Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 16/12/2025
Found 617983 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 2 | Humma Kavula | Born out of the hellscape of the pandemic, four kindred souls discovered redemption in a mutual love of 90s alt-fueled progressive hard rock in the SF Bay Area. The initial seeds of Humma Kavula were planted in 2019 which saw the core rhythm section take shape consisting of Bay Area Natives Dave Jones on drums and George Rider on bass. In early 2020 guitarist Glenn Kuchenbeiser was added after introduction via a local record store owner who knew the talents involved and expected something cool could come out of it. Then the pandemic hit and the world stopped- but the music continued via remote writing and jamming in person depending on the shifting covid status at any given time. The music was flowing as a cathartic stream of consciousness taking inspiration from across the board: 90s alt & 80s prog with hints of metal, psychedelic, funk & punk. The final piece of the puzzle came with the addition of Glenn’s former bandmate Michal Ashby on vocals. The music of Humma Kavula takes the listener on a dystopian journey exploring the ills of all the modern bullshit we experience and channeling it into a compelling mixture of melodic and dissonant yet catchy angst driven hard rock. The drumming of Dave Jones manifests a heavy groove punctuated by articulate polyrhythms that challenge the typical 4/4 paradigm while the bass playing of George Rider taps both groove and technical elements. The guitar of Glenn Kuchenbeiser evokes an interplay of melodic, textural and dissonant elements which coalesce into something heavy and yet ethereal. Vocally, Michal Ashby brings a strong melodic component while still harnessing an aggressive edge. | |

Vlahogiannis was replaced on bass by the talented Jim Halsey. This was the lineup during the near-entirety of Ex-Vegas performing career. After Richard Sternin left the band to start a career in New York, Amy and Alex kicked out Bonnaire. This caused apparently caused a rift with Jim Halsey, who was not consulted. Halsey summarily left Ex Vegas soon thereafter. This picture shown of the band is not Ex Vegas. It is Alex and Amy and some other people, but not Bonnaire, Halsey, or Sternin. Following Sternin's departure, Bonnaire's removal, and Halsey's exit, Ex Vegas had a few different permutations, with Saville and Jacobs (now married to Saville) eventually starting Prosolar Mechanics instead of hanging on to the Ex Vegas name. Alex Saville - Guitar Amy Jacob - Vocals Thierry Bonnaire - Guitar Jim Halsey - Bass Richard Sternin - Drums | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Babel Ruiz | Compositora, vocalista, escritora, actriz vocal y guionista. Polyhedral artist with a whole professional life behind her, who began in music as a sessionist for great national pop figures, among whom the singer Raphael stands out, and culminated with the leadership of her own project, in a very personal fusion between jazz and the world music. Today, after thirty years of activity on stage, she is evolving towards other narrative territories as a vocal actress, screenwriter and composer. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Snibbo | Australian band from Canberra, ACT, active in the 1970s. Roman Demkowski (lead vocals); Rod Eckersley (saxophone, flute); Dennis Flynn (guitar), 1971; Tony Hayes (bass), 1973-75; Peter Ilyk (rhythm guitar, trumpet, backing vocals); Andy Ingram (drums), 1974-75; Henry Sliwka (drums), 1971-74; John Thompson (bass), 1971-73; Bernie Nizynski (lead guitar). The original Snibbo was formed in 1971, the band's name derived from a segment on the TV show The World of Beachcomber starring Spike Milligan, which featured an all purpose product called "Snibbo" (the idea to use the name came from original guitarist Dennis Flynn). Band members had previously played in established local groups, including The Casuals and The Chosen Few. Soon after the band formed, Dennis Flynn was replaced by Bernie Nizynski on lead guitar. This lineup never recorded any singles although there are several live recordings of the band and some "studio" recordings (to use the term very loosely) made at Radio 2CA studios in Canberra. In June 1972, Tony Hayes (formerly from local "Hoadleys" title-winners, Heaven), replaced John Thompson on bass guitar. This new line-up began to forge its reputation on Canberra's live performing circuit, with a mix of pop, rock and blues standards, together with deftly-chosen "progressive" staples of the day (songs from Juicy Lucy, King Crimson, Deep Purple, Chicago and Jethro Tull). The brass and flute line-up within the band enabled Snibbo to display a wider musical palette than most of their guitar-bass-drums rivals, which made the band more unique. Snibbo became one of Canberra's (and its surrounds) biggest live attractions, with regular appearances at the established venues of the day (such as Xanadu and Zeplin), as well as at high school dances and regular Saturday night dance-hops like 'Berties' at the O'Donnell Youth Centre. The group disbanded in September 1975 and played its last performance at Wests Rugby Club in Jamison, ACT. | |

They immediately began an ever-intensifying collaboration, oriented towards the experimenting with sounds and melodies in exclusively electronic contexts, up until the creation of the project PLaSTiK KeTTLe, inspired by the universe of robots and the passion for the synth. Within this "plastic-kettle" electro-rhythms are mixed to ambient- textures, vocoders and glitch sounds which, heated by the oscillators of the synths, produce those landscaped images which can exist only in a harmonic world of music and individuals. |
