Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 24/10/2024
Found 596840 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

Search | Add | 4 | eleandre | Esoteric multi-instrumentalist Ludovic Coutinho brings cinematic imagery and sophisticated darkness to the industrial scene, channelling acts like [a=Korn] and [a=Marilyn Manson] with romantic-era aesthetics. Filled with striking imagery and doom-laden production, he brings alternative elements back into metal with an enigmatic persona and equally cryptic music to match.

Search | Add | 4 | Blkgrywht | Brooklyn Sheppard | Initially, I never would have imagined being called to a life of music. And I don’t think I imagined being called to a life with Jesus, either. But one day, God, finding me in a pit of loneliness and darkness, spoke to me through personal, uplifting Christian music. It didn’t take long for me to realize that I wanted to share this experience with others too. And while I still struggle with confidence at times, I won’t let that stop me from pursuing God’s calling for me, whatever that may be and wherever that may lead me. |

Search | Add | 4 | Kornerstonz | Kornerstonz is a group representing the real for the heads on the corner, with that corner mentality. Brought to you by two prophets that goes by the name of the word [a10498951] (Da Original Unique Gemdropper), [a10498948] (The Diversified Everlasting Lyrics of Life), two messengers of sounds [a10498954] with the divine cuts of light and SHA the X-factor ([a2977533]) on the beats that just come natural for the streets. These four brothers are Kornerstonz for life, which mean they are the principal stonz to unite all Kornerstonz. Kornerstonz hails from Brooklyn, New York, where rap greats, such as Jay-Z and the Notorious B.I.G. honed their crafts on the corner. Kornerstonz got their start on the streets battling other rappers. They made a name for themselves by doing local shows in New York City. They caught the ears of CEO Records owner Patrick 'Cream' Callum in 1996 at a talent show and he signed them on the spot.

Search | Add | 4 | Monument Thief | Providence, Rhode Island Monument Thief is the brainchild of Bill Paukert and Jeremy Withers, who have been playing music together in a number of different arrangements since 2000. Monument Thief was born from a love of British & American indie/alt rock circa ’89 – ’96 and the sound of fuzz pedals stacked on top of more fuzz pedals. Offering up a bevy of moody songs in mostly upbeat trappings, Your Castle Comes Down brings the shoe gazers and the star gazers together in an all out rock revelry

The goal of the band was to create a sound that was hard, but different from what they had done before. They didn't want to rest on their laurels and success of previous projects. Instead they chose to push their boundaries and not concern themselves with fitting into hardcore or punk. The result is a heavy, unique blend of musical influences that swells, jerks and drives at you like it wants a piece.

Search | Add | 4 | Audioleptique | Bertrand Berrié, Mathieu Bordeleau, Hugues Diaz | Close-knit under the name Audioleptique, those three French DJ’s / Producers are native of Toulouse in the south of France. Music enthusiast, they’ve managed to gather all their influences together to create their own touch: a subtle combination of warm rhythms and minimal melodies, sometimes deep, sometimes percussive, but always groovy. They touched their first vinyl in 2002 and began to play in different clubs in Toulouse. Captivated by the minimal movement in 2006, they’ve chosen to play lively and atypical sets shaped for the dancefloor. In 2007, they created their own concept with other DJ’s, the Lost in Sound parties, which have met a great success. In 2004, they started to produce music as self-taught. Four years later, they’ve improved their technique and their first tracks have been released. |

Extraordinary trio ensemble of vocal/voice, bass, and hurdy gurdy triggers an unique chemical reaction of various expressions such as sensitive sound within silence, vocalization of a forgotten and nameless language, interplay of discordant masses of sound, the magic of minimal repetition, and dark/dense drones. They also attempt to improvise with text readings. It is as if the words are given resonance, and appear as a spirit, then seem to melt with the sound.
