Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 28/01/2025
Found 600568 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

Search | Add | 5 | Iron Soul Sa | Sibonelo Nelson Mkhize | Iron Soul SA whose real is Sibonelo Nelson Mkhize (Born 01st April 1997) is a South African musician, singer, songwriter, and Djembefola born and raised in Orange Farm, Johannesburg in Gauteng. His passion for music started when he was very young, It all begun when he was doing grade 9 in 2011 when he joined a Jabulile Secondary School Choir where he was singing in the alto and tenor section. In 2012 Sibonelo moved from Johannesburg to KwaZulu Natal to live with his grandmother at a small township called Lamontville in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. There he found his calling and passion for music. In 2013 Sibonelo started grade 10 at Lamontville High School and matriculated in 2015. In the year 2014 Mkhize was appointed as the new Djembefola at Lamontville Methodist Church. In 2015 Iron Soul's music production journey begun, through the inspiration he found growing up. "I grew up in the era of House music and oldskool Rnb, I think that's where i found my musical inspiration" he says. "I grew up listening to DJ Fresh, Black coffee, Culoe De Song and Dj Euphonik/Themba in House music, in oldskool Rnb i grew up listening to R Kelly, Usher, Boyz2Men, Babyface and others" he counts "Their music really inspired me, to put it in simple words i think their music was like small pieces that where collected together, combined and glued to create the Iron Soul you see and hear his music today" he says. Iron Soul describes his sound as the combination of house music and Rnb. Despite the differences in these two type of genres, Iron Soul SA says he often borrows few sounds and samples from these two types of genres. In 2016 after Iron Soul SA matriculated from Lamontville High School he began producing gqom, Hip-Hop and Trap beats for local artists. Iron Soul SA also established his own record label Afrosphere Records, released a number of singles. He has worked with a number of young local artists like Fashion Weeknd, Jordan Junior, Black link, Ashely H, Dandrae, Jaysoule, DJ Munyu and Londy. Search | Add | 5 | Notes From Prague | The underground group Notes From Prague was established in 2000 by David Chvátal, a well known Czech director of skateboard videos, [a=Antwi], DJ Negative and producer Maykee, Dave´s brother. NFP was at that time a project leading to the soundtrack of the 2000 and 2001 Praha sk8 video magazines. Their debut album came out in 2002 titled "The Script of Both Elements". This soundtrack - album including 20 tracks of raw instrumental beats was also Antwi's debut. There is also a bonus track on this album - a RMX by DJ Wich - Orien Bounce. This album is quite rare, about 500 pieces came out. The second album "Same Place" in late 2004 made the group better known and there was a huge difference in the sound of their music as well. Better instrumentals, sharper and more direct performance of Darcphayce and guests like LA4, Daniela or Dr. Kary were successful elements of the the band´s progress further in the Czech hiphop scene. NFP also managed to build up a live band with strings, bass guitar and drums. Most of Antwi's lyrics contemplate about differences of life in the US and the Czech Republic (Prague and Philadelphia to be more specific). Some of the tracks in both albums also heavily influenced by life in the skateboarding community. Oblíbené skupiny

Search | Add | 5 | Charles Carnelison | May 24, 1947-August 22, 2021 Bluegrass preacher Charley Carnelison grew up in Hollister, Missouri, and was living in Springfield when he began his recording career. When he was eighteen, he joined Jack Keithley's band, the Ozark Country Boys, before forming a duo with Johnny Holt a few years later. Carnelison and Holt played on the radio locally in the Branson area, and recorded together over the course of several years. Carnelison's signature song is a gospel tune called "20-20 Vision," which bears a striking similarity to a secular heartsong recorded by Gene Autry way back in 1954 (and more famously in a bluegrass arrangement by Jimmy Martin) though he say he copyrighted his own version in 1967, first recording it in 1972. Mr. Carnelison cut several albums and published a collection of bluegrass gospel songs as well as a book of regional Ozark folklore. Eventually he quit performing due to hearing loss, but Carnelison and his band 20-20 Vision were still performing locally well into the 21st Century, with a presence on Facebook and podcasting as well.

His music career is not marked with any prestigious awards but his compositions were all the time noticed by the critics and the audience. His music is the bright example of high education, sophisticated taste, perfect understanding of Time and real professionalism. This musician is always in search of something new, trying to combine different elements into the whole. The first album – The Treeson – was released in August 2003. Being tired of "keeping" the whole band Nik isolated himself from the world in the studio and recorded the material which we can describe as best specimen of intellectual electronic music. |

Taavi discovered his love for music at a young age and began experimenting with different sounds and instruments. Besides guitar and piano, he was particularly fascinated by electronic music with its seemingly endless possibilities. As his talent grew, Taavi began composing and producing music for other artists, and his work quickly gained recognition. However, after a health breakdown, he realised that he needed to change his life and return to nature to slow down the pace of life. This experience inspired him to make music that touches people's souls and helps them find inner peace. Taavi's music has a relaxing and meditative effect that helps listeners escape from everyday life and find themselves. He believes that his music has the power to heal and bring people together. With his music, Taavi wants to reach people's hearts and spread love and positivity.
