Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 16/12/2025
Found 617983 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

He was co-founder with Madanmohan Malabya of the hindu mahasabha. He had no confidence in Gandhi's policy of non-violence, and when Gandhi rose to prominence in the Congress, he left active politics. | Search | Add | 2 | Vonhorn | Vonhorn was formed by Adam Daffurn (formally of Dandelion Killers & God Save The King) and Dominic Luckman, (Cardiacs, Shrubbies, Flinch) with St. John Milinczuk (Troy Redfern, Will Killeen) completing the line up in the summer of 2017. Stuttering through scratchy riffs, flitting from mellotron infused soundscapes and rousing cinematic choruses, to angular, abrasive pop hooks, Vonhorn's melting-pot of sounds can be likened to that of Bowie, XTC and Fantomas, as well as echoes of their past bands. The group made their live debut in September 2017, at the Worcester Music Festival and are currently recording the first album, scheduled for release early in 2018.

| Search | Add | 2 | Peter Shearer | Peter records CDs and DVDs of 'soaking music' as a resource both for other therapists and to back up his main activity of one-to-one or small group therapy and teaching - this helps clients to find freedom of spirit, increased creativity and healing using music. His compositions, improvisations and albums are enjoyed by young and old, and by varying creeds and cultures. Peter's albums have been heard in over 40 countries - in various settings ranging from hospices to restaurants. It often brings a calming effect which allows deep-seated emotions in the subconscious to surface and be dealt with safely. This is particularly true in a live ‘soaking therapy’ session. For this reason Peter works with other health and counselling professionals when appropriate. He has developed an impressive list of case studies which illustrate the breadth of application of his work. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Rocco Cavalera | Rocco Cavalera | Producer and sound designer based in Rome, former student at I.E.D. concluded his studies in 2011. Since 2009 he is active with audio / video live sets, experimental projects and installations presented at festivals such as "La Notte dei Musei / Planetario", "Musique", "This Is Rome", "Viedram", "Reverse" e "L.P.M. - Live Performers Meeting". Has several active open projects including IND (I Need Darkness), #LLL (Limbic Lobe ‘s Lies) and Oracle 2.0, in which the audio, video and interactive material are closely linked, creating a mystical atmosphere that brings the viewer into a dreamlike dimension. Lover of electronic music, he’s ranging across Drone, Industrial, Noise and Techno. The analog sound research is a prevailing characteristic adopted in its productions, creating atmospheres that exceed the simple listening, low frequencies which physically act on the space in which dirty noises are propagating, generated by a single note that evolves over time, self-structuring. The synthesis is the main filter that he applies to his work, training the ear to the constant search for new sounds and articulated rhythms, analog synths and avant -garde noise. He collaborates with the NUtone Lab studio (music production & sound design), in television, multimedia and Advertising-related ambit, with Istituto Europeo di Design and with the creative studio MadeOn. |

| Search | Add | 2 | Stephen Sandlin | Stephen Sandlin has been making music and performing around Texas, since the early 90s. Originally from Houston, he spent time in New York City, New Jersey and North Carolina before settling back in Houston to make music, art prints, and video projects. Attempting to bring humor and energy, to both the stage and his recordings. With a collection of solo works, music written with his band Haywood, as well as collaborations with Brandon Elam of The Literary Greats. There's plenty to enjoy. 2021’s Contra Festival Monterey Crock-pot is his first solo release, since the slow down of his band, Haywood. Haywood was formed in 1996, when Texas A&M students, Stephen Sandlin and Brandon Elam, collaborated on writing a few songs. Fellow students Kris Arnold, Craig Hoenes, and Chris Huntley joined in, and the Haywood lineup was set. A local band drawing more than a thousand people at a show was unheard of in College Station, TX, but this band did it regularly. Often compared to Guster, Ben Folds, Barenaked Ladies, and Fountains of Wayne, the band’s 1997 release of Flat Tires was the year's most notable, local album. Two songs entered rotation on regional radio. In concert, however, is where the band built a rabid following. The band's remarkable connection with its audiences helped to mold the packed houses into a collective pogo stick, with bouncing and cheering coming from all corners of the venues. In the late 90s and early 2000s, Haywood scored highly prized opening gigs for the likes of David Garza, Bob Schneider’s Ugly Americans, Vertical Horizon, Sister 7 and Chris Duarte. Haywood kicked off, and then headlined, several local music festivals. They went on to release two more full length albums, Tune in the Sun and Shake It, and a 5 song EP The Hartford Complex. Haywood’s true appeal lies in infectiously fun songs and an unprecedented amount of local success. With band members spread between Houston, New York City, and Dallas, shows became less frequent. A set of reunion shows was put together in 2012. New shows are planned for 2021. | |

As a multi-instrumentalist and producer, he crafts layered compositions featuring high-gain guitars, immersive soundscapes, and compelling vocals that explore themes of personal evolution and human connection. His distinctive approach to songwriting combines raw emotional energy with meticulously engineered production, creating a sound that's both powerful and intricate. Currently focusing on his musical journey after a successful career in optometry, Diopter performs all instruments except drums, bringing a perfectionist's attention to detail to every aspect of his creative process. His debut album "Dream State" established his signature blend of dreamy atmospheres and driving rock, while his latest release "Undeniable Truth" pushes boundaries with harder-hitting arrangements and deeper lyrical themes.

| Search | Add | 2 | The Forest New Orleans Jazz Band | The Forest Jazz Band can trace its beginnings back to 1984 when Jack Moore and Keith Simkin watched and enjoyed traditional jazz played by the Riverside Jazz Band at The Wagoners, Burnley. Jack got himself a trombone and together with Keith on banjo, began to practise at each others homes. Eventually they found other enthusiasts willing to play drums, clarinet, bass and trumpet. Before long they had regular practice sessions every Sunday morning at The Pendle Forest Sports Club in Fence near Burnley. One day a singer, Gloria joined in and the band was formed. They wanted to name the band after The Pendle Forest, but as there was already a Pendle JazzMen, they settled on the name The Forest Jazz Band | |

| Search | Add | 2 | A.M.M.O | A.M.M.O (Aligned Minds Mentally Organised) are an East/South London Hip-Hop collective that first started making music back in Autumn 2001. Its members include Cariz (MC), Keelow (MC), Kaan (Producer) and Fatal-E (DJ). They met via darkerthanblue.com, a popular Hip-Hop forum website at the time, where they would trade rhymes, and where Kaan would often share his beats. Even while they were online, they just seemed to click - all showing mutual respect for each other’s work. I guess you could say that they are a product of today’s technological times, as it was the best part of a year that passed before they finally met up in person. They eventually did, at WKD in Camden, to see a performance by the Funk/Hip-Hop band Dirtburg, of which Cariz is also a member, alongside lyricist Boneca. Later that year A.M.M.O first hit the studio, and churned out tunes like “The Pillage”, “H.O.P.E” and “Jazzikal”, which went on to win Ras Kwame’s home-grown cut of the week, when BBC Radio 1xtra was still just a few weeks old. Since then they have enjoyed frequent airplay from DJ Excalibah on 1xtra, and have had write-ups and reviews in Hip-Hop Connection, Undercover, and Big Smoke Magazine, which have all reinforced their much deserved hype. In August 2004, they dropped their Debut EP “The Slewage”, on the Armshouse Records imprint, which has received good reception from the scenes hip-hop purists, and has been tearing up the live circuit around London. | |
