Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 16/12/2025
Found 617983 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 5 | Elmer Kelton | Elmer Stephen Kelton | Elmer Stephen Kelton (born April 29, 1926 in Andrews County, Texas; died August 22, 2009 in San Angelo, Texas) was an American journalist and writer who was particularly well known for his Western novels. Kelton was born in Andrews County in western Texas at the Horse Camp of the Five Wells Ranch, which belonged to the Scharbauer Cattle Company. His parents were Robert W. “Buck” and Beatrice “Bea” (née Holland) Kelton. When Kelton was three years old, the family moved to the McElroy Ranch, located in Crane and Upton counties. He spent the rest of his childhood there—his father worked there until 1965. After graduating from Crane High School, Kelton enrolled at the University of Texas at Austin, which he attended from 1942 to 1944 and again from 1946 to 1948, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism. In between, Kelton served in the US Army and saw combat in Europe. He married Anna Lipp, an Austrian woman, with whom he had two children of his own and one child from his wife's previous marriage. From 1948 onwards, Kelton was responsible for the Farm and Ranch section of the San Angelo Standard-Times for 15 years. He was editor of Sheep and Goat Raiser Magazine for five years and Livestock Weekly for 22 years. Seven of his novels, Buffalo Wagons, The Day the Cowboys Quit, The Day It Never Rained, Eyes of the Hawk, Slaughter, The Far Canyon, and The Way of the Coyote, won a Spur Award from the Western Writers of America; three others, City: The Time It Never Rained, The Good Old Boys, and The Man Who Rode Midnight, won Western Heritage Awards from the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In 1995, his novel The Good Old Boys was made into a film by Turner Network Television, with [a=Tommy Lee Jones] in the lead role. In 1977, Kelton received the Owen Wister Award for his life's work; in 1998, he received another award for his entire oeuvre, the Lone Star Award for Lifetime Achievement. In 2007, his memoirs, Sandhills Boy, were published. |

| Search | Add | 5 | Lost Souls Movement | Lost Souls | Lost Souls, or Lost Souls Movement, is a virtual metalcore band created in 2023 by guitarist/influencer/comedian Evan Breen. They rose to popularity in late 2023/early 2024 with their debut song "Childhood Died". As neurodivergent kindred spirits, the members consisting of Kevin (Vocals), Knox (Guitar/ vocals), Casey (Guitar), Jovi (bass) and Yosh (drums) were drawn to each other by fate. Having just as much in common as things they disagree on, the group connected over music, skateboarding, art and the isolation of being misfits and outsiders, whilst almost coming to blows regarding opinions, politics, science and ethics |

| Search | Add | 5 | Richard Demko | Richard L Demko | RICHARD DEMKO is a classically trained pianist who started taking piano lessons at the age of 5. He went on to study drums, guitar, bass, and eventually, the art of production and engineering. Richard has played in various bands, and has toured all over the northeast with his primary project “Electric Mayhem. He has played as a session musician on countless songs and albums, most notably playing B3 tracks on two singles that feature Beach Boy Blondie Chaplin. (Release date TBA). He also plays and writes songs in a studio project called “Demkovic” which is comprised of Demko and his long time band mate, vocalist Suzanne Vick. Richard honed his Production and Engineering skills with Vic Steffens at Horizon Music Group in West Haven, CT, and has worked with numerous local, regional, and national bands in the studio. Some of the more notable projects include working with Blondie Chaplin, Kasim Sultan, Edwin Hawkins, Mickey Curry, Scott Spray, Bobby “T” Torello, and Christine Ohlman. Richard also had the opportunity to mix some of the nations biggest bands and artists when he engineered for the legendary Toads Place in New Haven, CT, moonlighting as a Front of House Engineer and Monitor Engineer. As a songwriter, Richard has an extensive catalogue of music ranging from classical to metal. He rarely sings on any of his own work, and usually employs session singers to lay vocals down on the music he writes that does contain lyrics. His catalogue contains a mix of instrumentals and songs that contain vocals, ranging in many different styles and moods. Some of his work is commercially available with the various studio projects that he has released. He does collaborate with lyricists from time to time, and has even collaborated with other musicians to write instrumental arrangements for artists who are looking for songs. He classifies himself to be more of a composer and writer more so than a “beat maker”, as his songs are always structured, and he always has a production vision for each and every song he writes. rick d award.jpg In 2019, Richard went on to form NeuroTronix Records, which is a full service, independent record label located in Seymour, CT. As the President and Senior A&R for the label, he actively scouts bands and artists to help promote, record and release music utilizing his knowledge and expertise that he has gained throughout his 20+ year career in the industry. | Search | Add | 5 | Xantos Jorge | Latin rock foursome from Panama Xantos Jorge was formed in the early '90s by Carlos Ivan Zúñiga, Jesús Caballero, and Iñaki Iriberri, later joined by bassist Jorge Camacho. The band started playing under the name of Círculo Vicioso. After the group's name was changed to Xantos Jorge, based on the Panamanian anthem composer, the four musicians began recording their debut album, called "¡Salva la Tierra!". Unfortunately, while the band was getting ready to release that album, Jorge Camacho passed away. Nevertheless, the remaining members decided to go ahead, honoring Camacho's contribution. On December 27, 1994, the album was released, followed by a tour around the country after bass player Juan Ferrufino joined the act. In 1995, their song "Lágrimas de Sangre" hit local charts and its video started to be rotated by MTV Latino. When Ferrufino decided to leave, Carlos Ucar took his place. In 1996, Xantos Jorge signed up to Sony Music, issuing a special limited edition of "¡Salva la Tierra!", which included "Una Canción Mas" and "Viajando en el Tiempo." In 1998, the band returned to the recording sessions, releasing "En Otro Sol", produced by [a=Evan Rodaniche], in the year 2000. | |

Often moaned about due to their unyielding addiction to alcohol and mayhem, they consistently entertain and bewilder in equal measures. Regulars at Rebellion festival and UK DIY gigs, they can usually be spotted with their tops off at the bar and leaving a trail of destruction, anarchy and chaos behind them. Their music is varied on their albums but live shows tend to focus on the 'faster' element of their output, but they have been known to occasionally utilise a harpsichord in the live arena. Not suitable for the squeamish or shy. |

| Search | Add | 5 | Vindva Mei | Rúnar Magnússon / Pétur Eyvindsson | Vindva Mei was formed in 1994 by the 3 northern boys Pétur Eyvindsson, Ásmundur Ásmundsson and Rúnar Magnússon. After a couple of performances Ásmundur left to focus on his studies in visual arts. Vindva Mei kept going as a duo, throwing itself in different directions. With the 2 member´s different preferences, Péturs more rhythmical, melodic structures and Rúnar´s more abstract soundscapes people could never know what to expect. After Rúnar moved to Denmark in late ´96 Vindva mei slowed down. Working when the members met in Iceland or Denmark resulted in 3 albums but fewer and fewer live performances. In the last couple of years Vindva Mei has recorded new material and has decided to perform again after years of absence from the stage. First performance was in august 2010 where Vindva Mei played a short set of new material for an enthusiastic audience in Reykjavík. |
