Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 05/01/2026
Found 619583 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 3 | Sexteto Do Beco | Sexteto Do Beco was a Brazilian instrumental ensemble formed in Salvador, Bahia, in the late 1970s by a trio of UFBA music students: Aderbal Duarte (guitar), Sérgio Souto (flute, saxophone, arranger) and Thomas Gruetz (guitar, arranger). Initially conceived as a sextet in 1978, the group retained its name even as its lineup expanded—ultimately including around 18 musicians and becoming affectionately known as the “Seiscentos Do Beco” (Six Hundreds From The Alley). Drawing from academic studies in harmony and improvisation that were absent from the UFBA curriculum, it blended Brazilian popular elements with jazz and fusion sensibilities. In 1980 the ensemble recorded its only LP, Sexteto Do Beco, in São Paulo over eight days; the album featured original compositions by key members (Duarte, Gruetz, Souto, Sarquis, Motta) and showcased an unusual chamber‑ensemble sound that included soprano voice, multiple flutes, saxophones, trumpet, trombone and a rhythm section. Sexteto Do Beco continued to perform actively through most of the 1980s, maintaining a regular presence in Salvador’s improvised jam spaces (becos), theaters (including Teatro Castro Alves and Teatro Vila Velha), cultural centers like the Goethe-Institut, and venues such as MAM‑BA. The ensemble kept performing for approximately a decade with no formal disbandment announced. | |

Using a blend of electronic beats, atmosphere, and foundational live instruments, the music stems from a hunger to evolve and merge magic with blues, trip-hop, progressive tribal and ethnic dance, jungle, Caribbean, industrial, punk, and drum'n bass. Sgt 6 (aka Mark Henry) - vocals, guitar Rock Bottom (aka Dan Henry) - drums Subarton (aka Chris Subarton) - bass "The Dummies moved to NYC in 1996, shortly after recording their full length debut on Get Hip. Months later, the band decided they hated the way their ambitiously recorded album ended up being produced. They then got lean, mean, yet remained unclean, aiming for a heavier sound. Sgt 6 took over all guitar duties, while Subarton hopped over to bass. As a three piece, the band changed their name to the Sgt 6 Assault to drop the sloppy garage moniker/stigma. The band create the sound of true drug-addled, hate-inspired, precision punk rock in the form of one minute tunes... the sound that began echoing within the minds of these once-rural-now-urban transplantees. They first released a 5 song 7" EP through their own label, 007 Records; uncorked the second as a limited issue, one-sided jukebox single; then cut a tune for Philadelphia’s Carbon 14 Magazine. For their fourth release, the Assault recorded 2 cuts just prior to their collapse. Originally intended for Bag of Hammers Records, this never came to fruition; the 7" was released years later on Rapid Pulse Records". | |

| Search | Add | 3 | Elstow | Elstow formed in 2012 after playing Peats Ridge Festival (Australia) on the back of a few rough demos. The songwriting duo Jared Shaw and Chel Browne expanded to five members by 2014 and released their debut EP AS THE SUN FALLS, a low-fi psych folk offering drawing on the melodic psychedelia of the late 60s. Described as "a psychedelic romance", it preceded the single EVIL DREAMS, which blended their hazy 60s vibe with a 90s neopsychedelic sound, with crisp tambourines, dreamy vocals and self-indulgent lyrics. Moving forward, Shaw took the role of sole songwriter and spent the better part of 2015-16 crafting their debut LP PLANETS AWAY, to be released in December. Further evolving Elstow's palette, the album merges 90s neopsychedelia with a distinctly 70s sound, drawing on modern influences like The Flaming Lips and Jim James, as well as taking inspiration from yesteryear heroes spanning the likes of Jefferson Airplane and George Harrison to Marvin Gaye. Shaw admits being infatuated with the science fiction of John Wyndham when writing Elstow’s new record, discovering new imagery to express his own ideas and thoughts. The sun and moon feature prominently throughout the work, tying together the different parts into a coherent whole. The resulting album is awash with vivid synths, warm guitars and bright commanding vocals, with Browne providing signature vocal harmonies in all the right places. Driven by hypnotic drum and bass grooves, PLANETS AWAY is rhythmically-driven space-infused psych pop, that will confound and surprise listeners as it evolves with each listen. Co-produced by Darragh Nolan (Sacred Animals) of Asta Kalapa Studios (Ireland), and mastered by Andrew Davenport at Edgeworth Studios (NZ), PLANETS AWAY is to be released Dec 1st. | |

Current line-up band Filip Košnik - Vocals (2008-present) Klemen Govekar - Guitars (2007-present) Martin Jagodić - Guitars (2009-present) Vid Pobegajlo - Bass (2015-present) Rok Lukavečki - Drums (2015-present) Biography Armaroth is known to the masses as a five-headed acid spitting death metal entity residing underneath Kranj, Slovenia. Formed in 2008, this act has already established itself as one of the most promising bands to come from the region, a claim that they have supported with numerous raging shows in their home country. After their Burning Execution Demo (2010) showed signs of things yet to come, Armaroth released their EP titled False Vision in 2013, which was (and still is) held in very high regard by fans and reviewers alike. In fall 2015, Vid Pobegajlo joined and Rok Lučavečki joined as bassist and drummer. With the new lineup, the band released singles Diamox and Deep Of Throats, announcing heabiliy anticipated debut album ZENITH. The LP was released in December 2016 and gained very positive reviews, which labeled it as an excellent and innovative piece of art. The stage is the place where the band really comes alive and fulfills its full potential as a force intoxicating, seducing and ultimately obliterating every last man present. Armed with a war machine of a rhythm section, riffs that take the term "brutal badass death metal" to a new level, guttural vocals and an enormous stage presence, Armaroth are a force to be reckoned with. |
