Discogs artists that do not appear to exist in MusicBrainz

Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 30/03/2026

Found 621899 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.

The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.

These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.

Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.

Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.

There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.

One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report

We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.

Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?

Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

Search Add 3 QOD qod QOD is Moreno Padoan and Andrea Bellucci. “Absequence“ is the debut album of a new project called "QOD", which showcases the collaboration between Moreno Padoan (MP, Artcore Machine, Otur Boyd) and Andrea Bellucci (Red Sector A, Subterranean Source, Vetropaco, Nerva, Dio<X>ide). In "Absequence", Padoan's devastating Rhythmic Noise meets, merges and blends with Bellucci's polished IDM-Techno Ambient, giving life to nine tracks of pure electronic delirium. The album's target is to explore the possibilities offered by the meeting of two well-defined characters, who search for a communal code of expression, largely represented by intricate rhythmic textures and very refined and elaborate sounds. An extremely dangerous experience!

Search Add 3 The A. T. N. T. Garage band from up in the Plano area of Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, active in the mid/late-sixties. After going through the Dolphins in 1964, and then the Orphans in 1966 and 1967, and as a cover band, they got some attention playing the local clubs, including the Studio Club and band manager Mark Lee (Kenny & The Kasuals). The band made their only single in 1968 with a new name: The A.T.N.T. Both are originals written by John Strawn, Barry Corbett and Danny Goode. Strawn claims that the name stood for ‘Alice talks ‘n’ talks’. The group played on Mark Stevens’ TV show at the time, lip synching to the record.

Search Add 3 Carlo Marangon Carlo Marangon (Adria, 3 gennaio 1945 – Prato, 11 ottobre 1989) was an italian singer, composer and songwriter In 1951 he moved to Prato where, at the age of nine years, he began to study music by Maestro Giulio Gabbiani. He started writing songs in 1963. He played piano and sang with many bands until 1965, when he founded Los Hermanos with his brother Luigi, Michele Parise and Roberto Beltrame. Together they participated in the Torneo Nazionale Rapallo Davoli, where they ranked 35th out of 140 groups. They were noticed by Italian Yank record label, which acquired and released three songs. Later, seven more songs were added and a LP was produced, Dolce Compagnia. In 1970, he left Los Hermanos and began working as a piano bar player on cruise ships. In the early 80s, he returned to Prato and performed in clubs all over Tuscany. Accompanied throughout his life by diabetes, he died prematurely in Prato following the complications of this disease.

Search Add 3 Apple White Princess Apple White Apple White is a 2013-introduced and all-around character. She is part of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs as the next Snow White, and she is a student at Ever After High. In the destiny conflict, she is on the Royal side and is the leader of them because she believes strongly in destiny and has worked hard to follow tradition. As the next Snow White, Apple takes every bit of her future role to heart. Fulfilling the role of the generous, kind, and good-natured queen to perfection, she is no doubt the best suited to her destiny. However, despite her celebrity status among the other students, Apple is just as much human as the rest of them. When everything Apple has ever known is threatened with falling apart, she takes it upon herself to lead the Royals, and become an inspiration to all to preserve destiny in the Fairy Tale world, for better or for worse. Although appearing self-centered and apathetic towards those with less prestigious destinies than herself, Apple's crusade comes from a place of genuine concern and benevolence for her friends, not wishing to see them "go poof" or be subject to the chaos that could happen if no one followed their destinies as they should. Despite the divide in the school, however, Apple still considers Raven Queen one of her best and most treasured friends. Although she wanted Raven to follow her destiny, and her attempts to convince her to could be badgering and vexatious, she wants her to do so from a place of genuine commitment, and refused to resort to deception or unsavory tactics. In the midst of it all though, Apple's love for Raven, and her other friends, prevailed over her childhood fear of an unpredictable future. Though she still wants her own happily ever after, she now considers her friends' happiness and futures as individuals more important than the controlled world she grew up in. At her core, Apple is hard-working and and dedicated to her future. She's intelligent, believing in rational thought and logic to contrast and compliment with Raven's abstract creativity, and an effective leader. Albeit a bit vain, she has a big heart and is loved by all for good reason. Her gracious and kind-hearted nature has secured her spot as the fairest one of all, and she upholds that title with the grace and dignity fit for a future queen.
