Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 05/01/2026
Found 619583 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 3 | Leverett Brothers | The Leverett Brothers were Wilbur (1916-2010) and Homer (1919-1982). They were from Galena, MO and began playing professionally as a vaudeville-style duo ("The Original Ozarks Hillbillies") while still in their teens. Their first appearance was at the Gillioz Theater in Springfield, MO in the early 1930s. Missouri artist Thomas Hart Benton first met the boys in 1931, and used them as models for his 1931 Missouri Musicians painting. In the 1940s, the brothers shifted their act to a more evangelical approach, appearing at numerous churches and tent revivals, but continued to include a mix of country/bluegrass music, novelty music (played on cheeks and head, broom, etc.), and magic tricks. | |

| Search | Add | 3 | Midheach | Cóilín Ó Midheach | Midheach, pronounced me-ock, is the alias of Irish musician Cóilín Ó Midheach, whose family name finds its origin in the folktales of the Tuatha Dé Danann, and a story of regeneration and healing. Releasing his debut EP ‘Unity-Divinity-Love’ into a world of fear and uncertainty during the first lockdown was far from ideal, but the intent and message behind the songs struck a chord with listeners who sought union and looked to the Divine in a period of upheaval. Describing himself as having “received” the songs on ‘Unity-Divinity-Love’, there is a sense of connection to something powerful and meaningful, as Midheach distils Irish mythology and tradition in an authentic and moving voice. Embracing the Heavens while retaining a strong grounding to nature and the Great Mother, Midheach blends the ethereal with the organic, resonating with his spiritual beliefs and Celtic roots. The age-old need to classify and categorise artists is something that eludes Midheach's style - he simply refers to it as “music from the heart”. |

| Search | Add | 3 | Ludwig Wittbrodt | The Duo Ludwig Wittbrodt, that‘s Emily Wittbrodt on cello and Edis Ludwig on laptop and drums. The two develop a thicket of sounds and melodies that absorbs us in a completely unpretentious way and fills us with associations and warmth. Sometimes in the jungle, sometimes under water in the desert, we are reminded of the achievements of both Krautrock and Neue Musik, of early electronic music as well as Drone and Ambient. At first glance, Emily and Edis seem to be an unequal couple. She has an academic background as a cellist, he is self-taught with his main instrument being computer and programming. She is active in Free Jazz, he drums with the rock band Düsseldorf Düsterboys. On the other hand, both have been active in the Free Improv scene in the German Rhine-Ruhr region for years - for example in ensembles such as The Dorf or Hilde (Emily) and Nasssau or Transport (Edis). | |

| Search | Add | 3 | No Class Assassins | No Class Assassins consider themselves to be "SURVIVOR MEN". They take the best from their environment to create art out of the not so lucky cards they've been dealt. None of them have had much guidance in the music world. Only what they have discovered on their own, through strong persistence and a passion to learn and become a well established band in the extreme music buisness. They are "LIFERS" as one wise man has referred to people of their kind & nature. | |
