Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 28/01/2025
Found 600568 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

Search | Add | 2 | Le Scimmie Sulla Luna | Risen from the ashes of [a=teenage riot (3)], a band which in recent years had many a success playing all across the peninsula, Le Scimmie sulla Luna, from Lecce, made a record which tastes international and experimental. The sound of the band is a balance of tight rhythms and grooves that wink at funk, math and post-rock: hypnotic guitars seem to turn into synthesizers, moving from lively and melodic riffs to experimental contortions through massive use of delays and synth pedals. The goal of the band is to find the contact point of different musical genres and approaches, emphasizing and at the same time going beyond the dichotomy between what is “rock” and what is not. Le Scimmie sulla Luna are: Cristiano Metrangolo (guitar), Stefano Greco (bass), Jory Stifani (guitars, synth), Luca Greco (drums).

His continued passion for studio life lead him and current partner Jesse Brooks to purchase the old Beastie Boys’ studio in Atwater Village, CA where the two quickly collaborated with famed San Francisco duo DJ Dave Coleman and Sen-Sei to develop The Atwater Syndicate. With numerous vinyl releases on Kinetic Grooves and a double pack release on Deep Dish’s prestigious label, Yoshitoshi Recordings due out in October 2003, and a track on the new Global Underground Toronto 4 CD package, he’ll most certainly be recognized for his skills in producing, and engineering. In addition, Todd works at the world renowned Cello Studios in Hollywood, CA alongside the likes of artists such as The Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Muse, and The Mars Volta. He has also been a long time consultant for Emagic’s Logic Software teaching such musical icons as Eric Clapton, Wendy Melvoin and Lisa Coleman (Prince and the Revolution and Scoring duo from Crossing Jordan). Todd has been considered a pioneer with his teaching methods and has been hired by the Musician’s Institute of Los Angeles, not only to develop a teaching curriculum for the University, but also to introduce electronic music as a core genre within the University’s teachings.

Search | Add | 2 | Peter M Reeves | Peter Reeves | Blessed with a contagious sense of humour and a knack for telling stories, Peter Reeves is making a name for himself in the country music scene in Australia. His full length album Beer O'Clock is due out late 2024. Locomotive driver by day, country singer by night, Peter is the real-deal Aussie country boy who has accumulated a lifetime of stories about love, loss and laughter and packed them into his incredible 500 song catalogue. Growing up in the Victorian river town of Newbridge, on the banks of the Loddon, Peter has done the hard yards working the land and decades of touring the regional beer barns and taverns. To quote a line from his ripping tune “Working Man”: ‘swelt in the heat, drown in the rain, paid my dues, time and time again’. Peter’s debut EP “Working Man” was released in 2021 which featured back to his roots songs “Up The River” and “Country Town”, songs that established his ability to craft country songs with cinematic realism while maintaining a his cheeky sense humour. “Beer O’Clock” is the first single from his upcoming full length album. He is supported by a stellar backing band including Nashville guitarist Rick Plant (Sherry Rich) and Douglas Lee Robertson (Ice-Cream Hands) on bass and drummer Geoff Barnes (P76). The album was produced and recorded at Mountain Sound Studio at Hanging Rock by John Baxter (Prettymess, Five Mile Sniper) and is due out in late 2024 on Small Sanctuary Records. |

Search | Add | 2 | Ka$h 3 Embassy | Rap trio hailing from Atlanta, Georgia. Each music genre has a sound, a flavor an essence that makes it uniquely wonderful. Ka$h 3 is hip-hop music at it's best. This group of three, Khash,Tangoh, and N-Trigue, have been making music together since 1994. In that time, the seasoned music veterans have honed a sound that recalls the essence of hip-hop. Born out of lack, hip-hop was an outlet of expression for young African Americans. The expression was sometimes political and socially motivated, a means of providing resistance and a conscious voice to the struggles of an oppressed socio-economic class. The expression was sometimes fun and joyous, an escapist's genre providing a glimpse into the highlife and good times of African American life. Ka$h 3's music is quintessentially hip-hop. They have married the light and the dark, the ups and downs, the triumphs and the tribulations. They're the best hip-hop has to offer in one group of three.
