add | 3 | Membrillar | Formed in 1980, Membrillar burst forth as a fresh conception of "folk fusion", equidistant from dogmatism of every sign: open music, inspired by folk tradition and crossed by jazz, rock and academic music, like its four members (Eric Giles, Gustavo Lagües, Gustavo Mozzi and Willie Raimondi). Membrillar's brief experience was inscribed in the effervescent scene of the 80s and reflected in the self-titled album, released in 1983 by Ciclo 3. | |

Influenced by the Dillards, they issued at least one single in the mid-sixties and were together for about four years, playing mostly camps, coffee houses, and churches around Southern California. When bassist Marci left the band in 1971, they changed their name to [a=Brush Arbor] and became a Christian, country bluegrass band. | |

| Search | Add | 3 | Talgevo | Japanese punk band from Saitama. Active from 1982 to July 1988. Formed by high school friends, played the original and The Stalin cover songs in their early days. Early-Mid : Fast-paced punk with Typhus influences musically and lyrically. Later : New wavey punk rock. Generic sound. (Different vocalist) (Review by Brave New World) "Talgevo - Live at Explosion 8'' flexi Explosion Records - RO701 - May 1985 What can i say about this one ? Inessential but a rare find, pretty obscure record. Talgevo played upbeat Japanese punk-rock, which could be compared to a poppier version of The Stalin, for example... This is a live recording taken from the soundboard which does really well to capture the energy of the band, who might have sucked with a cleaner but mediocre studio recording. Here, the sound quality is pretty good, from the recording itself to the vinyl mastering, the work was done by passionate and dedicated professionals . Rock House Explosion was a "live house", a venue for punk, rock and metal bands, and also a record label. According to the catalog numbers, it seems they had produced many many different records during the 80's." | |
