Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 05/01/2026
Found 619583 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 2 | QL Research | Luigi De Donà (1978 † 2009) | QL Research is an industrial EBM project by Luigi De Donà, recorded when he was only 18 years old, in 1996, in his room in Limana, a small industrialised suburb of Belluno stretched out in the valley at the foothills of the Dolomites, in the northeast of Italy. He recorded on cassette using a 386DX computer with a Soundblaster and a Yamaha DX7, distributing the tape independently by hand at the Istituto Tecnico Negrelli in Feltre (BL), where he was attending a computer course. The experience of his older brother Spectrum 48K firing 8-bit sounds led him to delve deeper into the issue and develop a sort of sir Clive Sinclair cult. Years later he began programming and exploring the FM synthesis, while wearing a Manchester United scarf. In 2006, the company he worked for registered a patent in the US under his name: “Intelligent multicast module at the application level for multimedia transmission”. Publication number: 20060098664. Luigi died on 16 April 2009 at the age of 30 from an aggressive form of brain cancer, leaving behind a three-year-old daughter. A few months earlier, when his brother was supposed to take the disc with the last medical examinations to the head doctor, he had said to him: -Just bring the doctor a Throbbing Gristle CD.- |

| Search | Add | 2 | Jane Vance | American singer, dancer, and actress from the 1930's. Born 1912 in Chicago, Illinois, USA. Died 1999 at the age of 86. Married radio singer [a=Clark Dennis] (1938-1992, his death). While attending Northwestern University, Vance was named “Chicago’s Fairest Co-Ed”. The media attention surrounding that honor brought the young vocalist media attention and attracted the interest of the movie industry. Though she reportedly turned down her initial chance to go to Hollywood in favor of trying to make her way in New York, she was awarded a film contract in 1933. Her only known motion picture appearance came as an uncredited chorus girl in “Roman Scandals” (1933), but it is possible she appeared in other titles during that time. She was a vocalist with the Paul Whiteman Orchestra, and Whiteman and his wife were the best man and bridesmaid. Vance began singing with Whiteman while a freshman at Northwestern in 1931 on a sorority dare and with no singing training. She auditioned for Whiteman the next day and signed a contract with him soon after. Her husband joined the group also as a singer after their wedding. Vance sang with Whiteman for over 5 years but most of it was on the road and not recordings. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Ina Gayardi | Hristina Grigoriadou | Ina Gayardi is a Greek-Bulgarian singer and songwriter. She represented Greece in the fortieth edition of the North Vision Song Contest with the song "Predatel". Born on November 23rd, 1999, currently lives in Bulgaria where she pursues her music career. Born in Greece, at the age of 5 she came to live in Bulgaria with her mother. Hristina grew up in the town of Pravets, far from the lights of the big city, but her musical education took her to Sofia. She graduated with a degree in Business Management. Her choice of this educational program is quite deliberate, because she believes that a person’s musical talents are nothing without their proper “serving” on the music market. A few years ago, Gayardi participated in the musical reality show “X Factor”, managing to go until the judge's cuts. After several offers to work with major music companies in Bulgaria, Gayardi chose to work with Adamant Records because they are the only ones who show her that there are no impossible things and because they are the only ones that made her outdo herself and even jump higher than she ever thought she could. Within a year, Hristina Grigoriadu changed her lifestyle, she fully understood what hard work means and today she is proud of herself and the person she has become. |

| Search | Add | 2 | Ruslan Levin | A veteran DJ, Ruslan began his career in 1995. He learned the craft from Matt E Love back in his Baselinelabs record shop in Framingham, Mass. He spent his time going through records and playing at the shop until famed Boston resident, DJ Manolo, noticed him and asked him to open for a live Jan Johnson performance. It went well, and he’s been laying down house music for the 20 years since, remaining motivated by his love of music and desire to keep the dance floor kicking. In 2016, he began his passion project, Minim Records, a vinyl only platform, featuring artists like Pheek, Tijn, Jerome.c, Rithma, Coriesu, Kike Mayor, Yaroslav Lenzyak and more. The label allows him to find, fund, create, and release interesting music onto the scene. He resides in New York, where a constant influx of music inspires him, and he is able to inspire the many dance floors in return. | |
