Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 29/07/2025
Found 602638 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

Search | Add | 4 | The PrimeTime Sublime Community Orchestra | Musical project that performed music that [a3845633] wrote and produced. During its 7 years of existence from 2000 to 2008 the primeTime sublime Community Orchestra recorded 3 CDs on the [l10449] label with new music that doesn't fit anywhere, but received radio airplay in over 60 countries around the world, mostly in Europe and the U.S.; some of the music was also used in cable TV productions on MTV, VH1, Biography Channel, and others. The basic agenda was the fusion, juxtaposition and/or superimposition of simpler music (various forms of popular music) with more complex music (mostly avant-garde jazz, classical, electronic music) guided by a sense of humor, irony and often irreverence. In essence, it's about integrating extremes and opposites, different musics that don't normally belong together.

Before Modern Gank was produced by Log Zhelebour, this group had changed names several times. Finally, they used the name "Route 66" (from the song The Rolling Stones) and by agreement with Log Zhelebour this band decided to use the name Modern Gank. In 2001, Modern Gank (Mogank) released their first album entitled "Ular 2001". Then in 2003, an album entitled "Si Dolly" was launched by the Modern Gank children. The members of Modern Gank also feel the ins and outs of members of a band. In 2005 Adi (guitar) and Paunk (bass) left this group. In 2006, Modern Gank (Mogank) released another album entitled "Terus Terang". However, after this third album, news and musical activities of Modern Gank personnel were no longer heard. They prefer to take a hiatus from the Indonesian music scene for 5 years. In 2012 this group released their fourth album entitled This Is Modern Gank, and Adi (Mogank's first guitarist) was joined again and a new bassist was recruited, namely Hardiansyah Maulana (Brams). Modern Gank's fourth album was handled by Indie Label, where previously they had collaborated with Logiss Records for the first, second and third albums.

He earned music degrees from the University of Wisconsin Madison, and Harvard University; and taught music composition and contemporary music for 23 years at the University at Buffalo. Amidst a career of composing mainly for traditional orchestral instruments, Jeff recently began re-exploring analog and digital synthesis, favoring the compositional limitations of small hardware devices like the Elektron Digitakt over the modern practices of laptop-based production. Using various hacks and adaptations, he creates uncanny musical vignettes that feature fat, bass-heavy hip hop and hauntingly otherworldly melodies, while evoking music boxes, retro VHS training videos, and mid-century advertising jingles. In 2021, Jeff will release Signaling, his first album of entirely electronic, beat-oriented music.

McAllister Whitmer. Whitmer was born a polydactyl in the former screw capital of the world, and currently resides in the former shipbuilding capital of the world. Between screws and ships, Whitmer began mitigating the spectrotemporal constraints of the ’ukulele with the stochastic and bombastic properties of amplification under the stage name of williwaw. More than a quarter century later, williwaw continues to provide this most particular blend of amplified 'ukulele mayhem to all the stalwarts hep to its machinations. On numerous occasions, williwaw has also played sonic foil to silent reels o' film, and plays nice with others in the sandlot. |

I had always used fake names when I was doing straight music so I just went with it. The time period was late-1990s to early-2000s. We did shows in our basement during that time. We called it the Sacred Garden and had quite a few traveling improvisers play there as well. It was all documented in a film called Music Of The Moment by a fellow named Kevin Wisor.

With composing melodies for some trance tracks she started as a creative behind, co-operated dreamy trance tracks together with Steven Liquid and started their own after that. This releases more based in the chillout and ambient genre what you can hear on compilation releases “Sunset Cruising” and “Relaxing Beats”. Her first solo-album “Stories, Thoughts, Surroundings” created a wonderful journey through her sound surroundings, telling stories with her songs and sharing her thoughts with the listener in her own way of creating music and transmitting emotions. For this reason there is comparable music and artist we can describe, it is something independent you need to listen to understand and realize. So that is music where we can say “Do not copy someone, make your style”. |

Search | Add | 4 | Pad Beryll | Since 1997 the likeable Swiss DJ Pad Beryll is performing behind the DJ Desk and is ever since addicted to house music. Driven by fascination and passion he brought his style to perfection and he loves to pass his elegant and uplifting house to others in order to celebrate a great party with them. It’s due to his outstanding reputation as a talented Deejay that famous clubs such as the „Elephant Club“ located in St. Gallen, the „Bolero Lifestyle Club“ in Winterthur or „the boot“ located in Konstanz (Germany) book him regularly. The result of a long-lived friendship with his DJ-collegue Marco Berto is his resident place in the line-up of his famous Deep Love events. Since 2002 Pad is working as adviser and artist director in terms of house music for the „Firehouse Moods Club“ located in Weinfelden Switzerland. In the same club he is also responsible for the specials (i.e. special acts) at Gigs like „Delicious Minds“ which is known as the one and only House-Party of the canton of Thurgau, taking place every two months and on a regular base hosting acts like KneeDeep, Jamie Lewis, Ian Carey, Panevino and Lisa Millett. Pad has as well been elected for continuous performances at the legendary „Masters of Disaster“ events. Due to this long-standing co-operation with M.o.D. the smart DJ was from 2005 – 2009 part of the M.o.D. recordings crew, which is a Swiss house label being known for innovative and qualitative Sound. Periodically he used to mix the M.o.D. radio shows which were being broadcasted internationally and his mixes appealed in the world of house enthusiasts. Proudly Pad Beryll was in October 2007 able to release on M.o.D. recordings his first studio work – a remix of Spain’s 2Brothers of Soul. Furthermore renowned labels such as Purple Music and Tricirle Rec. released remixes as well. His first own production came out in co-operation with well-known Andrea Love „The Voice“ (Hit: Shined on me). Out of it emerged the title „Under Your Spell“ which will be released early summer 2010 by the Label Reelgroove (UK). Overall, Pad Beryll was able to achieve high esteem supraregionally and meanwhile belongs to the most experienced and popular Deejays of the eastern part of Switzerland.

The band put out two live albums, Live at the Red Room, and Three Live Shows (which included everything on the Red Room release) in 2013.
