Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 24/10/2024
Found 596840 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

Search | Add | 4 | Tito Haensel | Its musical history begins as a result of the theft of a guitar at 6 or 7 years. Yes, as he reads it, a robbery. Heansel felt a special attraction - and uncontrollable - for the ropes: "I was with my dad at the Yaguachi festivities (when these were an apotheosis thing) and I saw a guitar in one of the stalls, I asked him to buy it and he refused , but I did not stay with the pike, I reached for it and I ran. " When "doing that little prank", the owners of the place persecuted him and his father had to pay for the instrument. When he tells this story he lets out a knowing smile: "I took the guitar to the house and that's where everything started". At age 12, he met the musician Joaquín Naranjo in his neighborhood (in all of Pedro Moncayo and Padre Solano). He confesses: "When I saw him play, my fascination for music grew even more". With Naranjo he learned to sing the chords. Already "with a bigger and more professional guitar", he began to "take out" songs that he played with his "gallada". "I remember that I put a group of outlaws into the home of my poor parents (that's how he calls his musical friends) and made a scandal that you can not imagine," he laughs. "That was a time when the electric guitar was a myth, a novelty, not to mention the bass, that nobody had," says this before commenting that to facilitate the scenario, ingenuity is always appropriate: "We used to take a guitar and we put four strings. " Remember that, before, being a musician was playing for the love of the shirt, the difficulty of practicing this activity was not only limited by the economic aspect, but by the social stigma that existed: "Living from music was frowned upon, that is to say that you were drunk, drug addict and parrandero ". Already at age 17, "and more knowledgeable (experienced) in this art" recognizes that he began to "work in music and fail in studies" -he made his high school at the National Institute-. One of the stories he remembers most of that time is the occasion when he participated in an intercollegiate contest of musical bands where he won first place and "other things". "I played with my teeth. I arrived with the prize to the school and the rector told me: 'Pay the fees you owe for a pension and consider yourself a graduate' ". In addition to these 'recognitions', and after the presentation the afternoon of the contest, Josefina de Vallarino contacted him to make a suggestion: "Come to Los Corvets". He also joined groups such as Marfil and Canela, and accompanied on stage national artists Lucho Silva and Enrique González and international Leo Dan, Alberto Cortez and others, he was also a musician at the Fediscos label. Currently belongs to the Pyramide group and has its own studio. He declares that the guitar is his spoon, part of his body, and that he will continue to make music long, because despite the difficult moments, "which never fail", he always looks at things from a positive point.

Search | Add | 4 | Tűzkerék | Tűzkerék (in English: Wheel of Fire) was a Hungarian rock band. It was founded by Radics Béla on January 12, 1970. In Hungary, Tűzkerék played [a=Led Zeppelin] songs for the first time. The ensemble was made up of excellent musicians, but cultural politics of their time always considered them too suburban, and their records could not be released. They disbanded in late 1971. Around 1975, Radics revived the orchestra, playing in various line-ups, from 1977 to 1978 his companions were [a=Döme Dezső] and [a=Póka Egon], and in 1978 a TV recording was made with this line-up (3 songs were performed in [a=Déri János]'s Youth Hour). The line-up changed from 1979: [a=Soldos László], Szabó "Richie" György and [a=Kun Tamás] joined the ensemble. With this line-up, record designs were made, the material that would have been recorded was put together, there was also a cover design, but the making of the record failed. Around 1981, Radics teamed up with members of the Arena band and continued to perform with them as the Tűzkerék until his death in 1982. Founding members: Radics Béla – Guitár, vocals; Som Lajos - Bass guitar; Váradi László "Vadölő" - Drum.

Search | Add | 4 | Sadavada | At the beginning, graphic expression became necessary for SV. To express without words, those feelings and emotions. After an introspective trip, they began to discover aspects of themselves that remained hidden. The idea of keeping one’s inner child forever and the magnetism towards Japanese iconography from the 90’s and the 2000s, impregnated their work. SV uses plastic media such as engraving, watercolors, Chinese ink and now, exploring new horizons in digital illustration.
